- Patricia (2/5): - The front desk didn’t talk about the amenities or what they offered. Nothing. I was under the impression we had already paid and when we got there we had to pay. Rooms were not clean, they smelled and questionable neighbors. We DID NOT stay the whole night. We did not feel safe and didn’t trust leaving our container in our car that carried our luggage. We WILL NOT be coming to this place again. And shame on Expedia for listing them. I feel very duped.

- Kristina (8/5): Great place for the price! - Cute place, great rates, not the most comfortable bed though. We had a nice stay here. A clean, cute, retro kind of motel that's got all the basics in the room we had. Great hot water pressure too. The only issue we had was that the bed was super hard and pillows were really flat. We stopped at Walmart a few towns over a got some cheap pillows and a cheap mattress topper that helped a ton though. Didn't try breakfast, but there's a great coffee shop down the road about 5 minutes! Also this place is about 20min from trout fishing and about the same from floating. It was exactly what we needed since we didn't want to tent camp and don't have a camper.

- Bradley (6/5): Meh. - We were told there was a "Continental" breakfast. We had the choice of cereal, cereal, or cereal and a banana. They did not service our room. We had to ask for new towels. The carpet was stained and burnt by cigarettes. The bathroom shower was very low to the ground causing us to bend down to get hair washed.

- Tim (2/5): Run don’t walk away - I arrived at the hotel and the “clerk” couldn’t speak english at all. He had to call someone and have them on speaker to translate my issue. They couldn’t figure out which room to give me, there wasn’t anyone else at the hotel. I grew very frustrated and left. They still charged me, opening up a credit card dispute.

And when I had to leave a day early because of the affect it had on my asthma they wouldn’t even refund me the day I wasn’t there. The beds were uncomfortable and the toilet banged every time we sat down or got up.
- Becky (2/5): Not recommended - The hotel was not distinguished by a sign as we drove right past it. The check-in process was OK. The rooms are very dated. The carpet was stained. There was no hairdryer, and the odor in the room was overwhelming. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. We checked in at 2:45 pm.,went to our event came back from the event and tried to go to sleep. The bed and order was so bad we checked out are 5 am. If you can find another place, do it I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

- Carolyn (2/5): Skip this hotel - This property used to be great, it has gone down hill. Upon arrival at 5:30pm said they had no rooms available, even though I had booked with hotels. There was not a single car in parking lot. In the hour it took hotels.com to set up a refund, no cars pulled into lot. Something fishy here.
- Michael (8/5): - Given the low price for this motel, I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the room & other amenities. It's rare to find a good motel at a reasonable price. It's not luxurious or modern, but it had the features I wanted. The a/c unit was dated & raised concern when I first saw it, but it worked just fine!

- Justin (2/5): - If you need towels wash cloth anything you have to go to the office and ask they will tell you 20 minutes and never show up after being the for a week I asked for different blankets the manager told me 20$ after I already payed for my stay when I said I'll put this on my review he said tell it to expida the rooms are nasty because I ask them to clean two days later he gave me a vacuum to do it myself They have ants and cockroaches all over the place I can speak several languages I know they understand what im saying they play like they can't my wife on disability she has trouble walking and she had to clean the nasty bathroom they will never take out trash and when i do its full of 🐜 cockroaches I'm a 19 year marine core veteran I served in Iraq and Afghanistan iv been around the world I can speak several languages and they treated us like crap

The room was marginally acceptable with stained carpets, old sheets, and mini pillows that were worthless. And then, you could barely understand the person at the front desk who was no help with giving you community suggestions. Won't make that mistake again.

- Chris (2/5): Poor place. - Pros: I found no live roaches in my room. Cons: I found dead ones all around. The hotel room was in bad disrepair. But all staff needed to do was vacuum up the roaches and nobody would had realized there a roach problem.

The only problem I had was that the comforter had to be used as a blanket, with only a sheet that wouldn't have provided enough warmth. We all know comforters are not washed every stay, so... we were quite likely using a comforter (blanket) that someone else had used. That disgusts me to my core.

- Frank (8/5): - Its an older hotel but it is clean and maintained. Nothing fancy here but at this price what else would you expect. My room did have a microwave, refrigerator and a coffee machine. Breakfast options were cereal, Little Debbie snacks, and coffee. Quick and easy check-in and checkout.

