Lækker pool Der er kun soveværelser på 1 sal Der er stejl kort bakke der er indkørsel der er hård at gå opad hvis man går dårligt. Der burde komme et nummer på alle billetter så man ved hvilket hus man lejer, jeg troede jeg lejede det hvide hus med de røde møbler og soveværelser i stueplan

• LicaK (9/5): - Das Haus hat wirklich viel Platz, Der Pool und Billardtisch waren super. Fußläufig gibt es Märkte, Essensstände, Massagesalons usw. Zu empfehlen ist absolut das Lita Cafe auf der anderen Straßenseite (letzter Stand links im "Foodcourt" mit dem roten Banner). Wir haben dort mehrfach verschiedene Gerichte gegessen. Alles ist frisch, authentisch, günstig und einfach nur lecker. Vermieter super aufmerksam. Unsere Bitten wurden gleich erfüllt. Auflagen für die Poolliegen wären schön gewesen. Auch ist die Filteranlage des Pools ziemlich laut. In der Küche nur ein absolutes Minimum an Ausstattung, ein Geschirrtuch wäre nett gewesen. Wenn man dort kochen möchte, muss man wirklich alles hierfür kaufen. Auch würden die Fensterfronten eine Reinigung vertragen. Gegenüber wird gerade ein Hochhaus gebaut.

• Andrew (4/5): Lesson Learned, never again - Comfortable beds, nice central and quiet location, close to the Night Markets and shops Not far from the main area of Pattaya The location for my booked Villa, booked 6 months prior and paid for was changed the day before arrival When I arrived I was given a different Villa to the one I booked, A DOWNGRADE, I was told to sign paperwork that gave me the choice of either a 10% refund and stay in what I was offered or not accept it and get no refund and find somewhere else to stay, the excuse given was that the Villa I booked has been sold, well, looking at the site, guess what, it is still being advertised and is the main picture on their website. I was required to have my picture taken holding the signed form and cash refund as proof for them. I have read now quite a few reviews where this tactic has been done to customers So now, no hot tub, no outdoor lounges, no outside entertainment area Bring your own toiletries and toilet paper because you will need it Pool filter/skimmer box was not working Had no access to my parking spot constantly Neighbors in the adjoining Villa partied hard and loud until 1am for 4 nights and mornings Villa door would not lock Most uncomfortable lounge I have ever sat on, (1980's Pleather) Millipedes, Cockroaches and snails constantly going into the pool Pool cleaned twice in 7 days Anyone who reads the many reviews I have written from all over the world will see I rarely have something bad to say but this really fired me up, sorry

Take 500Bhat more per night, but keep the place ready so we don't have to rush into the 7/11 as soon as we land from our long international flights for basic needs...

• Clive (5/5): Not the Villa advertised in the pictures. - I liked the fact that this villa was very spacious and the location is convenient for Phratumnak and is nice and quiet. But this is where is ends. The villa was not the one shown in the advert. The pool was completely different and was in a less than desirable state of repair. This villa also had a pool table, which was a nice surprise, but again the state of the pool table meant that it was pointless to play on. No triangle, the cues was not pool cues and the table was far from level.
• Ses (4/5): Old house and not well maintain but good kitchen wear. Can walk to the beach but quire far. - The room is big but not as in the photo. non of the photo in the website is the same like the room I got. Which is scam. Both indoor and outdoor are not maintain at all. There is Gecko outside the house. The pool area is very dirty and not well maintain. However the kitchen and utensil provide enough for use. There is no cleaning service if you stay 3 days as they clean every 3 days. You can reach the beach if you like walking for 20 mins. They is also no drinking water, no toiletry (only 1 toilet paper roll, small soap and 1 small shampoo) and no tissue paper and towel to spare if you don't ask for it. There is also bed bug and both me and my friend got itchy all over body while sleeping. No coffee available

• Verified traveler (4/5): - 2 bdrm pool resident with jacuzzi tubs. The pool has broken tiles and cut friends foot. The jacuzzi tubs don't work. The house is beautiful, but so are so many others. Come here for the fantastic pool, just don't let kids or adults use it. Come here for the jacuzzi tubs, take a nice soak but not much help with sore aching muscles from long travels. In short very disappointing.

• jihun (10/5): 편하고 만족스러운 휴가였습니다. - - 주변지역 주변에 자그마한 야시장이 있어 음식을 포장도 해오고 직접 가서 먹기도 하였다. 그 야시장옆 마사지샾도 많아 여유를 만끽하기에 더할나위 없었다. - 서비스 사실 서비스라고 판단할것이 없었다. 체크인하고 체크아웃할때 친철하였다.. -관리상태 방2곳와 거실에 에어콘이 설치되어있었으며 그중 한곳이 아이콘이 좀 약했다. 야외풀의 타일이 날카로운 부분이 조금 있어 조심하는것이 좋을거 같다. 그외의 부분은 모두 좋았습니다. 예를들어 객실내 관리상태등이 좋았다.
• Byungkab (8/5): 가족여행에 최적인 빌라 - 침대나 에어컨이 다소 낡기는 했지만 전반적인 청결상태는 괜찮고 편안했습니다. 어른 7명, 어린이 3명이 묵었는데 침실과 욕실이 넉넉해서 불편함이 없었습니다. 낮에 택시타고 수상시장 다녀오고 저녁에 근처 야시장에서 음식을 사다가 먹고 나머지 시간은 수영장에서 시간을 보냈습니다.
