Guest Reviews
- Bdenz (5/5): Passable -
- Aaron (10/5): Yup I said it.... - Well at first it does look a bit off. I really dont mind staying here. Very good location, helpful staff, and the best part its QUITE! (Sorry for yelling đ đ
) but really i have stayed in literally 90% of the hotels here in great falls. And this one is one of my fav's "Sleep well my friends"
- Hawkes (3/5): Very disappointing, particularly for that price. - I didn't really like much at all about this place. The people who run it are not friendly at all...never smile or are gracious. The room and bathroom was kinda dirty. Stains on the wall across from the toilet. It's noisy from the road. Microwave didn't work. Had to use one in another room. Each AM coffee was only in a small thermos and you had to wait for them to make it. There is NO "breakfast" provided...only a couple of small crummy muffins. I wasn't made to feel welcome at all.
- John (4/5): - Staff very friendly. Room was ok but microwave didnt work, fridge had no freezer,.
- Daniel (10/5): - I had a very nice stay at the Plaza Inn. The room and bathroom were clean. The mattress was firm and the pillows were comfortable. The gentleman who checked me in was pleasant and friendly. I would stay at the Plaza Inn again and would recommend it to my family and friends.
- Dale (1/5): This could have been a much better experience if the manager gave a dam and if the A/C was working. - Location the only thing going for it. It was about 18:00 when we arrived, and I was told that It was the last room. The air-conditioning did not work, it was running but blowing hot air, and the room was at 88f. Went to the manager and was given a fan! His attitude was awful and just kept saying it is not my fault it is just too hot today. When a family member went to see what could be done, he was promptly told "If you don't like it, I will just check you out so you can leave." The room next door had perfect working A/C and there was a dead A/C left on the walk way and a new A/C had just been installed in the office area, so the manager was OK. We had paid direct to Booking.com so the manager said we would have to take it up with them and the stay was very unpleasant.
- Marilyn (10/5): - Older motel. Check in was fast and pleasant. Room was clean, white towels, king bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was not able to keep the room cool. Outside was high 90 degrees. Would stay there again.
- Michelle (6/5): Pleasant -
- Yveth (10/5): - Zeer vriendelijke meneer, vers fruit bij het ontbijt, goede koffie. De kamer is verouderd, maar schoon!
- Marjorie (5/5): Passable - Price, clean Not in the best shape. For example, bathroom door didnât close
- Garcia (8/5): Very good - The bed was very comfortable, the manager was very nice. The breakfast
- Derek (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeri (1/5): Booking.com did not provide the hotel with my payment!! It is hell trying to get a refund. - Nothing Needâs sanitation
- Blaine (8/5): Decent value for your money - Muffins were fresh and tasty
- Ray (4/5): Disappointing -
- Destiny (6/5): - Honestly ot is a good old fashioned economical 3 star stay, and sometimes that it just what you need. Not fancy but good updated furniture inside and real tile in the bathroom. Good shows on a good tv. We were in town for a baby delivery to support a family member. This place had all we need. I think there are a few permanent residents but they seemed nice. Certainly not the ritz, but has a continental breakfast and a pleasant desk attendant. A ok and thanks so much.
- RodrĂguez (7/5): A great bargain. - The front desk was very helpful and attentive. There were many restaurants nearby. Rowdy guest.
- Jorge (7/5): Good - The attention is good. I did not like that there was no Wi-Fi, it is very important for a hotel that the client has Wi-Fi, it is part of the comfort of the guest.
- Hans (8/5): over all it was a decent stay - Location was good, did not try breakfast the place is dated and some traffic noise
- Cradduck (10/5): Exceptional - Everything No issues
- Judy (1/5): Do not stay here - Nothing! Trying to get our money back We didn't stay! It smelled horrible of stale smoke and the furnace didn't work.
