Maxymilianus (8/5): Słoneczny apartament w centrum - Czystość, wyposażenie, blisko do sklepu Mercadona i na dworzec autobusowy/kolejowy. W kuchni bylo wszystko co potrzeba. Sofa i łożko w sypialni wygodne. Bliskość dużej arterii komunikacyjnej powodowała, że nie bardzo mozna było spać z otwartym oknem. Okap nie działał. Elektroniczny system otwierania drzwi weǰściowych do budynku- otwarł się za pierwszym razem. Potem już nie chciał i pisaliśmy do obsługi. Podali kod do drzwi i wtedy było ok ale mogli go od razu podać.

Maria Angeles (2/5): Bastante mejorable en todo - Me pillaba cerca del sitio donde iba por trabajo Olía a tabaco todo el tiempo, era insoportable estar allí. Respecto a limpieza bueno, los armarios con pelusa y el sofá tenía unas manchas que no te podría decir …. Los electrodomésticos lavavajillas y microondas olían fatal… y cuando abrías los cajones de todos salía un olor muy desagradable. La comodidad nula, entre el colchón y el suelo la única diferencia es que en el suelo no se clavaba ni las tablas ni los muebles asique han sido dos noches de 0 descanso y las almohadas pues más de lo mismo. Por último decir que ponía que tenía enseres como cafetera y nos encontramos que no tenía tampoco…. En fin no sé si todos los apartamentos estarán igual pero el nuestro era el 5E… por último tuve que ponerme dos veces en contacto telefónico con ellos porque lo me mandaban las instrucciones de apertura ni los códigos y los mensajes no me los contestaban.
Noemí (5/5): Mala comunicacion con el alojamiento - Es moderno y comodo. Buena ubicacion. Muy mala experiencia con el personal. No recibi instrucciones para el check in y el check out hasta que lo pedí yo y encima tardaron mucho a contestar. Una persiana no funcionaba y entraba luz por la mañana cosa que no me dejó descansar bien. Lo comuniqué y pasaron de mi.
Silvia (8/5): Overall very nice stay - Place is very near the train station, besides Corte Ingles and facing one of the big city's park. Just 10 mins walk to the city center. Suitable transport nearby to go to the beach area. The apartment is nice, quite new and well mantained, it has all the necessary for a short family stay. The building was quiet and towels changed daily and room cleaned although not expected. Small kitchen to prepare breakfast, all in all excellent. We had a problem with the air conditioning which was not working and even though they offered us change of room, the property didn't want to return the difference because the other room was without terrace (and there was a price difference). But at least the staff was quite polite dealing with the situation. There was also some kind of smell, not sure if coming from the kitchen's tubes, something to look into it. But in general our stay was good.

angel (2/5): Si surge algún problema no te solucionan nada - Buena ubicación y limpio. Nuestra estancia fue un calvario. Coincidió que había una borrasca con días de lluvia y viento frío. Pusimos la calefacción y solo salía aire frío, la bomba de calor no funcionaba, llamamos por teléfono y nos dijeron que daban el aviso y vendría alguien a solucionarlo, no fué así, al día siguiente volvimos a llamar, perdimos tiempo de nuestras vacaciones con llamadas e intentando solucionar el problema para tener un mínimo de comodidad, por teléfono manifestaban que entendían el problema y que pasaban el aviso para que fueran a solucionarlo, nunca vino nadie y no se solucionó. Pasamos frío en el apartamento y mi mujer se resfrió. Por todo esto nuestra estancia fue un calvario y no recomiendo ir a esos apartamentos

Carolina (7/5): Calidad precio, bien - La ubicación, precio y el apartamento Que en el que he estado no estaba bien insonorizado y se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle, que había olor desagradable a tuberías que procedía del desagüe de la cocina y que en la ducha, al poner el agua caliente, no había presión de agua y el caudal era apenas un hilo de agua.

Erandy (9/5): Excelente personal - La atención de la gobernanta ( la chica que se encargada de la limpieza) , fue lo mejor, no logro recordar el nombre pero es una chica rubia ucraniana super atenta y con una disposición increible, nos ayudo en todo momento y muy atenta con todos los huéspedes Que en la habitación al cerrar la puerta del ormitorio, el baño se queda abierto, es un sitio muy lindo pero le hace falta que arreglen esa puerta, para privacidad del baño
Maria (6/5): Se puede mejorar - Es cómodo, y practico La nevera hacía ruido y no enfría lo suficiente, la cafetera tardaba mucho en calentar aún siendo italiana, no tenia horno, q es práctico para cenar rápidas

PrimozKo (5/5): - Good Location. Easy to get in to get the keys, shops, bakery and supermarket is very close .... The smell in room 1D was very unpleasant. It seems to come from the sink, and we had to ventilate the apartment constantly. The cleaning staff told us this has been an issue for a long time and hasn’t been fixed. We also didn’t like the layout. There is only one sliding door shared between the bedroom and the bathroom, which is inconvenient. Additionally, there is an opening at the top of the bedroom wall, so there is very little privacy for people sleeping there. I would only recommend this apartment to families who are not very sensitive to these issues.

Natalia Vanina (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente, el piso es muy cómodo. Las luces de los baños fallaban, una luz del baño de arriba tardaba en encender y una luz del baño de abajo no funcionaba. Al ser 4 personas, no habia suficientes cubiertos. La tapa del lavavajillas estaba rota.
Gabriela (8/5): A ver, está bien, no te esperes nada boutique como dicen. Pero cumple función - Amplia y bien iluminada La ducha estaba rota, tanto la puerta como el agarre. También había una puerta rota de un armario en la cocina
