• Turkesa (9/5): - Location. It's down the street and around the corner from everything. When I come to visit my grandbaby I usually come here and stay. The breakfast is awesome, just wish they had bacon. Other than that it's a nice place to stay. The door wasn't fixed properly. Couldn't hardly open it, plus it was loose. Come to find out someone had in fact kicked the door in and they hadn't fixed it yet

• Wilson (8/5): - It was convenient to the Army base where my son is a Sargent at. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Water pressure was good and hot. Replaced the fridge because it was not working. The ice machine did not work by our room. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Tile was missing in the bathroom. Fridge did not work.

• Cynthia (10/5): It was great!!! - Everything I ate was good. I really enjoyed the Nature Valley Bars. The outside pool was awesome. The location of our room was great and so was the room, very spacious. The staff was very pleasant. ☺️ I found the breakfast drinks a little too thick for my liking.

Also the air conditioner was quiet and didn't turn on and off all night like most hotels. It was a nice quiet humm.

The covers on the bed were badly stained. No housekeeping available so we got fresh sheets from the front desk and made the bed ourselves. A/C unit was very loud.

• Twain (10/5): Hidden gem - Great little gem tucked away. Passed it for years and never noticed. I almost stole the mattress because it was so comfortable. Better than my expensive one at home. Great experience. Nothing was bad

• Danny (4/5): - Pretty bad hotel. We were put in room 101, which is a non-smoking room, but it smells so badly of cigarettes and you can especially tell in the bathroom. The bathroom has cracked walls and black stuff in the cracks. I don't even think the room is cleaned unless its visibly soiled. Tub was dirty. There are brown stains on the bed under and on the sheets. The door doesn't have a proper seal, so there is a crack that you can see through into the room on the edge. Hard water. Staff and breakfast was ok. I don't understand how this hotel has a 9/10 rating. Room 101 was disgusting and not worth 100+ USD per night.

One, the treadmill in fitness center was broken and two, no way to turn on pool light (if there is one) for grandkids. With it getting dark earlier, pool lights would be helpful. Otherwise we always stay here when in town and service is always great with clean rooms.

AND COFFEE IS LEFT AVAILABLE ALL DAY, THEY WILL EVEN MAKE YOU A FRESH POT IF YOU WANT COFFEE AND THE CONTAINERS ARE EMPTY.

• Lori (10/5): - I can’t recommend this hotel enough. My husband retired from the Army recently. We needed a room off and on for several weeks. Not only for us but for out of town guests. SureStay was amazing. We stayed in 3 different rooms. All were comfortable and very clean. The property is clean and quiet. Right next door is an amazing restaurant. It is one of the best stays we have ever had. The only thing that could use a bit of improvement is their breakfast offerings. It is basic and good, but a few more choices would be nice. But that is small in comparison to everything else that is amazing about this property.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Reasonable overall but needs some TLC - The bed was comfortable, air-conditioning worked very well, carpets were really sticky and looked very old & not as clean as the rest of the room. Bathroom and shower area was clean and spacious. Sink needed to be snaked because it was not draining well and smelled bad. The overall desks, tables, sink tops, beds and bathroom were all cleaned well enough. The sheets were white & had some stains that were old and probably won’t come out even if the sheets are clean, because they are white. The bathroom towels were the same, clean and fresh smelling but had some small stain marks that likely cannot come out of a pure white towel. Service was reasonable, friendly, but average. Pillows are really not good unless you stack them all together, no actual support. In this town it’s the best hotel, but it’s average, not great, but better than everywhere else.

• josephhB475XZ (4/5): No Fox News or FOXBusiness channel available in my motel room - Two of my favorite TV channels were not available in my room: Fox News channel and FOXBusiness channel. I called the front desk to fix the problem and they did not do so. What was strange? Is Fox News channel was available on the TV where the breakfast was served. I consider this a political Effort to block those channels mentioned above pure and simple. I consider this political censorship on the part of this motel and best western I would not stay there again because of this issue and strongly recommend you correct getting those channels available to the customers there.

• AngusPodgorny1960 (10/5): One of the nicer places in Leesville... - Stayed a week with these folks while visiting family in the area. This is one of the better places to stay in Leesville (and I've stayed in a few). Everything was clean, drains ran fine/good water pressure and comfortable. When I was there, there were Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) crews posted-up there, but they parked their bigger trucks and tractors in the back of the facility. Plenty of standard parking in front of my room. Modest breakfast was good, and they had plenty of good old Community Coffee in the morning. Staff super-friendly and helpful, and I'll stay again.

• Terry (10/5): - My brother is in the local nursing home, I traveled from NC to spend some time with him. Sure Stay was perfect. Had it not snowed the nursing home would have been in walking distance, convenience store near by, and my time spent in the motel was restful. This has been my second stay each time has been longer and each time I know to come back to Sure Stay next time.
