- Heather (8/5): - Staff friendly and hotel clean. Bed was not that comfortable and the breakfast didn’t have much out to eat at 7am
- Vanessa (9/5): Good - Clean and good location The hot tub did not work after we got in and it shut off and never turned back on. Front desk attendant attempted to out was unable to get it working. Disappointed

- Jean (10/5): Besides the party above us, it was a great experience. - Breakfast was a good variety. The hot tub was relaxing and peaceful. The party in room 217, were noisy and disruptive up to 1 am. It was constant, but when the banging happened it woke us up.
- Alissia (8/5): Overall, was a nice experience. - The breakfast was a good plus. The amenities were appreciated and staff were friendly. I didn’t like that our room was located next to the exercise room and our sleep was interrupted by people dropping weights on the floor loudly.
- Marion (9/5): - Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast
- Richard (8/5): -
- Rolate (10/5): - Todo, las camas eran super cómodas, la piscina, el personal.
- Rae Ann (8/5): -
- Tonya (10/5): - Our 2nd time staying there. The property is nice and well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will use this location again in the future.

- Terie (10/5): We were in town to watch Ohio State play Illinois. Everyone at the hotel was a uper nice and helpful. - Everything was great. Clean and quiet!! Nothing.
- Carrie (10/5): - The hotel has been updated. Nice features.
- Paige (4/5): - There was a strange green stain on the bed sheets. Thankfully there was soap, shampoo and conditioner provided in travel sizes because I was not expecting the attached dispensers in the room to be completely empty. You could not log in to any of your own personal streaming services because despite the tv offering the capability to connect to wifi or cast from your phone, it cannot. The front desk was helpful with any of our questions despite how disappointed we were with the answers. In the morning before we checked out a woman, whom I really hope worked there, unlocked our door without knocking and started to come in our room before I said something to let her know we were in there and shut the door. That is unacceptable and I am very upset.

- Carol (10/5): - Hotel was very convenient. It was only a few miles from my destination. The beds were very comfortable.
- Lynette (8/5): - Pool not open
- Luciene (10/5): -
- Jin (2/5): - A underwear was found left in the bed, which was disgusting. It suggests the room service was not properly done.
- Varaprasad (6/5): - Good value for the price during a busy week for the university. Clean place to sleep and shower. Not much to complain and not fancy. They do have free breakfast; we only had coffee.
- Meling (9/5): - Good, clean room and easy to get back and forth to UIUC campus. There were a lot of stores and restaurants close by and easy to get to as well. Breakfast was good. Our mini fridge in the room didn't work well, but luckily we had our cooler from the road trip and just kept it stocked with ice for our drinks and food.

- Tonya (10/5): Exceptional - It was quiet and comfortable. Very nice place to stay. Staff was very helpful . The indoor pool was not available.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Perfect location for my business travel
- Jackaay85 (2/5): Never Again - The location is great. The hotel was quiet and clean. The way staff spoke to me on the phone. The value of my stay. The tiny jacuzzi tub. The fact that I was told $220 and was charged $294.13 PLUS a temporary security deposit that we were told could take 30 days to refund. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Check if
- Betsy (8/5): - Nice room and close to where we needed to go.
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- BARBARA (10/5): - Clean hotel, good comfortable mattress, good coffee. Older hotel has been updated. Quiet.
- Matthew (10/5): - Great night sleep
- Carrie (10/5): Great stay - We stay here every time we visit our daughter. I have not had a bad experience. The hotel was crowded at night and you could hear people leaving in the early morning, but that’s to be expected. Staff was very friendly. Easy to check in and check out.
- Aashish (10/5): Very comfortable stay and pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness of the hotel. Friendly staff. - Very clean property, upgraded rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast was hot - continental. Few vegetarian options but standard as in different chains.
