- Nielson (4/5): Breakfast was good - Ok No checking of for condiment refills or checking of the

- BRIAN (9/5): - I liked it all.

- Fred (1/5): Would not stay again if you paid me - Nothing Lock on door was dead. Several
Trips walking through the parking lot, and was finally downgraded to a smaller room. Family packed in small room, Pool was dirty, carpet was dirty, room was like a sweat lodge.
- Dream52127587795 (2/5): You couldn't pay me to stay here again - This hotel is absolutely horrendous.
Do not stay. If you had nowhere to stay and 2 hours to drive to the next town, get a red bull and do that.
The lock on our room was dead, after a couple of trips getting new keys they finally gave up. This meant we had to go to a smaller room, which is super fun with 3 kids.
All of the online pictures from lobby to pool are stock photos of another hotel.
The pool is filthy and I couldn't let my kids swim in it, which made the smaller room even less fun. We had promised our kids a pool, so heartbroken kids in a dingy small room with dirty carpet.
Ok, maybe we’ll go to the lobby and grab some snacks for the kids. Nope, the credit card option broke so you better have change.
Overpriced and absolutely not worth staying even if they paid you.

- Patricia (9/5): Good place to stay if you fix the door locjs. - Eggs were dry and tasteless. Rest of items were fine The electronic door locks need serious upgrades or repairs. It took 22 attempts to get the door to open and then brute force was needed to shove it open. I reported it 3 times but it never improved in the 4 nights I was there.
- Linda (8/5): - Good breakfast. Nice and clean. Very nice personnel. Pretty expensive for motel with outside entrances
- 899kathrinr (2/5): Terrible Experience - Extremely expensive for what you get. It was worse than Motel 6. First of all the key card didn’t work so I had to go back to the front office and get it reprogrammed. Then the door to get in the room stuck badly and it was difficult to open. Once inside the room was old, dark and dingy. Depressing really. We had to call the front desk for someone to come turn on the heat but I didn’t appreciate the attitude. Trying sleep was difficult as the bed was very uncomfortable and leaned to the side. It caused my back to hurt as well. Overall just made me angry toward Best Western when I had thought well of them before.
- Gregory (6/5): We will return - Location was great. Very convenient to everything Staff were great. Very friendly and helpful Sink was very slow to drain. Vent fan in bathroom did not work. Squeaky floor.
- Travis (1/5): 5nights good 2 where horrible and for 200 a night i dont think ill ever stay here again - Location and staff You need to tell people there are going to be bringing loads of teenagers staying multiple nights and keep people awake all night
- r0ndaishaw (6/5): -100 - Hotel “Spa” didn’t open until 7pm had to wait for it to warm up because it hasn’t been running the last couple of days by the time 10pm did come and it was closing time the water was no hotter than the regular pool. Waste of time and money. HOUSEKEEPING comes knocking on your door at 9am sharp, if check out isn’t until 11 why are you guys bothering people so early and I mean banging on the door!!! No type of respect atleast give people time to leave at check out time!

- katiehX2400GE (10/5): Would stay again for sure - Great experience, nice little complimentary area in the lobby. Very nice and helpful and quick staff. Clean room, nice tv (not smart tv but still guide with options) coffee pot, laundry, hottub, pool. Definitely would stay here again. And Dillon is a cute little town, peaceful but not boring.
- Benjamin (6/5): Poor hotel management - When we got to the hotel the machine that makes the cards to open the door was broken. So the staff had to come open our door every time we wanted to enter the room. This made it very difficult for us to do what we wanted to do during the trip.
I'm working with best western to get a refund or partial credit for the hassle this caused us as well as the poor staff that had to open doors for everyone.
- Ben (10/5): - This was one of the more enjoyable check-in interactions I have had in a while. Great work to the young gal working Tuesday night
- Brad (2/5): - Had a king room reservation and received 2 queens with no knowledge. Not happy but too tired to complain.
- Leann (10/5): Clean ,friendly, and comfortable. - 2 night getaway stay. Good breakfast, very friendly staff, and quiet location.
- Stacie (10/5): - Friendly staff
- Diane B (8/5): - Comfortable
- Larry (10/5): - Great place to stay.
