• Thoroughman (4/5): It's ok, but expected better - The beds and bedding were comfortable, the shower head was nice, and it was quiet at night. We had to change rooms because the bathroom hadn't been cleaned by the time we arrived after 5pm. The person at the front desk wouldn't speak when I called about it, just answered "hold" and set the phone down. This happened twice, so I went down and watched him do it to someone else even though he wasn't doing anything. In the second room, the first thing I saw was a pillow on the floor, so housekeeping is not great here. There are no fans in the bathrooms, so showering makes the room muggy and the climate control panel is a bit loud. I did expect a bit better.

• Amy (3/5): Convenient location but room was not up to par - Location is good with the Stained Glass Pub restaurant next door. Breakfast included. My particular room (104) was very disappointing. As soon as I walked in, there was a musty, stale odor. I found the carpeting in the entry area was damp, which was probably the result of the odor and got my socks wet when walking. I was also disappointed seeing numerous long black hairs on the bathroom floor along with a few small pieces of paper/debris. How had this not been swept up?? Lastly, when getting into bed and looking at the ceiling, there was a spider casually walking along right over my head. Certainly couldn't sleep with that so he was caught and flushed. Left wondering if he had company....

• Miller (4/5): I wouldn’t stay here again. - The pool and the waterfall decor in the lobby area by the elevators were nice. The beds were comfortable but there’s limited space and the microwave and mini fridge were hiding away in the dresser that smelled like syrup and there was mold buildup in the bathrooms. Definitely needs some working exhaust fan. For the price could really use serious updates and proper cleaning since the ants seem to be a problem. It took 4 hours to get a staff member to fix the smoke detector that was going off in our room. It was so loud later into the late evening and it seemed as if no one cared that we couldn’t be comfortable in our room for so long.

• Genna (9/5): Great 2nights but facilities/housekeeping needs a little revamping - I loved the location because it was roughly 11–19min to where we had to go so it made travel great. I also liked the fact that we had the pool, sauna and gym however we didn’t utilize them. And the clerk at check in was great and very helpful. The few staff members I interacted with were also pleasant as well. The hotel was very clean and quiet for the most part. There isn’t a place to go outside to sit comfortably and smoke for those who smoke such as myself and husband are cigar smokers. They have designated smoking areas that have no seating and our room needed to be cleaned better it was dusty and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, bulb out on vanity shower caddy dispensers NON FUNCTIONAL NO LARGE BOTTLES/EMPTY DISPENSERS IN SHOWER collecting mildew. Luckily I travel with cleaning supplies so I cleaned the bathroom and wiped everything down as well as told the desk and she offered to swap and apologized however my husband had already started unpacking and wanted to get settled as we had both worked all day then immediately hit the highway to travel 2 hours to get here as a planned bday getaway for him. Also the breakfast wasn’t catering to non pork people let alone limited options. And the parking smh was horrible, and the restaurant is actually across the lot not in the hotel itself.

• Shedell (2/5): I won’t be staying here again - I liked the location The manager was rude and knocked on the door very rudely before check out. In our room on the door it says 12 it was 1120 when he knocked. Also I didn’t get to enjoy the pool someone had their children unattended and were fighting in and out the pool. Staff did nothing after I notified them

• Denise (5/5): Very disappointing! - Location Pool was NOT temperature cold. Very, very cold as well as the room the pool is in. I rented two rooms. In the first room, the phone did not work, the thermostat would not change and we found ( and reported) used towels and someone’s shoes in the closet. The second room was missing a drawer! In the dresser and you could not change the tv channel. Very, very disappointing!

Surely man - Pool but was no where near the size on the photos Booking.com issues resulting in my having to pay twice for the room. Full to capacity with Cruise Ship passengers-could not get a luggage cart, breakfast was overrun and took forever to use the elevator . No pets allowed.

• Jamie (1/5): Kind of a gross place to stay. - The staff was friendly It was so hot and sticky when we entered the building. It had a gross moist atmosphere. Our room had a smell that reflected the moisture in the air. My daughter complained that the bed felt wet when she got in it. I checked it and it was just the warm moist air in the room being reflected on the sheets. We were so tired from a 15 hour flight that we just sucked it up and left at 6am the next morning.

The hotel was very busy! lot of people leaving for cruise. Went to take a shower there was not HOT WATER....waited serval hours later..... still no HOT water to take shower that night. Next morning the water was warm..... The staff was great explaining... but could not fix water.... The hotel decor needs updating. Stay there at last minute family member in the hospital. Paid $219.00 for one night!!! Every disappoint with look of hotel and no hot water after a long day!!!! Would not stay or recommend this hotel!!
• Carlos (3/5): Maintenance personnel that fixed the tv problem. He said his name was as Ray. TheGM was very rude. - Breakfast could have been better served with more of a variety. They had the same breakfast everyday. Our first check in room had not been cleaned. They moved us across the hallway and the mini fridge never worked and the tv remote wasn’t working. Moved to the third room and the tv was not working. A maintenance worker came and fixed the cable line that was disconnected. I got stuck in the elevator with someone else and we both reported it. Over the next couple of days got stuck two more times. On Thursday at breakfast at 9:00 am they ran out of food.Front desk personnel and kitchen staff walking around.Finally I observed a desk worker come out of the kitchen with a bag of sausage and hash browns. They took them to a room behind the desk and they never brought them back.Now the so called in door pool was closed and someone was working on an inspection? However when the pool was open it was so around the pool area you would have caught pneumonia. There was no Heat in the pool area. If you used the steam room you would come out into the cold 🥶 pool area. See Above.

• Denika (5/5): 1 night stay at a good priced hotel but lacked marketed amenities as well as lacked on details for satisfactory experien - Lobby was nice and pool area looked nice. Check in and check out process was easy. Nice to have a restaurant/bar next door to access. Staff was friendly. There was no hot tub as advertised in photos online. When we arrived it was all filled in and non existent. Heat pump in pool was broken and pool area was 50 degrees and way too cold for anyone to be able to swim. We typically book based on those amenities with having children so we were dissatisfied. Breakfast was cold and items took awhile to be replaced- food and condiments. Shampoo and conditioner in multiple rooms was completely empty like they hadn’t filled them in a long time. Hallways smelled like smoke and marijuana. Pillows were awful and room temp was hard to regulate.

There are LOTs of other hotels we could have chosen based on this and I feel like they purposely didnt disclose this. I attempted to get compensation and was told No. I will never stay here again booked this location specifically to use the heated indoor pool, as it was advertised. • Elsa (10/5): Poor bedsheets hygiene - I will say it was a pleasant stay until it was time to leave. I usually have a habit of helping housekeeping on leaving used towels and bed sheets on floor. Upon removing bedsheets, I was truly surprised to see I was sleeping on what appeared to be a blood stain bed cover. I understand bedsheets are washed and reused, BUT this was unacceptable! Poor hygiene when it comes to bedsheets. This should be a priority.
