804joanng (10/5): Nice Stay in Cody! - Clean, well located and good service. We did not require any special services. Pretty quiet and we were not disturbed by much street noise despite facing the Main Street. Did not have a problem parking in the parking lot. Not far from the Buffalo Bill Museum. I would say the price is moderate to moderately high but it is a tourist gate to Yellowstone so not surprised by the prices. Restaurant is good and can get busy during the breakfast hours so plan accordingly.

Frank (6/5): Could have been better - We took a studio with a private balcony, which really means a balcony facing a parking lot wall and placed next to noisy air vents, making it impossible to enjoy sitting outside. The room was clean but furniture was dated and worn; the sofa had stains, and the wifi was inconsistent and sometimes stopped working. The beds were really high, making it harder for older people to climb into them. I didn’t like the walk in shower and the feel of the rough tiles either, but that’s a personal preference. Breakfast was not free either, but you do get 20% off and the portions are fair. If you don’t leave early enough the maid will stop by once and that’s it unless you alert the desk to have them stop by again. The fridge was grossly underpowered and took forever to cool even on max. Having two bathrooms though was a major plus and not something we find often. All in all it could have been a much better stay and I expected better considering what I paid.

The partial divider between the bedroom and sofa area allowed one person to read while the other slept or watched tv. The bath had a large countertop for toiletries and there was also an ironing board, microwave and fridge. There is an on-site restaurant and a gym. Everything about our stay was superb!

918lindyh (10/5): September Girls Trip - My girls and I spent 5 days at the Ivy. The mountain view suite was very nice and had plenty of room for us. It was extremely clean and housekeeping came every day to refresh. The restaurant in the hotel, 8th Street, was great. We had breakfast and dinner a couple of days while we were there. Guests were even provided a 20% discount at breakfast. All of our servers were so friendly and provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend the Ivy.

dansI8749DL (10/5): This is a great place to stay in Cody! - I took my wife to visit Cody, Wyoming as part of a Grand Teton-Yellowstone trip. The goal was to visit the Buffalo Bill Historical Center, which is a fabulous museum. When I ‘ve stayed in Cody in the past, I always stayed at the Irma Hotel which was Buffalo Bill’s hotel, but my wife really likes nice lodging so I decided to book a room at the Best Western Premier Ivy Inn & Suites. We are glad I did, as it is likely the nicest lodging in Cody. It was very nice and comfortable. Excellent, friendly hotel staff, a very comfortable room and the in-house restaurant was ‘good enough’. Overall, we will stay at this hotel again the next time we are in Cody.

yorkshireus (10/5): Upmarket Best Western - On a roadtrip and was pleased to stay for a night in this upmarket Best Western. Room was well appointed with a wet bar and microwave. The pool large and well appointed. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good. Only down side we went down for dinner on Saturday night and the wait was an hour. It would have been good if the reception had advised us of the potential issue. Otherwise a great stay.

The little store by front desk was very nice. Pool closed at 10pm and could have been a little warmer

298brandonr (10/5): Great Location! - I stayed here 3 nights and it was an amazing experience! The room was spotless and the lobby has a lodge feel to it. The staff were very nice as well. It’s also close to shopping and restaurants. The only down side would be the bathroom, it needs more lighting but the king suite I stayed in had a walk in shower which was very nice. The onsite restaurant was convenient. I would definitely stay again!

Esgp (10/5): Excellent Cody hotel - Excellent hotel in Cody. We stay at the BW Ivy every year over the July 4th week. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. Staff at the front desk are professional and friendly. Housekeeping staff do an excellent job of keeping the rooms and facility very clean. Excellent location in town.

Most importantly room was not fouled by chemical sprays and oderizers that seem to be the new standard at most “chain” hotels. Thankyou so much for your exceptional standards of cleanliness including air quality. Have stayed here before and definitly will stay here again. Hotel restaurant is also excellent, full service and attached to hotel. Many of the restaurant customers are local and not staying at the hotel which is another testament to the food quality and service.

