• Niel (8/5): Good hotel. Great value for money! - Nice hotel for a good price. Location is really good, just a few minutes from the shopping area, Walking street, the beach, etc. Also rooms are very clean, but a bit outdated, same for the airco. Wifi was very weak and could be better.

Andere Hotels in dieser Preislage haben keinen Lift. Habe die Buchung verlängert, wobei Hotels.com billiger war, als wenn ich an der Rezeption gebucht hätte. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Das 5 star J mit österreichischem Besitzer ist nicht nur für Vegetarier ein Genuss.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - There were two (2) negative issues: 1) The telephone in the guest room wasn't working. The staff noted this and attempted to rectify - but were unsuccessful. They offered to upgrade me to another (Larger) room FOC. 2) The Swimming Pool was undergoing maintenance from the date of my check in until two days prior to check out. Again, the staff apologised and offered the use of the Swimming Pool and facilities at their sister Hotel (Diamond Beach Hotel) FOC The efforts of Management and Staff to address these two (2) small issues was commendable - communicating possible solutions and advising on all effort being made in a polite, courteous and friendly manner. Again, they could not have done more to assist - I am extremely impressed by the whole Team.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The Diamond City Place has an easy access (on a main road) location in South Pattaya. Road noise is not an issue - as the property has rear-facing rooms. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, with excellent facilities (large ensuite bathroom, cable tv, small balcony, good-size fridge and in-room mini safe). Housekeeping staff are helpful, friendly, polite and courteous and available from 7am until 4pm daily. Adjacent to the main building, the Coffee Shop - although small, is clean and well-staffed; offering a wide selection of Thai, Indian and European menus. Coffee Shop staff are very attentive, polite and efficient. Breakfast service is from 7am until 11am. A-la-cart service is available all day until 7pm with Room Service available with a +10% Service Charge. Reception Staff are available from 7am until Midnight (Room Key-fob security access to the building is available outwith these hours). Again, Reception Staff are friendly, polite, helpful and always eager to assist. The Swimming Pool, although small, is located on the 2nd Floor and is very well maintained. The only negative points found were: No assistance available for luggage transfer at Check-in/Check-out. No Electric Shaver outlet in the bathroom. No Kettle or Hair Dryer in the room - however, these two items were available for rent from the Reception Desk.

TV가 오래된 구형이지만 딱히 TV 볼 일이 없어서 상관 없었고, 에어컨이 좀 시끄러운 것은 신경 쓰였습니다. 소음에 민감하신 분은 많이 거슬릴만한 큰 소리입니다. 주변에 시장이나 은행도 멀지 않은 곳에 있고, 저렴한 마사지샵도 있어서 저녁에 들어오면서 발마사지 받고 들어오면 딱입니다. 숙소 나가서 바로 썽태우 타면 10바트에 파타야비치나 워킹스트리트 한블럭 앞에서 내릴 수 있고, 노선표보고 잘 타면 한번에 티파니쇼장 등이 몰려있는 주변까지 갈 수 있는데, 그랩택시타면 200바트 정도고, 오토바이 타면 50~80바트 거리입니다.

I have previously stayed at this hotel before and will return in the future. Hotel advertises a swimming pool, however this is very small.
• Masayuki (10/5): とても感じの良いレセプション、立地も最高。 - サウスパタヤ通りは、繁華街ではなくパタヤの普通の人々が暮らす通り。野菜やフルーツは勿論種々雑多な市場、スーパーマーケット、金行、夜は屋台が立ち並ぶ道。ウオーキングストリートに程近い十字路からゆっくり歩いても１０分で到着する。リセプションはにこやかで良い感じ。スーペリアルームにキングベッド１台の部屋に泊まったが、１人だと広すぎる感じ。只、２階だったのでカーテンを開けると外から丸見えになった。　　アメニティは冷蔵庫に飲料水２本と１回分のシャンプー、石鹸くらいだが、ミニキッチンがある。アメニティーはホテルの敷地を出るとすぐ左手にファミマとセブンイレブンがあり、旅行サイズのシャンプーやら歯磨き粉など全部そろう。浴槽は洋式としては深めでお湯も熱かった。朝食は、ちょっと物足りなかったので、屋台かコンビニで済ませても良いかも。アメニティーやら有料のお菓子がない分、チェックアウトも２秒で終わってしまった。レセプションは最後まで感じが良かった。エクストラベッドを入れて仲間とチープ目な旅行をするのには、最高かも。只、残念なのがWIFIが部屋からは繋がらなかったことかな。

• Blankenstein (6/5): Es gibt besseres - In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Im Pool lief keine Umwälzung und es schwamm Staub und Blüten auf der Oberfläche. Die Technik im Zimmer war total veraltet kleiner Röhrenfernseher, Klimaanlage ohne Fernbedienung, Frühstück okay. Da die putzfrau ein Fenster offen gelassen hat, hatte ich kleine Tiere im Zimmer.

• Erica Shea (10/5): Great place! - We loved our stay in this hotel. It is far enough away from the noise to get a good nights sleep, though not so far that you miss any action. We loved the breakfast options, it is worth adding onto your reservation! My only suggestion would be that they might treat the room for ants, which were in our bathroom each day. But over all we would definitely stay again!

• JPL (2/5): Geen behoefte aan chagrijn. - Om 13.20 uur kwamen we aan bij het hotel. Na ongeveer 10 minuten had de chagrijnige receptioniste mijn boeking gevonden. Inchecken dus? Nee hoor. Vanaf 14 uur. Of we straks even terug konden komen. Nee dus. We hebben een andere locatie gezocht en gevonden. Ze kunnen hier beter een cursus klanten wegjagen gaan geven.

No kettle to boil water. No hand towel and face cloth. No body wash. Couldn't tell if the little packet was shampoo as it is written in Thai only. No body lotion, facial tissues. Not enough toilet paper as no backup was supplied. A lot of noise coming out from the vents in bathroom. If I could understand the language next door, I would be able to hear everything clearly.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good value for the price. - Spacious room for the price,clean and tiled. 10-12 minute walk to Walking Street, Tukcom 5-7 minute walk away. Moderately easy baht bus access going, better returning. Very close to Tony's Gym. Down side: only 6-7 minutes of hot water from the electric hot water tank. Black out curtains could be better. Air shaft in the bathroom adjoins with the bathroom on the next room over and some sounds carry. Breakfast package is precooked except eggs and only fair. Coffee is horrific, tea acceptable. Overall good hotel value, but the breakfast is worth skipping if you can eat local fair, edible if you can't.
• Verified traveler (2/5): The Diamond City Place - more of a coal mine than - I stayed for three days out of my booked 11 days and left Pattaya and Thailand out of total disgust.The main reason was the Wifi that never worked, the most abusive and unhelpful reception staff I have ever encountered. The Hotel Manager was in Bangkok at that time and refused to talk to me to try and resolve the Wifi issue. So I packed my bags and just left. I will never go back . Although the hotel is nice and clean with a cute small swimming pool this was by far the worst hotel experience of my life.
