- Elizabeth (10/5): A little old but in great shape! - Best Western Plus does it again! This hotel is a little dayed but still in great shape. The room was spacious and the bed was amazing! Its right off I20 so there is road noise but the AC was fantastic and worth the noise!

They were running around the lobby full of energy after being stuck in the car the past 12 hours and the staff noticed my exhaustion. She upgraded us to a suite and ensured that no one was staying below us to allow my kids to run around the room until they fell asleep and it was really such a blessing. Love good people like that.

Coffe was flat disgusting. No onto the room, rooms themselves are decent. The beds about as stiff as a 2x4. Now onto the pool for being 110 degrees outside you would think the water would be like bath water. Lmao ya no that water was cold. Hot tob was decent if you dont mind sitting with bugs of some sort.

The only thing i had a qualm with was the bed kind of dipped down where the head are was so it wasn’t the most comfortable nights sleep. Not sure if the mattress needs to be replaced but that was the only downside.
- DONNIE (2/5): WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN - We checked in @ 9:30 pm to a King suite with sleeper sofa, starters the toliet was stopped up in the room when we got there. There was no sheets, pillows or blankets for the sleeper sofa called down to the desk they asked for us to come get them. On the morning of checkout wife took a shower in standing water cause the drain plug was broken in the bottom of the tub. Place has no updates done to it. Also the room looked as if it had an electrical problem cause all the plugs had black in them.

But when I read reviews, it’s because I’m looking for information. So here’s the information: Amazing front desk clerk! She was happy, fun, cheerful and chilled. 👍 The bed was great 👍 Nothing else about the hotel was really up to BWP standard . 4 Hotels in 4 days and this was the worst but not the cheapest. Mold in the shower, lights burnt out, dust in the corners, no water bottles, coffee machine in the bathroom with sub par cheap hotel no name brand coffee bags, no a great neighborhood, on a main road and my husband said the cheapest, unhealthiest breakfast that we had seen in the 4 days. Would I stay here again? If I had to . It wasn’t that bad… but would I choose to stay here again ? No Thank you. A Very basic hotel under a higher standard brand.

- OLIVER (10/5): Love the Best Western Plus in Sweetwater TX - The staff was extraordinarily courteous and helpful. The front desk agent placed me on the top floor so that I would not hear footsteps above me later in the night. Also, she placed me on the side of the hotel facing a quiet neighborhood in Sweetwater, which was quite a pleasant view. Breakfast on Sunday was filling and good, and the catering agent checked on whether I enjoyed the meal, which I said I did. Hotel was well kept and very convenient for my work.

- Susanna (8/5): - I traveled with my elderly parents, one in a wheelchair. We had a great room spacious for wheelchair and everything you would find at any other normal hotel stay. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Monica helped me find the best room for our needs and I greatly appreciate her efforts. The breakfast was nice. They also had a neat coffee machine that made specialty coffee. That was a bonus for me. We will definitely come back as we gave up on the local Hampton Inn nearby after years of issues.

In the first room they showed me, the deadbolt didn't lock. I went downstairs, and luckily, they had another room. When the staff gave me a new room, she read out the hotel room number out loud. There were at least three men in the room with us,so that made me very uncomfortable. Overall, nothing happened, but it did not make me want to stay again by myself.

We were able to take our dog for our stay. The clerk called our room an hour after we checked in to make sure we had all that we needed, I was impressed... That had never happened in any of our trips. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. We will certainly use Best Western again in our travels. - Verified traveler (4/5): Not a quality stay - When we checked in, we were informed we could not have the king suite we'd reserved because we had a pet. So they downgraded our room and put us in a room with dirty towels, full trash cans, etc. Then the AC wasn't working. We turned it off for awhile and then back on and it worked for awhile. Then quit and we had to do it again. We have stayed at lots of Best Western hotels because of the bed quality, but I'm no longer willing to overlook all the negatives. I'll stay elsewhere from now on.