Easy on and off road access. Front desk was friendly but most of all rooms were very clean. This was our favorite hotel so far. Wish we would have spent two nights here instead of one.

tammymS1696AV (8/5): Nice Hotel in Cody Wyoming - Nice view from the balcony. Nice town. The room was fine, a little narrow but we made it work. You have to give people space when you walk past the beds, but we only used the room to sleep... no big deal. Beds were comfortable. Rooster Cafe is a great place for breakfast. It is next to the campground across the street from the hotel.

DPfromColorado (6/5): Great potential with some shortcomings - This hotel had a lot of nice features - nice decor, clean carpets, roomy spaces, great light, and useful counter space. These were offset, however, by a lumpy bed and a very noisy air unit. Also, there were some maintenance issues - a very necessary light bulb couldn't be changed by the evening staff and the toilet didn't always shut off by itself.

G1559IVsw (2/5): Bad Service - The front desk was extremely unprofessional. When I asked questions, the staff responded sarcastically and with discriminatory remarks. Is this how they treat out-of-town guests? I will never stay here again. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional front desk service anywhere else. Absolutely terrible—I strongly advise others to avoid this place!
Robert (8/5): - We stayed in one of the largest suites in the hotel, ours was one floor up from ground, which is spacious and well appointed. There is a small balcony off the bedroom with table and two chairs, but it overhangs the parking lot. Windows in the adjacent sitting room overlook an array of dumpsters, 3 I believe, which the sanitation dept decided to empty at 6:10am. Worse, there was some sensor on the ceiling in each room equipped with very bright led lights. The lights flashed for a period of time in response to our movement, which was problematic in the bedroom area, as they were sensitive enough to flash every time we moved, turned over, extended an arm, etc. The lights were bright enough to wake us. The hotel is located on the busiest road, 4 lanes, on the outside of a curve. Traffic speeds were 35-40 mph, so pulling out

The restaurant was decent but the driveway was hard to get used to. After the first day of using it to became much easier. We went before school was out for summer and not much of crowd. B6731LJmichelleb (6/5): Hotel is just okay - We booked this hotel for a week while we were in Cody, Wyoming. The desk clerk, Will was not very friendly or helpful when we asked about places to eat nearby. The female desk staff were all kind, helped us when we asked about the best local eateries. The hotel is very clean but in our room the sliding glass door leading to the parking lot was very difficult to lock and unlock and did not slide easily. We have stayed in a lot of hotels on our travels but the bathroom in our room was the smallest bathroom that we have ever seen. The toilet was low and positioned at an angle. The shower was okay except that the showerhead was very high so that you cannot adjust it. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The cost of our stay was reasonable.

JillWeibel (10/5): Couples spring break visit to Yellowstone and BB Museum - Excellent! Rooms are well decorated and complete with details. We had the room facing the mountain with a balcony. There was a bar area with sink, microwave, fridge, and Keirig. The bathroom was nice and included a lighted makeup mirror. The beds were comfy. We used the indoor hot tub it was great and the fitness room looked clean and great but we did not use it. We had a yummy breakfast in the restaurant (not included ) but there is a discount for guests.

Brooke (8/5): Cute hotel in Cody - I liked this hotel. It was comfortable and clean. I did have some loud kiddos next to me, which made the morning less relaxing than I would've liked. But I consider that karma - my kids have been loud many times in hotels and it's hard to keep the noise level down LOL. Overall, this was a good pick.

When we came back she spent the time getting my family a room that fit our needs. She went above and beyond for us . Very rare now days .but it did not end there. The entire staff was excellent. They had local tips for dinning ,shopping, attractions. They made the difference between a good trip and a excellent one . The hotel itself was great and kept so clean .breakfast was great try the pecan Carmel rools. Thank you looking forward to my next stay
