Établissement situé dans un petit paradis verdoyant et paisible; avec une piscine incroyablement grande et bien entretenue. Service exceptionnel; personnel à l’écoute de nos besoins/demandes. Serviettes pour la piscine et la plage à disposition. (Même le sac de plage est fourni!!) Directeur attentionné et professionnel, qui s’assure constamment du bon fonctionnement de l’hôtel. - colingW6609ID (10/5): A Magical Vacation at a Wonderful and Relaxing Luxury Hotel - This is simply a wonderful hotel. Our stay was absolutley perfect. The physical property is both breathtaking and immaculate. Our room was large, quiet, spotless and wonderfully appointed. The hotel's common areas are luxurious - we lounged around the pool area, we took strolls along their private paths through their fruit orchards, and we gazed for hours at the breathtaking vistas that surround this hilltop property. And as wonderful as the physical details of the property are, the staff and service are even better. This is clearly a very well-managed hotel. The ratio of staff to guests is quite high and every single member of staff that we encountered was both very competent and extremely pleasant. All in all, we had the most relaxing 5 days in Sicily that we could imagine. Thank you very much to the team at Masseria Della Volpe - you are fantastic!

- MichelH193 (10/5): Luxurious masseria hotel in the Noto region - This is a very beautiful and luxurious boutique hotel estate located in the region of Noto. Within short driving distances you find some nice restaurants and the villages of Noto, Scicli, Ragusa and Modica. When you drive through the gate you end up in heaven, this former farm breaths a luxurious atmosphere. The grounds are absolutely stunning! There is a nice walking route over the estate where you will find all sorts of fruit trees. What the fruit trees have to offer are used for all sorts of locally produced foods and treats. Communication upfront is very clear and there is lots of free parking space available. The staff in all areas are very nice and welcoming. The room is very clean and nicely decorated and has all you could possibly need during your stay here. The bed is very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. The price-quality of the hotel is good. Compared to the roomrates we felt they charged very reasonable prices for the food and drinks. You can easily spend a day at the magnificent pool here. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and has many local delicacies on offer! We didn’t try to have dinner here since during our visit it was very quiet, I am sure the food is amazing This is a perfect oasis to really relax during a Sicilian holiday, right in the middle of nature and close enough to explore all the nice cities and highlights in the area.
- Michel (9/5): Amazing stay at a luxurious masseria hotel - This is a very beautiful and luxurious boutique hotel estate located in the region of Noto. Within short driving distances you find some nice restaurants and the villages of Noto, Scicli, Ragusa and Modica. When you drive through the gate you end up in heaven, this former farm breaths a luxurious atmosphere. The grounds are absolutely stunning! There is a nice walking route over the estate where you will find all sorts of fruit trees. What the fruit trees have to offer are used for all sorts of locally produced foods and treats. Communication upfront is very clear and there is lots of free parking space available. The staff in all areas are very nice and welcoming. The room is very clean and nicely decorated and has all you could possibly need during your stay here. The bed is very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. - Wout (10/5): Amazing stay with a beautiful view! - We liked every part of it. Probably the best Hotel we stayed in Sicily. The location with the Belvedere (viewpoint) is amazing. The pool with the bar is very relaxing. Staff are very kind and helpful. We also really liked the restaurant, good food, good service and you can switch a full long diner on the one day to a light pasta meal on the next day. Great experience! The only suggestion I have to make it even better is to udate the TV’s to enable casting from your phone (chromecast or smart tv).

Le petit déjeuner est un peu limité. Une voiture est fortement conseillée, les points d'interet aux alentours sont proches mais requièrent en voiture (30 minutes environ). A part ca, rien à redire.

My grandfather was from Sicily and always carried immense pride in his homeland. After staying at Masseria della Volpe, I finally understand why. The property reflects a deep connection to the surrounding land and culture. Olive trees, fig trees, citrus groves, and carob all flourish here. It felt like a microcosm of southern Sicily and the agricultural richness that defines the region. The restaurant is truly one of the highlights. When we think of Italy, we think of food, and the dining experience here lived up to every expectation. The dishes were delicious, and you have to try the olive oil and gin, both made from ingredients grown on the property itself. The staff made the stay even more special. They were warm, kind, funny, and attentive, striking the perfect balance of professionalism and personality. Their high standard of service made everything feel easy and comfortable. Another advantage is the location. From the masseria, it’s an easy drive to some of Sicily’s most beautiful, history-rich towns, including Siracusa and Noto, as well as plenty of stunning beaches. Additionally, extra charge for use of sauna & hot tub seemed unnecessary and was off putting. Finally, when I called the front desk to ask for a late check out because our daughter was sick with a fever and sleeping, they said they would charge 100€ for 1 hour extra. I would not recommend this place and will not stay again.

Beware the jacuzzi is part of the spa, so if you go into the jacuzzi you need to pay a day spa. We had a beautiful ground floor room, but you do not have a window to look outside, the door with glass has view on the courtyard but ofcourse other people use the courtyard to walk to their room, so a room on an upper floor will probably give you a more enjoyable view. The staff at Masseria Della Volpe is truly amazing, they do everything possible to accomodate you. I certainly recommend to eat at the restaurant - great food, good bread - my personal favourites were : tra terra & mare, la norma, raviolini della nonna, tataky di tonno. Some dishes are not so light, such as the lasagna of the house or beef wellington, perfect for my husband but I prefer a lighter dish. Breakfast in the morning is very enjoyable, especially if you can eat outside on the terrace with such a nice view. One thing could be improved: the bread and the crusty bread rolls. I put the bread in the toaster which made it ok, but the bread rolls really need some improvement, especially if you compare those to the bread that is served in the evening which is soo much better. Other than that I have no negative comments. It is a great place to discover the surroundings of Noto, Raguse Ibla and Syracuse and a fantastic place to relax at the pool afterwards.
