Le lit est grand, la salle de bain est bien équipée ( douche ) WC séparé. Le restaurant est spacieux et la carte dispose d'un grand choix de plats. Le personnel est très agréable et l'ambiance chaleureuse. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux ! !

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Restaurant and bar were really good. Rooms very comfortable. Bonus was the sunny hot weather we had all week.

- alessandra (5/5): Je suis déçue… surtout pour le standing de l’hôtel - La chambre était spacieuse et agréable Le restaurant était très agréable et bon Pour un hôtel de se standing, et à se prix, les dalles de plafond etaient abîmés. Du calcaire dans la douche et c’était visible, les diffuseurs du bain à bulle se retirait. L’accès au Sauna et Hamman non compris dans le prix hors que cela était annoncé. Aucunes explications à l’accueil! On nous annonce avoir droit à l’accès au centre wellness mais des cours y sont donné, impossible de profiter de la piscine

- cindy (9/5): On s'est plus, on reviendra! - J'ai tout aimé : l'accueil, la chambre, le petit déjeuner succulent et à volonté... La chaleur du personnel... La chambre, je l'ai trouvé immense! On a juste été un peu déçue, ma fille et moi de ne pas avoir pris nos maillots, on ne savait pas que la piscine était compris dans le prix. Ce serait bien de le mettre sur booking. Ce que l'on a le moins apprécié : la télévision était trop petite. Il n'y avait pas grand chose niveau chaîne à la télévision. Ce serait bien de changer cela.

- Didier (9/5): - Bar sympathique. Mention particulière à son personnel très réactif et rapide dans son service malgré le monde. Ce qui devient rare maintenant avec les jeunes membres du personnel. Bon petit déjeuner. Nous sommes toujours parfaitement satisfaits des hôtels Van der Valk. Très déçus du SPA. La configuration de la piscine est très particulière avec un mur en son centre. Accès au SPA payant. Location d'un peignoir 8 euros je pense. Cela n'est pas acceptable vu le prix de la chambre payé.
- Kristine (10/5): Uitstekend verblijf in een prima hotel met een ideale ligging! - De kamer was zeer ruim met voldoende opbergruimte en uitstekende bedden. Ruime badkamer en apart toilet. De gratis parking is zeer gemakkelijk te bereiken. We mochten onze wagen laten staan nà het uitchecken. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Ook 's avond hebben we in het restaurant gegeten (zonder reservatie). Het hotel is ideaal gelegen: vlakbij het station, en op 15 min wandelen van het centrum van de stad. Niets.

I was there on a Sunday and it seemed a very quiet and peaceful location. I found the staff not very welcoming and I was very disappointed with the service received during my evening meal at the restaurant. That really spoilt my dinner experience!

- Florian (9/5): Très bon séjours - Super hôtel très joli, avec des chambres confortables et un excellent petit-déjeuner. Le prix pour accéder au sauna et au hammam est, à mon avis, très excessif au vu du prix de la chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné. Il aurait pu être compris dedans.