- Natalie (10/5): - We had a very comfortable nights stay at this motel. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. My kids and I loved the pool as the temperature was nice and warm compared to most motel pools. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Would be nice to offer some snacks for late arrivals in a little shop area but, McDonald’s only down the road. Overall a very good stay
- dian89 (2/5): Would not stay again - horrible - Key wouldn't work after returning from a long day of seeing sights, nobody answered phone when I called about this, next door said key was having issues with other guests in that room also, too much spray- housekeeping sprayed so much the bedding & floors & chairs were still damp 10 hrs later, carpet disgusting - crunched when walked in it, beds & furniture horrible - hard & old probably from 80-90's furniture - laundry kid woke all guests up at 9, knocking on all doors to ask if checking out, worse than any low budget get hotel - not BW standard in my opinion
This is an old motel that BW has its name on
Front desk was nice & helpful but that didn't make up for all the other stuff, first night had 2 hrs sleep, my 10 year old grandson thought everything was uncomfortable also especially the bed
When I complained at check out, Katie was not there but I was told she'd call me back & maybe id get a partial refund, never heard back from her & no partial refund- stay elsewhere
- Patricia (4/5): - the beds were terrible, need replacing, no one at desk to check out.
- Gregory (10/5): - The staff are very friendly and keep this hotel in great shape. Nice hot breakfast every morning.
- skylarl343 (10/5): Nice little Best Western in Dillon! Very clean! - We were here in June for a family reunion. The rooms were very clean and we slept well. The flowers and landscaping were beautiful. Kati was so awesome and helped us know some great places to visit. We enjoyed our suite with 2 bathrooms and we will be back. Nice little Best Western!
- Veronica (5/5): - This hotel is listed on Bookings as a 3 Star Hotel. It was clearly not. I thought I was paying for a 3 Star, so that’s why the ding for value. I would choose another next time.
- Frankie (6/5): - This was just a stop over for us. The room was average. We had one bed that had stains on the linens. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice.
- Jan (10/5): - It is a standard BW. Nothing special, OK for an overnight stay
- Cherry_Wonderdog (10/5): The Best of our Montana Hotels - Out of the three hotels I stayed at during my week in Montana, Best Western in Dillon was the best. Sure it’s an older property that could benefit from a physical touch-up here and there, the A/C didn’t always operate properly (leaving us quite hot the first night), the coffee was undrinkable, and most of the breakfast food items were processed and hard to eat. But hotel manager Kati Humphries was actively working on site every day with her crew to make things better and keep people satisfied.
Ms. Humphries was one of those hands-on executives. She didn’t sit behind a desk while her workerbees did all the grunt work. She was accompanying them everywhere, cleaning the rooms, maintaining the pool, baking cookies, greeting guests by names, spreading good cheer, and seeing what could be done to make things optimal.
One of the innovations that I believe can be attributed to her was the fresh blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries (continually replenished) at breakfast. Cherry Wonderdog absolutely loved the glass-enclosed outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi. It was just big enough to swim laps. Even the small exercise room offered enough options for a respectable workout.
The bed wasn’t deep plush pillowtop latex foam, but I slept well nonetheless. The shower pressure could have been higher but at least there was plenty of hot water.
As a Diamond member, we were allowed an extra late checkout and the opportunity to hang out by the pool. Walking into town wasn’t out of the question either. It was about 0.8 miles to the historic section.
Next time we come to Dillon, this is definitely where we’ll stay.
- Denice (6/5): - Average in conditions. Clean but run down and out of date. Staff were all very kind and helpful. Our room key magnetic strip would not work almost every time we would try.. had to change it out at least 4 times!
We had a king bed.. it was not comfortable. Both our backs are screaming after 3 nights.
- William (8/5): - The Best Western Paradise Inn was a good stay. The room is pretty basic but clean and quiet. we found the beds very comfortable and the staff was friendly. We will stay there again as the future allows.
- Lisa (10/5): - Very nice facility and staff is terrific
- Claude (9/5): -
- David (8/5): - The room was fine. Breakfast was not as good as in the past. Eggs were great, but there was no milk and no biscuits and gravy.
- Lynsi (10/5): - Was a fantastic stay
- Mrs Beryl (10/5): - Good location , easy to park . Within easy reach of a choice of restaurants
- Tony (5/5): -
- Kathy (8/5): - it was fine, just a overnight stay. very good Breakfast.
