I'd like to say a big shout out to the lovely Jasmin who greeted us at the reception desk with the loveliest warm smile and friendly welcome. Jasmin couldn't do enough to make our stay more enjoyable and checked in on us everyday! Your an absolute Star ⭐ Rooms were spotless and location first class with many places to eat all around us. We were so lucky we made friends with another two couples and we all had a beautiful last day together visiting the most stunning waterfalls that I'd highly recommend...Thank you Mandy your so super organised like our having personal tour guide 💕 Yip it's clear to say my husband and I had a great time and left meeting new friends Prince Ian, Lesley, Paul and Mandy thank you for the laughs..

Δεν υπήρχαν στο δωμάτιο μπουρνούζια και παντόφλες και έπρεπε να τα ζητήσουμε. Ήταν καλό δωμάτιο αλλα η τιμή του για deluxe ήταν υπερβολική για την εμπειρία. Θα βρει αρκετά σκαλιά ακόμα και αν χρησιμοποιηθεί ασανσέρ- ας το εχει υπόψιν του όποιος έχει πρόβλημα με τις σκάλες.
• Sandy (10/5): If you don’t have a car, it’s a great hotel. Count on off site parking. - We were in the heart of the old town. The listing showed parking available so I assumed it was on site. It wasn’t. We had to park at an underground parking garage and pull our luggage through the old town to the hotel. It was very costly to park there for 2 nights and 2 days.
• lorrainer341 (10/5): Beautiful, stunning location, well decorated - Fantastic hotel, staff were really helpful, ideal location not far from the cathedral, buffet breakfast was excellent such a wide variety of choice and well stocked, and when we left the gave us a small stone ornament of the cathedral as a thankyou. We were there for 7 nights

• Azem Husika (9/5): Odlično iskustvo, veoma zanimljiv i šarmantan hotel na dobroj lokaciji - Hotel je veoma lijep. Nalazi se svega nekoliko minuta od parking garaže Poljana, tako da nije problem ako dolazite autom. Hotel je u centru starog grada Šibenika. Oko hotela su šarmantne ulice i trgovi, sa velikim brojem restorana, kafića i suvenirnica. Doručak je odličan. Osoblje na recepciji je veoma susretljivo. Djevojka koja je radila na recepciji kad smo se prijavljivali nam je pomogla oko informisanja za izlet u NP Krka. Možda je vrijeme za promjenu madraca, bar u sobi 303.

• Guy (8/5): Good location in old town - Very good location in the old town, the outside has a lot of character. Large room, good bed. Silence at night. Friendly staff. Carpark Polhana is 250m away without steep alleys to climb, which is good as the whole city is on a hill. Decoration a bit old fashioned. The breakfast is not bad, but a bit basic. Reception, breakfast… the staff is nice, but not really professional.

• Dóra (10/5): Perfect Hotel for a stay in Sibenik - Friendly staff, perfectly clean, very good location, huge room, underfloor heating in the bathroom, very good breakfast. The hot tub was not working at the time we stayed at the Hotel, however this is not the fault of the Hotel, because it just opened for the season on the day we arrived, we just did not have this information in advance.

• Hans (8/5): Leuk voor kort verblijf - Midden is Sibenik leuk Hotel zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt en een lift. Parkeren is in een openbare parkeergarage op ca 10 minuten lopen. Dit is een nadeel met koffers. Parkeren best duur ca. €32,00 per 24 uur.

• petermR6468ZI (10/5): Sweet boutique hotel in heart of old town - Charming hotel in the best location in old town. We had a great room on the corner overlooking the square. Beautiful room in renovated historic building. The breakfasts each day were continental (cold) there was a small Hot section with scrambled eggs, hot salad , and frankfurts but not much chop. I ended up having oats most days of our 10 day stay. She loved big selection of fruits, cheese, meats. Good coffee machine. The best part was the lovely Jelena an amazing host. Nicholas was also a nice hardworking young man. Very polite people different to Dubrovnik we will later learn. But no bath in the room and no breakfast packed for the last day as was promised which was strange.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. We'll be back again. For the most part, a clean room and comfortable bed. I wished they had reduced rate parking for the hotel stay.