- connnery007 (4/5): Ok - The plus sign was everything was vey clean. The breakfast was minimal no milk yogurt . I don’t think was even cereal maybe I missed that. The bed was hard. I lamps had pull chains on them by the bed. There was only one place to plug in your phones in which I think it was a inconvenience. The shampoo containers were tiny
- Stacey (1/5): Bad -
- Christian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carmen (9/5): I’ll be back! - It was quiet and the room was very clean! Nothing
- Michael (10/5): - Property was great, clean, comfortable, and close to UIUC campus.
- Scott (9/5): Superb -
- 353carys (8/5): Solid hotel — just what we needed - We were in town for a sporting event at the university. The location is quite convenient to campus, and easily reached. The hotel was full but quiet and laid-back. The room was fine — nothing too modern about it, but it was solid. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot with good water pressure. The dining area is small compared to a lot of similar hotels. If I ever return to this area, I'd be fine staying here again.
- Andrew (8/5): - Older, but clean
- JIN (4/5): - Such conditions are not worth this price.
- Megan (8/5): - The hotel was well taken care of and clean. The staff was responsive and friendly. I had no issues except for the high cost (it was mom’s weekend at the university).
- Scott (10/5): - Quit good location far enough away from campus. Barely heard any other tenants on mom’s weekend
- Moises (10/5): - Nice and cozy stay; staff was helpful and had everything we needed. Will stay again!
- Christy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anna (9/5): Quiet stay, Great stay for the price -
- Ronald (7/5): It was a fine stay for our purpose. - We booked this place because the location was near the apartments where our granddaughter lives, and we were here to be with her. The staff went out of their way to help us be able to gather to spend time together. It is an older unit and does show some years of usage.
- Chris (9/5): Recommended | Friendly & Good Value - Very friendly & helpful staff; good location (close to UC with easy access to everything, but not in the middle of all the noise / traffic); very comfortable bed; great water pressure in shower; WiFi worked well. No show stoppers, but breakfast was a bit limited and some minor maintenance issues with room.
- Chris (7/5): Addequet with everything we needed. - Parking was accommodating. Decor was pleasant
- Christian (8/5): Very good -
- ABDULRAHMAN (10/5): - G
- H. Christine (10/5): - Loved having the whirlpool tub in our room. Very nice stay, will stay again!
- Ann (9/5): The staff was very accommodating and polite. - I preferred the scrambled eggs served one day to the egg and cheese muffins served on 2 days. The muffins were dry, so I chose the hard boiled eggs. Liked the hard boiled eggs. Breakfast could have been better.
- Robert (8/5): - Breakfast selection was very good.
We stay here when visiting family in Savoy.
- Catherine (10/5): - We got to the hotel late but it was nice and quiet. We had issues with the washer to do our laundry but it was user error and the man behind the desk was very helpful.
- Nancy (8/5): I give it 3 C's...Comfort, Clean and Convenient - Comfy bed and in room Jacuzzi were welcomed after a long day of driving.
Nice breakfast too.
- Deborah (10/5): We may have been the only guests - Quiet, comfy bed, best shower ever, almond milk provided at breakfast (and gf options clearly posted). no tea in room
- Scott (9/5): Superb -
- Scott (9/5): Superb -
- Lacy (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (9/5): Superb -
- Sam (9/5): Sets the standard for what this chain should be - Staff was amazing great biscuits and gravy and clean rooms They were busy but that’s because it was a great hotel for a good price
- Laurie (8/5): Very good - As always the staff was friendly and the room was clean. The hot tub heater was out and no one informed me. The first and third mornings breakfast was delicious except for no OJ. The second mornings breakfast there were no eggs or sausage made available 🤔
- Debra (8/5): A rural oasis in a nice neighborhood - I did not have breakfast.
I liked they had a copper water purification station in the lobby (drinking out of copper is very healthy). Also many teas, and hot cocoa.
I liked that they are very pet friendly. The front desk associate had a service dog with her.
The room was huge and felt safe and comfortable. Difficult to find in rural towns such as this. The heating system was a bit difficult.
It finally kicked on and kept the room warm.
It was exceptionally cold this day (15 degrees).
The curtains hung too low and blocked the heat some. I would suggest window shades instead, perhaps.