- Dale (2/5): - Staff were unable to resolve my problem and I let my friend stay in my hotel room and I had to find another hotel down the street, they said manager would take care of it in the morning and when we brought it up they said they knew about it and didn't even so much as offer an apology, futhermore the security lock on the room had a problem with its hinge and it took till 12:30 in the morning to get it open and this was after going in a different room that wasn't booked but someone was staying in! The night staff was not capable or well versed to handle the situation, basically untrained or unsophisticated in their thinking.
- GleeAnn (8/5): - Staff was friendly
- Regina (8/5): - Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and nice pool
- robert (10/5): Will Return - I’d stay here again. Very accommodating.
- rebekah (10/5): - Wonderfully friendly, rooms are clean and it sounds like my hot breakfast will divine!
- Tyler (2/5): Awful stay - Terrible conditions. Tack strips showing on floors where carpet is so worn and I scratched my heel on. Cat in the kitchen area that breakfast was prepared in
- kensQ2684GQ (4/5): Not a great place - $266 as a rewards member was excessive. The blinds in the room were broken - would not close. The breakfast was unpalatable. This was our third stay at this motel. The other two were fair priced for an aging property that should be in the $90 t0 $100 range. Probably will select another property nearby.
However, it was clean and quiet (except for the air conditioner).
- Garner (2/5): - Formal Complaint Regarding Reservation Issue – Graduation Weekend
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your hotel during a very important time for my family my graduation weekend.
I made a reservation well in advance for 3 rooms, anticipating a full house due to graduation events in the area. On the day of arrival, I called the hotel around 3:30 PM to confirm our late check-in and spoke directly with a receptionist, providing my name and informing her we would be arriving between 7:30 and 8:00 PM. She assured me that all three rooms (which she confirmed at the time) would be ready for us.
When I arrived that evening, I was told by the same receptionist that one of my rooms had been given away by her manager because they “couldn’t reach me,” despite the fact that I had clearly called and spoken to her earlier. She then claimed she didn’t recall the conversation and asked who I had spoken with—again, it was her.
This situation caused a major inconvenience for my family, who had traveled to celebrate this important milestone with me. With all local accommodations booked, the nearest available hotel was over 50 miles away in Butte, MT, which was not acceptable or manageable late in the evening.
The lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through on a confirmed reservation October 2024
- Tony (8/5): Very good -
- Dan (6/5): - Staff was great, but I didn’t expect a Best Western property to be an old “motel “ with outside doors.
- W1439KUricka (10/5): Best Western Dillon, MT - The Best Western Paradise Inn in Dillon, MT is one of the best!! Customer service is excellent, clean rooms, secure, yummy breakfast, and reasonable rates. The enclosed heated pool and hot tub are awesome. The fresh baked cookies in the afternoon are delicious.
- Doug (6/5): Disappointed - We have always stayed at Best Western hotels. We pay ailttle bit more but we feel it is worth it. I till this stay. We were disappointed .
It seemed old and needs to be updated. For the price we feel the other hotels in the area would have been a better selection.
- Berna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jessica (5/5): Passable - Our room smelled like puke. The hotel was full so we couldn't switch rooms. Struggled to sleep through the night. The only window we could open was in the bathroom so we couldn't air it out. Definitely not a pleasant stay.
- Stafford (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mark D (8/5): - No Comments
- Neubauer (8/5): Convenient - Area while we were traveling All 👍
- Chad (8/5): Very good -
- denise (10/5): Great stay - We were traveling with 2 dogs. The hotel put us in a pet friendly room located at the end of the building. The room was very comfortable and the check-in a breeze. We will be staying at this hotel again for future trips.
- Erwin (10/5): - Friendly staff and clean quiet rooms
- Sherry (10/5): - Great place. Great staff
- Nichole (8/5): - Very nice and friendly staff. Great morning breakfast.
- Carie (4/5): - Ice machine is in the hotel office. Bring your own or prepare to walk.
Walls are thin, beware of loud hotel guests.
Will not stay in the future.
- Lynanne (8/5): Very good -
- Shannon (8/5): - The price was a little high this time but the pool and parking is great. The staff is always super friendly too.
- Olivia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pioneer24461314445 (10/5): Small Town comfort - We had a very clean comfortable room
and breakfast is good.
Staff was excellent, shout out to Katy and Andre for their professional actions the morning of our check out. They made a difficult situation, with some others, as easy as they could. Kudos to you both. Trinity you are great lady!! Thank you everyone
- Carley (6/5): - Good
- Chris (8/5): - Very dog friendly and I’m glad we stayed the night.
