• X6299YRjohnh (10/5): Awesome - The friendliest staff. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I stayed there for 3 weeks on business. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The staff were always willing to make dining recommendations. At the end of the trip it really did feel like I had become friends with the couple who run the hotel. The breakfast was adequate. The room was a nice size and always very clean. It was a blast just to hang out in the lobby and eat dinner. It was a great way to experience different cultures. There were guests from Korea,Poland, and China. An amazing experience made possible by this awesome hotel.

• mtarka (8/5): Good and extremely clean hotel - Hotel is perfectly loceted , close to shopping moll , restaurants and 5 minutes walk to Changwon Market. Around hotel there are plans of good restaurant.Hotel is loceted at 5th floor , extremely clean , stuff very friendly , there is one point which must be improved , breakfast , to small , and everyday the same. Coffy machine with good coffee for disposal all the time , water , sweets also. I was there almost one month . Next time also will chose AT Business Hotel. Strongly recommend for everybody,

• SEONG JI (6/5): 청결도.. ㅜㅜ - 조식 굉장히 맛있었고, 침대도 편안했어요. 시청 근처여서 먹을곳도 많았고. 그런데 청결도가...ㅜㅜ 머리카락이나 변기, 욕조 상태가 너무 별로였던.. 그래서 씻을 때 제가 다시 청소했던.. 말씀드렸더니 방을 바꿔주시겠다고 했지만, 그 방이 그 방일 것 같아 그냥 사용했습니다. 청결도만 괜찮았다면 정말 만족스러웠을텐뎅.. 아쉽ㅜㅜ

• constantinacyp (4/5): Really poor.... - Well, i have visited this hotel for my competition first days of September. Difficult to be understood, despite the fact that they want to help you. They are very friendly. Prices are quite good. Very poor breakfast. Few eggs, some sausages (cold), cereals, milk, juice, coffee, and bread. No lunch, no dinner. Pics shows the view from the hotel. Noisy area.... but thank u for what u do to make my staying more comfy.
• Y8808JGdavidt (4/5): A lot less than I expected - It is on the 5th floor of an old brick building in the middle of a commercial area. The room size is small but sleeps three in two beds. The bathroom is large but bare. The dining room is tiny but adequate because of the efficiency of the clean-up staff. The breakfast is inadequate but we made it do. The staff are really helpful but speak little English. Located close to a large Starbucks and a TGI Fridays where we ate every night. There is a good gym across the road for $US7 per visit and the “1 Liter” drink shop on the corner is excellent. I would pay more to get the M-Stay again next time. • Dionges1 (4/5): Spartan and Most Likely Very Inexpensive (Cheap) - Stayed one night on a tour visiting military and historical sites in the area. Was told that due to many business travelers, hotel rooms were hard to book in Changwon. MHT tour company saved money on this booking. Rooms were OK, but the room was very hot and controls to cool the room hard to use. Left the window open all night; fortunately there was a screen. The "hotel" occupied one floor only of a multi-story, mixed-use building, the 5th floor. Breakfast was less than adequate. If you cannot find a better hotel or traveling on a low budget, this hotel will be OK. Did not think the location was that good. I believe there are two Crown hotels and this one has to be the cheaper of the two. Do not confuse these hotels with the Crown Plaza. Given the choice, would have stayed elsewhere. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel in the Budget or less category. Appeared to be clean, bedding and towels appeared to be clean. Rating is Poor to Almost OK.

• IXXVI (4/5): Is this really a hotel? or a motel? - First id like to say that the hotel guest agents were nice and polite, but that's where the positive feedback ends. Stayed here for 2 nights, walked out of here with 7 mosquito bites. I guess you get what you pay for when it comes it quality.
• Verified traveler (6/5): サイト地図の間違い - 鎮海に用があったものの、周辺のホテルがなかったため、当ホテルに宿泊。鎮海までは車で約20分(混んでいると30分以上)程かかる。 ホテル自体は値段と快適性は釣り合っているものの、ホテルの場所が非常に分かりにくい。というのも、ホテルズドットコムのサイト上の地図が間違っていて、発見にかなり時間がかかった。サイトの地図は宛にせず、他の地図アプリを参考にすることをオススメします。
• Peter (4/5): quick hotel for short stays - This hotel is only nice for a short stay. They really nickel and dime you here at the hotel. The staff are nice enough but are very limited in languages if you are not Korean. They charge you for extra people even if they room is meant for 4 people according to their own policy. A 4 person room gets charged about $20 each extra person, so that's $40 extra a night even though you're already paying a higher rate for the larger room with bigger beds.
• Ellen (4/5): Crown AT Hotel or AT Business Hotel - We booked a twin room with a single and double bed since it holds 3 people. Upon arriving, the hotel staff at the front desk tried to charge us again for the 3rd person even though we listed 3 people in the purchase price online already. They demanded that we pay and after arguing with them and showing them proof electronically that we paid for 3 (stressful and something I'd rather not have to do on vacation) they relented. The hotel is the 5th floor of a building and the other floors are karaoke or bars. The elevator into the building is the only one and is quite old and slow. Beware the elevator doors as they close really quick (sometimes on you). The cleaning staff opens EVERY room and leaves the door of the room open even after they are done. We left when they came in, arrive back 5 hours later to our hotel room door wide open with all our stuff at the front -- seemly free for the taking. The security is terrible.