- John (8/5): - The room was clean, the breakfast good, and the staff friendly. The only objection we had was the noise from the periodic railroad trains that passed just across the highway from the motel.
- Cathy (10/5): - They had excellent breakfast and we liked the 2pm check in.
- Chris (8/5): Nice Alternative to Staying in Downtown Champaign - Convenient location near restaurants and campus without being in the congestion / high noise zone (esp. during a ball game at the Stadium or Assembly Hall). Very friendly staff. Room & bed very comfortable. Very good WiFi connection. And the best shower water pressure ever! Directly N of Savoy fire station, so light sleepers might notice some noise (not a problem for me). Some minor maintenance issues, but nothing significant. Breakfast could be nicer, but it suffices.
- Berry776 (7/5): Nice Hotel. Friendly Staff. Needs Pool Improvements. - Comfortable room with nice cozy beds, large flat screen tv, desk, lounge chair in room. We liked the hotel's lobby, complimentary hot tea and iced water stations. Friendly staff! The kind housekeeper gave me extra soaps and lotion which we appreciated! We requested a quiet room away from elevator which we were away from it. We were out on the 1st floor. Since, the first floor is the loudest with noisy families. Little kids were being loud since we were in the same hall as the pool and close to the lobby! Wish we were on 2nd floor! The bathroom fan and the water pipes were noisy. Improve breakfast!! Also, we tried to swim in pool, but it was way too cold! The hot tub was broken also.
- Regina (10/5): Second stay as great as the first! - Its our second stay and it was as fantastic as the first! Clean , friendly and coffee in the lobby!
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Good stay when visiting & to go see a game.
- Zehr (7/5): Good - The location was nice and quiet The jets on the hot tub were broken. The fire alarms went off in the middle of the night but there was no fire.
- ronald (10/5): - Very clean
- Retta (1/5): The facility was clean, convenient, and the bed was good and comfortable. - It was convenient to where I was working. The handicapped room was certainly not for the handicapped.
There was a bar behind the toilet. Why? It should have been on the back wall of the tub/shower.
I had to step over the tub into a slippery tub with only one bar to hang onto.
The shower seat did not fit in the tub!
When we arrived the shower head was attached way up almost to the ceiling. My husband had to stand on the side of the tub to reach it.
During breakfast, the scrambled eggs were left a long time in the heated container so appeared dry and slightly burnt. The attendant came out of the kitchen and dumped a new pile of eggs right on top of the old ones. That is a super red flag in food safety.
- Clarie (10/5): - Breakfast wasn’t that good but the hotel was close to the event we were attending.
- Joseph (7/5): Was as expected except for the bed. Replace your worn out mattresses. Was almost comical how bad it - Staff was exceptionally polite The beds are absolutely trash lol
- John (7/5): Okay - Breakfast and location Lamps were dusty, could not get onto the internet
- Michael (8/5): - Clean room, comfortable bed, good location. Reasonably priced.
- Russell (9/5): Superb -
- Kevin (10/5): Outstanding Short stop. - On check-in Tracy, trainee, and her trainer, whose name I didn’t catch, were particularly friendly and helpful. I left early in the morning and Jasmine was very help and helped me with water and ice for the day’s drive. I find your survey particularly annoying with your character count. Having to get it however long before I can submit it. This keeps me from doing the short positive input l would like to submit and/or keeps you from getting the little input you apparently don’t want to hear. Also gives me the impression you think your time is more important than mine. Is that enough input for you?
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Chris (9/5): Superb -
- Marie (7/5): Good - The breakfast induces a lot of waste. Which is sad.
- Kathleen (8/5): Very good - Convenient to stadium
- staceybQ6347JQ (10/5): Nice hotel - We stayed one night while in town for a soccer tournament. I was impressed with the cleanliness of our room. Shower was hot and breakfast is good for a continental breakfast. Bed not super comfy but what I’d expect from hotel bed. Slightly overpriced in my opinion but I would still stay here again. We had a nice quiet night here.
- MICHAEL D (10/5): - Easy checkin. Clean. Good breakfast.
- Lenny (9/5): Superb -
