My hotel room was very clean and i especially liked the different types of soaps and lotion and also the make-up wipes.Towels were plentiful. The staff at Best Western were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very delicious with many breakfast items to choose from. The gym was well kept with updated equipment.

I told them at the front desk so when i got back they had restored my room but they through away very important papers in my room. not happy with the front desk or house keepers..

They then followed her up to our room where they then tried to open our hotel room door 3 different times. I had to confront the men at one point telling them to leave her alone for their best intrest as I do not travel without my own personal security system. I then had to have my older son go with her everywhere as she did not feel safe. Hotel security as clean room was clean but staff could care less about the safety of my children or myself which was a huge red flag for me as a mom. We did not stay again on our way back. This used to be a regular hotel stay spot for me on my 3 trips to and from family during the year. After this experience I won’t be coming again. My families safety is more important.

- Shawn (4/5): - Disappointed that the pool and hot tub are out of order. According to other reviews, this has been out of order for quite a bit of time. This was not reported anywhere so we would have been aware. Upon check in, the receptionist called her manager, who (after asking how much we paid for the room) said she would not discount it bc it was paid for already - even tho they JUST ran my card less than 3 minutes prior to this. Very disappointed. Won't be back.

I went to the reception desk and asked for a room in the main building but was told they were full. I insisted and she managed to find one. My 2 eggs @ breakfast served on small plate.
