Shener (3/5): Wouldn’t stay again. - Location was good, pictures sold it to me… Felt very claustrophobic, the room was so small, not looking like the photos, so it felt a bit misleading, very narrow room, couldn’t swing a cat in there… hairs on pillows and sheets… shower hot and cold, toilet very low down, oddly sink very high up, mirror was too low to look into it, and when you sat down too high to see anything other than your forehead… Breakfast wasn’t great, fishy odd items, not sure if that’s what they eat in Poland but odd… Just a little underwhelmed by this place..

Olena (10/5): Близько до центру та затишно - Привітний персонал, чисто. Близько до вокзалу і до автостанції (пішки хвилин 13). В кімнаті є телевізор, чайник, фен. Питна вода в коридорі в кулері. В будинку є ліфт. До аеропорту на авто до 30 хвилин. Під вікном їздить трамвай. Але звук такий, ніби реактивний літак чи ракета пролітає. Для українців з розхитаною нервовою системою треба звикнути, я підривалась кілька разів з ліжка. Чула все, що роблять і говорять сусіди )) Рецепція працює тільки з 8 до 20 години. Я не звернула увагу, на жаль, і не встигла забрати фактуру.

В номере все удобства, супер удобные кровати,вплоть до раскладной кровати,которую по нашей просьбе установили в номер для сына,который хотел спать отдельно. Все мелочи в номере очень хорошо и заботливо продуманы персоналом. Всё было супер,жаль только не попали на завтрак, ведь самолёт улетал рано и у нас совершенно небыло времени на завтрак. Спасибо большое отелю.

Goran (8/5): Nice place to stay in Krakow for one or two nights. - Very close to the city center and to the main train and bus station. Room was basic but clean and had everything I needed for one night. Breakfast was also OK. Walls are quite thin so if you have a light sleep, bring your earplugs.

shepdog (10/5): - Room was clean, quiet and very cosy. The bathroom was clean, well maintained and with excellent facilities such as hair dryer, and body/hair wash. Breakfast was amazing, offer a great variety of foods, with a self-serve style breakfast. Since we left very early in the morning we were offer some breakfast to take with us for our journey (which was suggested by the staff and not a request which was made by us, an excellent touch in customer service and hospitality). Located close to 2 tram stops (straty kleparz stop and Pędzichów stop) making it excellent for exploring other areas of Krakow. The hotel is also within walking distance of the main square and makes for a wonderful night stroll back from a meal. Nothing, as genuinely great hotel, with brilliant staff.

Chambre petite et sombre, côté cour. Mais les chambres ensoleillées seraient bruyantes ( selon les avis)car sur rue. Ménage pas fait pendant le séjour car il fallait le demander. Ceci nous aurait eté signalé lors du chech-in, ce qui n'edt pas le cas.

Gudrun (7/5): Die Pension hat insgesamt den Erwartungen noch entsprochen. - Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen in der Rezeption und im Service. Das 2-Bett-Zimmer war sehr klein, knarrende, teils beschädigte Dielen. Insgesamt sehr hellhörig, knarrende Dielen und Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer.

Maria (10/5): Easter in Krakow - The location is 10 minutes away from train station and city historical center. The street is clean, lighted, safe, and goes strait to the center. The room was small and cozy, bathroom big and clean. Very good quality branded towels, white sheets and thick toilet paper :) They clean and change towels at your request, by leaving a sign on the outside doorknob. The room was on the top floor, no neighbours upstairs. The heating was on so the we made the confortable temperature for us. The breakfast was rich, with plenty of choices. The coffee machine is at your discretion. Our room was on the third floor. The first floor has the reception and breakfast rooms. Might be the noisiest floor. The receptionist was very nice, polite and gave us some information on the Easter events. The common spaces were Easter decorated and the atmosphere was cozy, livingroom like. The same room key opens the building door and the hallway of your floor. Seems a bit weird but it works just fine. The tram tracks were under the windows. It stops at 11 pm and resumes at 5 am. Could be a bit stressful for the light sleepers, as there is a bit of the rumble in the room when it passes. Our room had outdated furniture and old squeaky floors. We didn't mind, but could hear the floors and doors from other rooms.

Thanh (7/5): Die Unterkunft hat mir gut gefallen - Die Lage und das Frühstück waren sehr gut, Personal war freundlich. Sehr laut, Tag und Nacht fahren Tram, Busse und Auto.
Julia (4/5): Leider viel zu laut - Lage war sehr gut Extrem hellhörig, der Frühstücksraum ist direkt neben den Zimmern. Dadurch hört man ab 7 Uhr morgens durchgehendes lautes Geschirr klirren und Leute reden. Die Türen sind sehr dünn. Zusätzlich ist es extrem laut wenn jemand im Zimmer obendrüber sich bewegt. Die Heizung macht die ganze Nacht sehr laute Geräusche wie eine Bohrmaschine. Es gibt sogar einen Aushang im Zimmer, dass das passiert wenn die Heizung auf 0 ist und das Hotelmangement bittet darum deshalb die Heizung anzulassen, aber 1. bringt das nichts denn auch mit laufender Heizung kommt das Geräusch und zweitens kann man ja nicht erwarten dass wir bei 20 Grad draußen die Heizung anlassen. Es war viel zu heiss im Zimmer. Ansonsten war das Hotel zwar ganz gut, aber die Lautstärke war so ein großes Problem, dass wir dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen können.