- Stephanus (10/5): Exceptional -
- Regis (2/5): Scuzzy - Dirty floors hairs in the bathroom what looked like diarrhea on the bath ceiling unpainted walls
- Heather (1/5): Bad - This hotel is scary run down and a horrid location to start with. Then, after my "special requests" specifically said I would arrive between 11pm and 12 midnight, and they sent back an OK for that, when I got there at 11:30 pm and rang the bell, the guy shuffled out and pointed to the no vacancy sign on his door. When I told him through the door that I had a reservation, he pointed to the sign again. Now a solo woman in a strange city in the middle of the night is standing on the street wondering where she's going to stay for the night..... Hope that guy gets a dose of Kharma......
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This is an older facility, quite adequate for short term stay and very clean. The 2 queen bed room had most of the conveniences we needed including refrigerator, microwave and free WiFi with a good connection. The only thing missing was an in room coffee maker. TV was a CRT type, but performed satisfactorily. Continental breakfast was sparse, consisting of packaged pastries, and coffee. Hot water for tea was not available, but the owner/manger boiled water for tea in his office and provided tea bags, which we felt was very accommodating and compensated for the lack of self-service tea availability. Beds were comfortable, and furniture included table and comfortable chairs. The location was easy to get to and also easy to get to historical sites we wanted to visit. Economical price, good value.
- David (8/5): Great Falls Mall Parking Lot Motel - I had to go cheap for this stay and one gets what one pays for. This really wasn't bad but a bit behind the times and in a strange location (corner of a mall parking lot--right up to the motel building!) I loved having the fridge and micro in room and the AC was quite welcome and cold. Almost still can't stop laughing at the yellow bathroom fixtures. Appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a king bed from a queen bed, although I didn't ask for it--I suspect it had to do with our being noticeably a same-gender couple? We experienced a minor earthquake there, and all was fine--wasn't checked on, but again, it was minor. Got an unexpected call on my phone to confirm we were indeed coming--were running late and driving across country that didn't have cell signal--had me worried for a bit.
- Stewart (2/5): Old motel shows its age - The room smelled and the air conditioner made noise, but didn't keep out the dampness or heat.
The room we finally chose (tried a couple) was clean but very old and showed its age. It is a very cheap budget motel that I will never stay at again.
- Senior Couple (6/5): Sort of noisy with a lousy breakfast - The motel manager was pleasant and the bed was pretty comfortable, but the air conditioner was set at a low 69 degrees and the noise from the road made it hard to sleep. The "continental" breakfast consisted of an unhealthy wrapped pastry and coffee.
- Jim (6/5): one night stay - The room was very clean .The air conditioner was mounted on the wall and blew air across our bed.
They might as well not offer breakfast. It included a can of BOOST or a sweet roll with coffee .
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I just wanted a budget hotel to get a little sleep at on a long drive home. It totally fit the bill. No frills and reasonably priced.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very neat and clean close to shopping, restaurants - Older motel but very clean, neat with amenities as advertised
- Jody M (8/5): Older yet clean Motel. - I did not realize that this hotel was right on the main street. It is an older, one level motel. The manager was very nice and eased my fears over "bad guests". He told me that he didn't rent to drunks or druggies and his motel was safe and clean.
It did prove to be VERY clean and quiet. It had updated bathrooms and windows so was a pretty good stay. With two females staying alone I did have concerns regarding safety.
- Edwin (4/5): Update first - This hotel need some major updating and upgrading - the rooms are small, needing a paint job and a new TV. The manager was nice and helpful but his great customer service couldn't help for the ugly tiny room. The location was great next to the Holiday Village Mall but a major overall is needed. Fixed first and I would recommended then.
- Joy (6/5): Paint and pink toilet - After reading previous comments we were a bit concerned about our choice but all worries were groundless. Yes, it's rundown but the manager is making upgrades; painting was going on while we were there. "Breakfast" was a plastic-wrapped mystery danish, really our only complaint. The bathroom was tiny but the pink and white toilet made us chuckle. The room was clean, no odors, and the two nights were surprisingly quiet considering it's right on the major highway. And the manager was friendly and helpful.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Misrepresented stars, should be a one star hotel. - Front desk clerk didn't speak english well and the area was very sketchy. Where was the breakfast? Very old place. The fridge dripped water all over our leftovers and ruined them. We will never stay there again.
