La ubicación es excelente Creo que esperamos más y nos quedamos un poco decepcionados con algunas cosas como la habitación, que da igual que tenga ventana porque da a una pared. El buffet muy normalito.

• Laura (9/5): Tolles Hotel mit super Lage - Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Diamond Sea :)Das Hotel war sehr sauber und es gab alles was man brauchte . Das Frühstück bot viel Auswahl und war sehr lecker . Zum Strand musste man lediglich eine Straße überqueren . Die Lage des Hotels ist super . Zum My Khe Beach benötigte man lediglich 10 min zu Fuß . Die Dragon Bridge ist lediglich 1,5 km entfernt . Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bei jedem Anliegen behilflich . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wieder kommen . Am Pool gibt es zu wenig Liegen . Das wäre aber auch das einzigste was wir zu bemängeln hätten.

They even surprised us with a birthday cake to our room, superb!!! Special mention to Shella who was so helpful, answering our questions with great recommendations to sightsee in Ba Na Hills, Da Nang and Hoi An. I would definitely be back!

• Hiroe (9/5): リゾート気分満喫！ - 最近高騰している日本のビジネスホテルの価格でオーシャンビューのバルコニー付きの部屋に泊まれ、ルームサービスもリゾートホテル価格なのでしょうがお手頃です。ルーフトップバーは市街地の夜景も一望できます。 ベトナムは高くなったと聞きますが、それでも贅沢に過ごせました！ 良くないわけではなく、チェックアウトの際、室内のチェックで少し待たされました。ベトナムの習慣でしょうか、その場でチェックは初めてでした。 部屋のガイドに備品の価格表（お土産又は無くした際）があり、サンダルが良かったのですが売ってない的なことをフロントで言われ、価格表の該当ページを開いてその価格プラスいくらかの紙幣をメモ付きで置いてきたら部屋の確認スタッフから無線でサンダルがないと連絡があり、ちゃんと見てるんだなーと思いました。お金置いた旨説明したら確認してOKに。 サンダルなど街中行けば何分の一の値段で買えるし、普通いないよなと思いますが履きやすかったんです。 あ、あと他の方も書いてますが夜は音楽うるさいです。

• bridgetc784 (10/5): Fantastic Stay - We had a fantastic 5 nights at Diamond Sea. I was travelling with my 17 year old son so the gym facilities were excellent. The rooftop pool was an oasis from the hub bub of Da Nang and the staff were amazing. I will be back next year!

Our Oceanview room with balcony was very comfortable and clean with great views of the beach. Great value for the money, especially compared to Western countries and other areas of Asia. Will definitely return! I also must mention the great hospitality and friendliness of Angela!

• MeeMo13 (10/5): Surprise delight! - Beautiful sea view room with balcony, clean linen and great bathroom. Sampled the spa and we loved the pool area and the fact we had great views of both the sea and later on we enjoyed city scapes with tasty cocktails at the hotel bar. Super location for all amenities. Traffic outside a little noisy at times but didn’t bother us and breakfast is more basic than other places but overall the value and experience here is great. Would recommend without hesitation.

• Sindre (10/5): Vil anbefale dette hotellet - Det var et veldig fint hotell. Vi hadde hotellrom i 17. etasje med balkong. Hvis prisforskjellen ikke er for stor, så vil jeg anbefale med balkong. Balkongen blir østvendt. Det er egentlig bare godt for da får man soloppgangen og det er skygge på balkongen på ettermiddagen og kvelden. De hadde en god ordning med parkering for motorsykkel. De leier ikke ut, men om du leier fra et annet sted så er det bare å parkere rett utenfor lobbyen til hotellet. De har alltid en sikkerhetsvakt som passer på og de flytter den ned i en parkeringskjeller om natten. Frokosten var god og de ansatte var veldig hyggelige. Ikke noe negativt å melde.