- Richard (2/5): Don’t Stay Here. It’s Not Worth It! - Terrible experience!!! Thought I booked thru Thursday night. Returned Thursday night to locked door! Office was not helpful or sympathetic. They have your phone number and when your stuff is still in the room, they can’t call you!!! In India, customer courtesy and hospitality probably isn’t practiced. So why practice it here?

What the deal breaker was for us was the microwave and the fridge did not work and there were bugs in the room. We were only at the hotel for a few hours and we packed up and left. We chose this motel because it was close to the event we were going to, but I would not stay here again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Dated but functional - This was convenient location for rural work. It is not retro 1970s it is still 1970. Comfortable bed. Possibly if it had been very hot the AC may have been challenged to keep up. The shower head is short but great pressure and plenty of hot water. Price reflected the lack of update. I appreciated that they have kept it simple and inexpensive and have not created a mass of landfill product with a remodel. Everything functioned and was up kept.

- Stacy (10/5): - This property was in a great location for our needs. Walking distance to a wonderful restaurant and a nice 24 hour convenient store. We noticed all the rooms getting new beds. The A/C was cold and worked great. The shower pressure was strong and hot. The sheets and towels were definitely very clean. We were in a room towards the back and did not hear any street noise. The person at the desk was very courteous. We felt safe, and we could not beat the price anywhere. We would stay there again
- Kay (2/5): - The room was second rate and carpet was torn and dirty as you walked in the door,floor was not very clean and corners of bathroom and behind the stool were dirty and the main problem was people was getting drunk and loud and knocked on our door at 2 am .The person taking care of the establishment was very nice but was the only one operating the motel and the continental breakfast that was served consisted of cold cereal ,oatmeal cream pies and cold coffee.

Peep hole missing, dirty towels and washrags with holes in them, long tear in carpet, veneer coming off bathroom door, large burn spot on countertop, Cabinet handle missing a screw, hole in paneling covered with duct tape, and a filthy lampshade.

Our shower had long black hairs in it and the toilet was totally gross. What angered me most was this could be a nice motel if they would simply clean. I would never recommend this motel to anyone.

There was a pot of coffee, but it was cold and nobody offered to make a new pot, even when they were told it was cold. There were 3 kinds of cereal, milk and some bananas - and with only cold coffee available, not really what I'd consider breakfast.

However the bottom of the bathtub looked like it hadnt been cleaned in awhile and the bathroom door was pealing apart and behind the bathroom doorhad chips and crumbs laying on the floor. The air in the room apon arrival was thick and stale but after i aired it out it was fine. As for the rest of the room it was fine. Plenty of good parking and the grounds were clean.
- William (10/5): I WILL BE BACK - It is a rustic older motel . But nice and clean. Worth the price. The staff is sincere. Dumb me left my computer behind when I checked out. When I got home I called & said they had it in office. What are the chances of that happening in a larger city ??

- MARY (4/5): - Room was dated but pretty clean. Furniture was damaged, refrigerator was tough to close, did not realize this and all my stuff was warm in the morning. Stayed from Saturday to Saturday and house keeping stopped coming to room on Wednesday. No clean towels for rest of week. I went to office a couple times, locked. Being it is the only motel in town I guess they are assured returning customers. They do not do much to impress you to get you to come back. Pool was very very clean, but completely packed with people so as you can not go in and relax.
- Chiquita (10/5): Great Stay on a Budget - Room was listed as "no frills" but it had wifi, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although we did not use the pool, we saw it was very clean and the hotel provided pool towels. The staff was very friendly without being intrusive. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a clean comfortable place to stay. Finally, the price was amazingly affordable. We will definitely stay again and have no problem recommending it to others.

I especially DISLIKED the mini sofa, that you need an ass-jack to get out of, the child's size toilet, so low you have to stand up to wipe your butt, the broken coffee maker and the disgusting coffee. I could go on but you get what you pay for - sometimes you don't.
- Jonnie (2/5): Pee smell and dirty sheets - I walked in room 212 the bathroom smelled like pee the sheets on one of the beds was dirty and stained up there was black hairs on the sheets as well. The water shut off as my daughter took a shower as well over all that room was dirty. They came and gave me sheets for the bed but I had to make the bed and the bathroom nasty itinerary smell!
