Receptionist molto cordiale e disponibile per eventuali richieste. La doccia forse l'unica cosa negativa siccome con la tendina si allagava un po' il bagno ma niente di particolarmente fastidioso.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great place to stay! - Unexpectedly had to end up staying in Nogales for a night. BW was a great place to stay! The ataff is extremely friendly and helped us feel safe and comfortable during a hard time. The room was spacious, clean, everything still felt new. The bed was extremely comfortable, complementary breakfast with a variety of foods, fitness center, outdoor pool, and a laundry room (uses coins).

I have never stayed at a best western before and Jose who checked us is said it would be worth it and he wasn't lying. He has amazing customer service skills...give him a raise. Thw room was clean and the bed was ao comfy. Breakfast was delicious and great variety of items to choose from. With this experience I am not enrolled in your rewards. This should be ILLEGAL! - We are guest in the best western hotel in Nogales AZ , since 2 days ago we checked in the hotel front desk some women told us the water pipes burst in all of Nogales, AZ and there’s currently no water… well we are doing construction on the food city in Nogales and there’s water in the store. They’re lying and still charging guest instead of turning us away and giving our money back, they wanted to charge me a whole night because I forgot my luggage and there’s still no running water, there’s 3 of us and none us couldn’t shower due to no water! This should be illegal ! We checked in since Thursday June 26, 2025 and we’re scheduled to check out today Saturday June 28, 2025 I’m picking up our stuff now at 12:51 pm and there’s still no water, my boss spoke with the front desk and they tried to tell her the same thing that all of Nogales didn’t not have any water and that’s just a complete lie they’re making up to COVER their a**. NO RUNNING WATER for guest to even shower, brush their teeth or not even to flush the toilet this should be illegal! The hotel will not disclose it unless you say something and when you do they’re lying about all of Nogales not having water when it’s just that hotel ! The front desk lady’s is so money hungry she wanted to charge my boss an extra night bc it was after check out and we left our stuff their my boss then said hold on but my guts haven’t even showered since they arrived 2 days ago and they didn’t complain until now! And the front desk lady said I won’t charge you another night for late check out but we will charge you for last night, meaning Friday night 6/27/25 into Saturday morning 6/28/25, she said it’s already been paid for through EXPEDIA it was prebooked n paid!!! NEVER AGAIN HORRIF EXPERIENCE IM CALLING THE CITY ON THEM ITS INHUMANE!

The bed was comfortable.The only surprise was NO USB charging ports in room. Front desk reports that they do not provide any. Usually they are located in the desk lamp, not in this Best Western. I would stay there again but I would bring my own charging brick.

Venessa Gonzalez and her staff go out of their way to service guests and make their stay unforgettable. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Mexico.

• Paul (4/5): - Upon checkin we didn't get the room we paid for, we paid for an oversized room and the girl at front desk gave us a regular 2 queen beds. When we asked she thats what the computer gave her. Then the gave us 2 room keys and told us to pick a room from the 2. Well one of the room did happen to be the oversized room. Not to mention the first room given (202) door was slightly open. Thats a safety issue.
