- Danyale (6/5): - The first room we were given the air didn’t seem to want to get cold it stayed like 72 and we sleep in the cold. Then we noticed a small roach and didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in that room and requested a new one to which the guy at the front desk was very nice and quick to help with. When we got into the second room all was fine until we left to get food and came back to a bigger, now medium sized, roach right at the door when we walked in. We were tired at this point and just wanted to go to sleep seeing as we were only there for the night, so no big deal. I would’ve gave 4 stars had the manager, who was not available over the weekend, called me after his staff left him a memo to give me a call about the two roaches to see if he could accommodate me for having experienced two separate roaches. When I called them again around Tues-Wed. I was told he had been out of town and would likely return Friday. I still have no received a call and I feel that is very unprofessional.

- Josef (4/5): - Our room and floor smelled terribly of moth balls (probably dichlorobenzene) which they must be using to cover some other smell (i.e. cigarette smoke). Unfortunately, it is a carcinogen, so I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. We arrived too late to ask for a different room. Also, the window in our room would not lock, so there was a loud sound from the highway which kept us awake. Fortunately the staff was nice. We didn't get a chance to use the other amenities.

- Saturn (8/5): - I was looking for a staycation property to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. I’d never stayed at a Best Western, but decided to give it a try. The hostess was very pleasant and professional. The room exceeded my expectations. The King bed with jacuzzi was located right outside the indoor pool. The room also had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We wanted to spend most our time inside the room so these amenities were perfect. The bed was so comfortable, we didn’t want to get up. It’ll be my go to in the future. Not just for us, but for when we travel with the kids as well.

- Debbie Duhart (6/5): - I reserved 2 rooms online and the website stated I could request connecting rooms. I did so online, I called the Hotel as well. I was told they did not have connecting rooms. In one of the rooms the vent cover was missing over the stove, the vent was old and corroded. In the second room the carpet was torn and the walls had multiple areas of chipped paint. It was noisy in the above room as I had to call the front desk and report the noise.

He told the front staff person to let us stay in the hot tub after it closes at 10 pm as long as we wanted. That was very much so appreciated .

I will definitely plan ahead for breakfast so I won’t have to drive to the Waffle House every morning. There is a great Tex-Mex restaurant next door. I recommend it..

- Happiness284722 (4/5): will not stay again - the elevator didn't work, the room was very damp and musty no matter how cold it got in the room, it smelled weird. Asked to be put on bottom floor due to my 74 yo mom could not climb stairs but they put us on the 2nd floor. They said we could call and they would bring us up and down the elevator but it was not always quick.

- Riad (8/5): - I stay here almost every month. The service and hospitality is excellent. However, I've noticed the cleanliness of the hotel is going down. I wanted to say say something back in May but I figured maybe it was a bad day. However, this last time during my stay in July, I found hair on one of the towels and the pillow looked like left over make up stain from the previous guest. There was a strong urine odor coming from the second floor. Although I always take the stairs, the elevator has been out of service for at least 5 months. It should have been fixed by now. Like I saud, the service and hospitality from hotel staff is excellent.

- Trek68091948783 (6/5): Not Great but not to awful - Rooms have a kitchenet that has no use, No utensils, cups, plates, pans, sink didn't work, refrigerator was unlevel and rocked, needs a power strip at the desk (only has 1 plug), the morning I was leaving I noticed the inside of the entry door had liquid streaks down it like it had not been wiped down in while, bed was comfortable, Lobby was clean, breakfast was good, good food at the Mexican restaurant next door.

Room they offered that I stayed in has a kitchenette, which was nice but the road noise was terrible and there’s already damage on the carpet into the wall maybe from a previous pet I don’t know they don’t let you know so you pay a deposit and good thing I took pictures Just in case my pet was Accused of the damage. It’s not scary and you don’t have bums outside It can definitely use some improvement.

- Dorothy (6/5): Staff wonderful, but a little noisy at night. - The rooms were nice and clean. An aerator was on the bathroom sink that gave us a shower without getting in the shower. Not nice to get wet clothes, while washing hands. Also, the walls seem thinner than the last time we stayed. The first night, we had to listen to the neighbor's TV and the next night, a baby crying.
- alejandrobarrios2024 (10/5): Perfect stay - The hotel is located and a perfect location around stores, and freeway. There is a new HEB one the biggest in the area. The employees, including the front desk personnel, and breakfast employees were very gently with us.

- montgocr_99 (10/5): Great place - The check in was great and the staff were friendly. The front lobby was clean and looked nice. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. The room was large with a kitchenette and a comfortable king bed.

- ffgoat73 (10/5): Worm water on a cold day - I nice retreat from a cold day, falling into the hot tub on a nasty weathered day was a pleasant experience. I’d advise the Best Western Manvel to anyone in the area as just a day off from the grind. Dog friendly