• JaneDoe1981 (10/5): WOW - 10/10 for this hotel - AMAZING! This is one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed in. Immaculately clean, very comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom I could do on! The breakfast offered a wide choice of delicious foods, cereals, pastries, breads, meats, cheeses and fresh fruit. Also a few cooked items. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, 3 minute walk to the port when multiple boats trips can be booked. Surrounded by pedestrianised beautiful, cobbled streets. Several monuments within a 5-10 minute walk. The town its self is so clean. No litter or5 dog mess anywhere to be seen (such a notable change if you’re from England!) Bruno on reception was a wealth of knowledge. All in all, I cannot recommend Sebinik and this hotel enough.

• Eileen (10/5): Great hotel in the heart of Old Town - Hotel Life Palace is fantastic! Great location: right in the middle of Old Town, which is charming, fully pedestrianized, and easily walkable. (No cars in Old Town but it’s small enough that it’s easy to carry/roll your suitcase to you car, taxi, or bus.) There are bistros, snack-shops, cafes, and full restaurants right out the front door or around the corner. But a word of warning: for breakfast, you’ll want to stay in the hotel—every morning, there’s a great selection of treats and mainstays. The hotel itself is super-comfortable—you get the visual delight of a historic palace combined with modern comforts. And, finally, the staff is amazing—efficient, attentive, and super-nice.

• henry16 (8/5): Nice place nice location - We had the room with the balcony lovely space. The Hotel is in an ideal location centre of town and not too far from the underground car park. Nice breakfast and staff too. However, somethings are different from the pictures on Trio Advisor: No longer is there an outside cafe style environment. No cakes as suggested in earlier reviews this has all changed. The hotel is effectively a bed and breakfast. It does need refurbishing new carpet and a touch of painting.

• Daniel (7/5): Sibenik(core) is beautiful, hotel location is amazing. definitely worth the stay - I love the location and the look of the hotel itself. Reaching the hotel and parking. There is no hotel parking and they don't offer any help to find the parking or at least pay portion of it(if not all), I paid 50 eur city parking for 24h as it was the only spot I could find that wasn't too far. I suggest hotel owners to enhance guest experience by offering some sort of valet(which is quite risky so I understand), offer a shuttle from a cheap parking further away or just reimbursement, guests will appreciate it. That was my only negative experience and it's not hotel itself or staff Also, chocolate candy was left under the pillow or blanket which I didn't see at all, so I slept on it and it melted. I apologize for the mess and advise other guest to take a look before sleeping.

• Gillian (10/5): Magnifique hôtel extrêmement bien situé ! - Un hôtel plein de charme situé au centre de la vieille ville de Sibenik. Une chambre très spatieuse et agréable. Le petit-déjeuner convenait parfaitement. Parking relativement onéreux (30€ la journée) à l'entrée du centre-ville.

• hudkins (10/5): Great historic hotel, tastefully decorated to suit its heritage - It is a lovely very old hotel which was once a palace. Comfortable beds and rooms and a nice buffet breakfast. The staff, without exception, are superb and so helpful and knowledgeable. One thing to note: IF you are coming to this fab hotel on an EASYJET PACKAGE HOLIDAY, they describe the hotel as being Sibernik, SPLIT which is completely wrong! Sibernik is nowhere near Split which is 82 kms away!!! We spoke to two people who thought this hotel was in Split. I've mentioned this to Easyjet but no response so far. Thankfully I'd looked at the hotel's website when booking the holiday and realised it wasn't in Split which was where we wanted to go but we thought this hotel looked so nice as does Sibernik. The hotel is right in the centre of town and in a pedestrian area with easy walking distances to lots of cafes and restaurants.
