Jerry (9/5): Would use this place anytime I'm in the area if the price is within my range. - Very comfortable room with outstanding bed. Not much you can do with the noise level with people visiting with friends down the hall from one antother.

SAMANTHA (9/5): - Everything it was a perfect stay. I will be back. Actually in May 2026 The bed was so comfy I wish I could have taken it home. I did not want to get out of bed to go do the things we had planned. Nothing. Perfect location. It only took me 15 to 30 to get to my family in baton Rouge.

Nicole (8/5): It was very comfortable and clean! The staff was friendly, but the elevator was a little sketch. - The room was very clean! The beds were comfortable and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The eggs had no flavor, however, everything else was delicious and there were many options! The drain in the shower was clogged, so when I took a showered the water didn't drain. The elevator worked but was not clean. The up and down "light up" arrows" had pieces missing from it, and there were smug marks all over the doors and the buttons.

Lori (6/5): Good Hotel but breakfast was a miss - Excellent customer service with friendly staff. Great location with several restaurants nearby and Walmart down the road. Dirty used bandaid in the shower. Breakfast waffles tasted funny and the kids wouldn’t eat the peppered scrambled eggs. Milk tasted sour. We skipped breakfast the second day and had to spend more money for Waffle House.

Candice (6/5): - Rooms are dated with old carpet. Multiple wasps ( dead and alive) on second floor near ice machine. Breakfast was basic ( waffles had a weird smell and taste). Hotel ran out of towels and had to give out pool towels. Outlets were loose and would not hold charge for electronics. Customer service was great and made up for the out dated hotel.
Julie (5/5): Not for us! - It is in a good location I specifically booked a room with a roll in shower because my husband is paralyzed and in a wheelchair, but the hotel does not even have any rooms with a roll in shower!! Our room smelled musty, and the bed was very, very hard.

Gregory (10/5): The Best in Zachary - Super friendly staff. They take very good care of the place clean everywhere that I saw. Have a great breakfast and a really cool giant aquarium in The breakfast front lobby area. This will be my regular stay in Zachary when I'm working here

James (4/5): Disappointed. Will not return - We stayed for 2 nights and had 2 rooms. After the first night, we went to get breakfast 45 mins before breakfast was due to end. It was gone. The dishes were being done, nothing else was mewing prepared, there was cereal only. Brewing the hotel was sold out this weekend, why would there not be more than enough hot breakfast for the guests?? The second night there were lots of flying bugs in the bathroom and all in the tub. One room also had 2 roaches, one in the sink and one on the bed. When we told the manager on duty, she acted as if she didn’t believe us and said we must have left the doors open. We were on the top floor. I sent a detailed email to the general manager and still have not heard one word back and it’s been a month since our stay. After paying over $600 for 2 rooms for 2 nights, I would think I at least deserved a response.