• SteveCouv (6/5): Ok - So this hotel is rated very well. The ratings reflect a price to hotel quality rating in my opinion. The hotel is not very expensive. Maybe half of others in the area. It is clean and very basic. They have refurbed this hotel with wallpaper and such. They have about 20 rooms in one hallway on the 5th floor. The heat is floor heat, radiant. No control in the room. The ac unit was a fan, no ther controls working. With it on i woke up at 4am to a cotton mouth. Never used it again. My room was about 80f and I had too ask the hotel to lower the heat 2x but it was still so hot I had to keep the window open, industrial noise in the area. The shower is one of those that is part of the bathroom floor with no separation. If you shower at night the floor will be wet till they dry it the next day and a slip hazard for me. They do provide special shower slippers. Korean people will prefer the heat and find the shower normal. The breakfast buffet is like that of low end hotels in the US. Toast and some small egg things. Korean hot dog like mini sausages and spam. Yogurt. If you are thrifty then this hotel is a good choice. The staff is somewhat able to speak english but just for basic things. The room is clean but the back stairwell was pretty scary looking. Not exagerating, a 4 foot pile of dirty towels blocked part of the doule door of the back stairwell door. The hotel is on the 5th floor of a business building and with 3-4 ways to it only one is decent looking. The side we came in the elevator keys were blacked out for the 3rd and 5th floor. The staff asked me to book online when I called. The website could not accept my long email address so I had to email them which they responded to promptly. In the US this would be like a motel 6 with a bit of bling in the lobby. By ammenities, not quality rating, this is a 1 or 2 star. A good value especially if you speak Korean. I have an issue with the hotel leaving all doors open including my room for hours while cleaning. I locked my luggage. This is really not that uncommon here. I trust the hotel but not all the other guests who'd gave access to my luggage and things.
• Sung Won (10/5): 완전 따뜻! 푹 쉬었어요~ - 완전 추운 겨울에 묵었는데 바이 온돌에서 몸 지지듯이 뜨끈뜨끈해서 피로가 완전 풀리더군요 푹잤어요^^ 호텔규모는 작은데 방이 깨끗하고 화장실도 넓고 넘 좋았고 조식도 가격대비 잘 나와서 좋았습니다^^ 다음에 창원가면 여기로 다시 오려구요^^

• 420katied (10/5): Great Location - The hotel is a great deal! It's amazingly clean and the bed is comfortable. There was also a very basic breakfast buffet. The location is great, but the placement of the hotel is a little odd. It's on the fifth floor of a building with a lot of other businesses, so it was initially a little hard to find...in addition, the parking area was crowded.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There were not many options and those that they had were out of stock for most of the time we waited. Also the staff were slow to clean the tables.

• NY (10/5): Most satisfying place in Changwon - We stayed here around a week. The room was quite spacious and very modern and neat. Obviously not a fancy place but nice enough for us. The staffs were nice and most of all we liked the breakfast a lot. If you want to try some korean home style breakfast, we already found a right place. But don't worry! They also have some western style breakfast too. The location was perfect in the middle of the city center, very close from the mall. There are multiple convenient stores around.

• absm33 (8/5): Great location! - The good is that the location of the hotel is very near shops, restaurants & convenience stores and it seems it's right smack in the middle of the action in Changwon City. Clean, well maintained, everything working well, with helpful staff. The rooms have ample space and bed is comfortable. Digital HD TV reception with English language channels are available. The hotel also is easily accessible and taxi is normally available around the corner. Room rates are quite affordable with free buffet breakfast, thus, great value for money. The bad for me is that they just leave all the doors open when they're cleaning all the rooms, though I didn't lose any stuff in my room. I think this is because they have lots of CCTVs on the hallways and the hotel is quite small, with only one floor, thus, they can easily see who goes in & out. Also, none of the staff knows how to speak English, though I still had no problems checking in and out. In addition, the hotel is on the 5th floor and if you access the elevator near the main road, you will be surprised that it goes up to the 3rd floor only. Your first reaction is that is there really a hotel here? Anyway, there are no signs that access to the hotel is thru the elevator near the entrance from the back street. At any rate, if I get an opportunity to go back to Changwon, this hotel is still one that I will consider.

Nice breakfast offered each day as well. Great value for the money spent ... this will be my hotel of choice the next time I return to this city!" That was a quote from another reviewer and I wholeheartedly agree. In fact when I arrived I was very ill with a fever and GI tract infection. The general manager Hee Chun Ahn graciously took me to the doctor and the pharmacy. Anything I needed, once they understood, they delivered, but again Mr. Ahn was a gem. You also get slippers and a terry robe to use, razor, comb, toothbrush and the usual soaps. TV is large flat panel and internet is simple and fast. A wonderful bargain for a change!

• marineboy95117 (10/5): AT BUSINESS HOTEL at the heart of Changwon, S. Korea - During my business trip, I usually stay in this hotel located at the busy district of Changwon where many restaurants and clubs are located (Jung Ang Dong). The staff is professional and fully informative on what customers need during the hotel stay. The parking is a bit limited but it is OK if you do not mind parking at the lot for the market customer. They also serve free breakfast and offer free internet service. Please let them know that you do not want to be disturbed in the early morning when house keeping ladies start their daily routines. Sometimes, they do not knock.
