• Zuna (4/5): Hotel infernal - No me gustó nada! Lo siento pero el hotel es totalmente ruidoso. No hay privacidad Mi habitación daba hacia un espacio al que tb daban la recepción y otras habitaciones. Al llegar nuevos clientes de escuchaban las voces y todos los ruidos . Y al irse esos clientes, pues lo mismo, ruidos, voces, risas etc. Fue horrible!! Me pareció un hotel ruidoso y sin respeto por sus clientes alojados.
• Iris (8/5): Preis Leistung passt - Da die Unterkunft nicht so gute Bewertungen hatte war ich auf einiges eingestellt muss aber sagen, dass nichts davon eintrat. Im Gegenteil, das Zimmer war geräumig, wurde täglich gereinigt, hatte heißes Wasser und war auch sonst nicht so schlecht. Ja es liegt nicht auf der Insel aber dafür kann man meist bei Touren direkt abgeholt und abgesetzt werden. Der leicht muffige Geruch verschwindet sofort nach Benutzung der Klima und liegt an der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit Habe nichts zu beanstanden.

• matteo (2/5): Struttura da rinnovare e pulire meglio - Ninet è l’unica persona che salvo di questa struttura insieme alla posizione strategica dell’hotel, vicino al supermercato e all’ingresso dell’isola di Flores. Struttura sporca, con mobili molto datati, letti scomodi e vecchi e soprattutto struttura dove spruzzano molto insetticida . Peccato perché potrebbe essere potenzialmente una buona scelta vista la posizione

• Susan (1/5): Booked in and paid as per t&c’s. Decided we could not bear to stay there so found somewhere else. - Nothing Tired, down at heel. No towels or toilet paper in room. Bathroom sink loose. Bedding did not look fresh.

• Denisa (8/5): Very good - Simple room with basic interior, clean, great location close to the supermarket and some shops. Very friendly owners and employees. Everything was fine, this accommodation is for very reasonable price.

• Barbora (8/5): Very good - Good location if you want to stay in Santa Elena and not in Flores. The bus terminal is about 10 mins walk, there are lots of restaurants and shops around (as well as a local mall with supermarket and safe cash machines). The wifi worked well. I needed to leave before 8 in the morning and although I was assured the reception is opened since 7, there was no one and the exit was locked.

• Anonymous (6/5): ok private room, close to flores - nice family that runs it, beds were OK. they lock the only frontdoor at night so if a fire breakes out, you cant leave.
• Melvin (6/5): Needs updating - large bedroom. good air con. gave us a roof over our head on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. the only accomodation available for these 2 nights and we are grateful for that. musky smell in room. No hot water. noises in the very early morning by guests and staff.
