We were on a girls' trip and we couldn't have been happier about our stay. It was only for one night but the staff was welcoming and extremely courteous. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Le spa offre une atmosphère très relaxante avec de belles installations. Le personnel est attentionné, professionnel et souriant, aussi bien à la réception qu’au spa. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la délicate attention pour l’anniversaire : la lettre personnalisée et le gâteau étaient incroyables. Un séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre élégant et reposant, que je recommande vivement. La piscine pourrait être légèrement plus chauffée pour un confort optimal.

Design wichtiger als Funktionalität Gleiches im Wellnessbereich. Die Dusche neben dem Schwimmbad spritz in alle Richtungen Terrassenplatten wackelten auf dem Balkon Roomserviceangebot ab 23.00 Uhr nur 3 Gerichte. Beim Check in Nachgefragt ob Roomservice möglich ist. Speisen vom Roomservie ab 23.00 nur im Zimmer möglich. Nicht in der Lobby Essen lieblos und leider geschmacklos (Spaghetti Napoli mit wenig Sauce, Pinsa zu wenig gebacken, Tatar ohne Geschmack Wasser Glasflaschen als Giveaway für die Heimfahrt

Denise (7/5): Ok, wir hatten aber schon deutlich bessere Hotels in dieser Preiskategorie (Service, Ausstattung) - Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, gute Lage des Hotels zum See und zur Innenstadthin, gut Anbindung an die Öffis. Die Einrichtung des Hotels war sehr geschmackvoll. Es gab keine Brötchen, stattdessen drängten sich die Gäste um einen Tisch um sich Brot zu schneiden. Es gab keine Kafeekannen an den Tischen, man musste oft auf seine bestellte Tasse Kaffee warten, dreimal wurde sie sogar vergessen. Die Auswahl war für ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie enttäuschend!!!!!! Es gab von der Tiefgarge auf weder einen Aufzug noch einen direkten Zugang zum Hotel. Die Klimaanlage war insgesamt zu kalt eingestellt und ließ sich nicht auf Warm einstellen, die Toilette war schief angebracht so das man schief darauf saß. Nichts für Menschen mit Wirbelsäulen- und Hüftproblemen. Der Service in der Sky Bar war sehr chaotisch, das Essen aus der Küche kam nicht heiß oben an. Ich empfehle dort höchstens ein Getränk auf dem Balkon einzunehmen um die Aussicht zu genießen.Leider wird man komplett vom Rauch der offenen Feuerstelle eingeräuchert. Über Sport-Spa-Kursangbeote wurde man nciht informiert. Die Beschilderung im Spa ist für nicht franzöischsprechende Gäste unzureichend. Auch war der Spa Bereich für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie noch ausbaufähig.

Yannelis (10/5): - Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt und wurde herzlich empfangen. Die Lage ist zudem sehr zentral, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Frauensauna, die ich sehr geschätzt habe. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich auch, wie bemüht das Team war, die Kommunikation zu erleichtern. Obwohl ich kein Französisch spreche, haben sie sich große Mühe gegeben, jemanden zu finden, der Spanisch oder Italienisch spricht, damit ich mich gut verständigen konnte. Insgesamt ein wirklich sehr positiver Aufenthalt – ich habe mich bestens betreut gefühlt und kann diesen Ort nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Alice (10/5): Parfait! - Tout était parfait. L’hôtel est magnifique, élégant et très confortable. Ce qui nous a particulièrement marqués, c’est le service impeccable : le personnel est extrêmement attentif et professionnel. Le restaurant Brasserie offre une expérience gastronomique à ne pas manquer, et le petit-déjeuner est absolument merveilleux.

Isabelle (6/5): Tolles Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, SPA könnte grösser sein - Tolle Lage, sehr aufmerksames Personal. Das Frühstück war wirklich top ! Der Spa Bereich ist eher klein und er war sehr voll. Die Rezeption ist sehr eng. Man hatte kaum Platz am Tresen und der Datenschutz konnte nicht eingehalten werden.

Katarzyna (8/5): - The room was very clean and quiet, which is quite rare in Lausanne as I have stayed in many hotels here before. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There seem to be noticeable staff shortages at the reception. I had to wait about 20 minutes because only one receptionist was handling everything while checking out a larger group and preparing their invoices. Situations like this should not happen in a five-star hotel, although the staff themselves were very kind.

Sandra Patrizia (9/5): Schönes Hotel nahe am See mit schöner Promenade - Frühstücksbüffet mit Früchte und diversen Brote sowie auf Bestellung Eiergerichte. Aufmerksames und sehr freundliches Personal. Lage des Hotels nahe der Metro ca. 50 Meter entfernt. Zentrum sehr gut mit Metro erreichbar in ca. 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt kommen gerne wieder. Das Zimmer hätte etwas besser abgestaubt werden sollen. Trinkgläser im Zimmer waren verstaubt. Wasser im Pool wäre schön wenn es etwas wärmer wäre.

BUSATO (9/5): Tres bon hotel pour pas mal de raisons ! - La localisation de l hotel, un grand parking sous terrain, l agencement des lieux, la taille de la chambre, le petit déjeuner vraiment tip top, l espace sauna hammam jacuzzi piscine juste dingue ! Le fait de ne pas pouvoir boire un verre au skylounge a notre arrivée alors qu il etait 18h30... Le fait que la salle de restaurant pour le petit déjeuner soit vraiment défraîchie sous la partie verrière...

Krista (10/5): - Hotell oma olemuselt on väga ilus ja luksuslik, tuba korralik ja kõik vajalik olemas, personal väga sõbralik, spa mõnus, hommikusöök rikkalik. Kindlasti tuleksin tagasi ja soovitaks sõpradele!