The staff will also take time to hold the elevator for you which we noticed not just with one instance but with several occasion. Angela was great, she did not fail to ask us everyday how we are doing, do we want to have room cleaned, where are we going for the day. She would provide tips, advice and even helped me get a voucher in my grab app so I saved a lot with her guidance. When we were looking for an ATM, she took the time to enter the location in my google map, she was very helpful and sincere. She is good at her work. Everyone at the front desk and concierge are all commendable, very attentative, polite and courteous. The room is spacious with a balcony. It has a nice view of the My Khe beach. Clean and have everything we need. The location of the hotel is right in front of My Khe beach (you have to cross a road - with a nearby pedestrian lane and be very careful when crossing as passing vehicles do not slow down even if there’s a pedestrian lane). There are a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy nearby. The breakfast also have wide spread of offering. If we get the chance to come back to Da Nang, we will definitely stay in this hotel again. Definitely value for your money. All the best to all the staff, keep it up! It would be great if there’s a call button for the bar by the swimming pool. We had to go up the bar (few steps only, not a big deal) every time we need to order our drinks. Not a serious issue, just good to have :)

• 57Geak (4/5): Good - Good location. Just cross the street you will get to the sea. Skybar on 20th floor has spectacular city view. Helly ,bar manager, is super helpful with her coktails. Emma at spa did her job great. Hotel has only 2 lifts, sometimes, i had to go with dirty clothes, trolley, not very pleasant and in the morning time, it took 15 mintutes each way to up and down to the restaurant, wasted of time. Staffs here are friendly and always say hello to every guests.

• veralI7196ST (10/5): Wonderful Diamond Hotel at Da Nang - From day 1 the staff here have been so warm and welcoming. They have often gone out if their way to assist with any enquiry to ensure our visit is 10/10. The breakfast staff are fantastic as is is the food. Fresh and inviting and a good selection every day. The hotel is clean and very well presented. Great location to the beach and city and the Dragon bridge. We have to say the staff from the manager to breakfast to cleaners to reception are all willing to have a nice chat. To travellers, if you are researching where to stay, this hotel is highly recommended.

• Vera (10/5): - We stayed 9 nights. Every person has welcomed us sp very warmly. We have had a great deal of chats and laughs. Nothing is too much trouble. Our enquiries/questions were always answeref well. Helpful with transport, a mistake i made in accommodation - fixed in 5 minutes. The buffet breakfast is plentiful, tasty, generous, well displayef and inviting. The chefs are great to chat with. To any traveller this hotel is warm and welcoming and located in a great spot. Nothing at all.

• Skwog (2/5): No suggest - Room is small and have no view. Breakfast is just ok. Gym is small but enough equiqments. Sky bat has spectacular view, staffs are very friendly. There are only 2 lifts for 20 floors, so it takes times to go up and down, very annoying. Would not recommend

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder Die teilweise SEHR SEHR laute Musik gegenüberliegender Bars bis Mitternacht ist heftig. Das ich Musik höre ist ja okey ( sonst darf ich dort nicht buchen) aber alles hat eine Grenze… das wird definitiv die Bichungen reduzieren wenn die Hotels nicht massiv etwas gegen die auffahrenden Busse abends zum Essen und Party machen

• Sciona (8/5): Good location - We only stayed 1 night due to late flight into Da Nang. Had an ocean facing room with balcony. We were on level 4 and the street noise was almost unbearable. Honking, beeping and tooting until almost midnight. The shower in the bath was annoying and the breakfast was just ok. We did enjoy the rooftop pool. Check in was a nightmare as first they couldn’t find our booking , then tried to tell us we had booked 2 rooms which we hadn’t. Check out wasn’t much better as they make you wait in the lobby until someone has checked your room and mini bar. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The shower was a problem, lots of water goes all over the floor due to bath not sealed to wall, fridge was not cold, lifts are very slow and noted from previous reviews music very loud even on 12th floor so used ear plugs
• db527 (6/5): Room with a wall view! - Nice clean room but the Superior room we booked had a view of a wall of the next door building . Never experienced a wall just 4 ft away from your window on the 17th floor. Nowhere was it mentioned while booking that we would be looking at a wall for the 6 days we stayed there. The buffet was nice, we enjoyed the ocean walks in front. The staff were all nice.