- Shannon (9/5): Superb -
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Was fine for travel stop
- Traveler18708154993 (10/5): Pretty Good Experience - There were some issues when we first checked in - the first room they had us check into was not cleaned - bed was obviously slept in, garbage can was full. But they quickly remedied the situation and immediate checked us into a room that was fully prepared. Emma, at the front desk was amazing. We ordered out at a local restaurant and the restaurant didn't add any condiments (catsup for french fries, butter for the mash potatoes). When we checked with the front desk, Emma was wonderful about providing us with condiments they had for the breakfast. We have already booked our stay for on the way home. Emma was courteous, helpful, professional, and very accommodating. She deserves a raise.
- Patricia (10/5): - It was good. The kids enjoyed the pool.
- Robin (7/5): Good -
- Chareese (7/5): Just a short stay to break up a long travel time. It was clean and pet friendly. The pool was great! - The pool/hot tub was great!
- 542ninetteh (10/5): Very satisfied - The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very nice, clean, and warmed up quickly. I love the note and mints on the bed along with the fruit snacks and bottle of water at check in. It is much appreciated. The breakfast has a lot of choices and being able to make your own waffles fresh is the best part of breakfast.
- Alicia (10/5): - Room big and clean and the best pool in the area. Very pleasant staff
- Kathy (10/5): - Everyone was very professional and courteous. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.
- Michael (8/5): - The restaurant next to it had the best food and staff I have ever had.
- Kelli (4/5): - Room was very clean. Price is very high for the quality of room. Did not realize doors open to outside. Parts of the room are very dated.
- nykaren54 (6/5): Nothing special and overpriced - This particular facility looks a bit tired and needing some TLC. Checkin male was not very welcoming. The female who arrived later was very charming, sweet and so friendly. She made up for her male teammate. We arrived 2 hours before checkin and the male clerk told we would pay $25. if we checked in early. Such a way to be greeted. The town of Dillon is pretty small so cruising side streets for 2 hours was all we could do to kill time. They did have some very nice homes to view, along some needing a lot of love.
The room itself was pretty plain, like a Super 8 standard room. Couldn’t believe what they wanted for one night stay. Almost $200. Fortunately, we used our Best Western Rewards points to get a free night. Otherwise, would have found a nicer and better motel for the price we were quoted.
Bed comfortable, pillows nice. Bathroom was small and little counter space to do business. Traffic noise obvious but back rooms less noisy. People do walk by your room and can be quite disruptive. Pool building has had better days. Off putting. All in all, we won’t ever visit Dillon Montana Best Western again.
- Theresa (10/5): - Great location, clean, great breakfast.
- janette (8/5): - It was just fine.
- Joshua (6/5): - We've stayed here a few times now. Decent rooms and breakfast. Typical fair. Nice pool for the kids. Good restaurants not far away.
- Kelsi (6/5): - Super nice staff in the generally nice hotel. My only disappointment was that we could hear every noise the person in the room above us made and in the morning when we were trying to sleep in, it was a pretty big bummer. Other than that, I would just get the top floor!
- Jaimie (10/5): - Staff was great! Breakfast was delish! And pool was just what we needed!
- Morris (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff The pillows are too thick and hard.
- Debra (10/5): - Room was very easy to find!
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Aaron (8/5): No complaints at all - clean, quiet and convenient - It's obviously an older property but has been well refurbished in typical BW decor. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa are in a separate building onsite and the facility was clean and well-stocked with towels. Breakfast was pretty good and well-stocked too. The location is very convenient and there is a grocery store and a good restaurant (The Den) nearby.
I would certainly stay here again.
- Crystal (10/5): - Super nice staff! Clean and comfortable room. Lovely pool for the kids! We will be back!
- Tashina (8/5): - We had a nice stay while dropping our son at college. The room was clean. The AC worked great. The kids had fun playing in the pool. The front desk staff was so friendly. And the breakfast selection was nice. We will stay again when we go back for a visit.
- O8047LKjaniceh (10/5): It was very nice - Very nice and clean place to stay. Enjoyed the pool also. We enjoyed the breakfast of biscuits and gravy. We did not know what channel the Olympics were on so called the front desk and although they did not immediately know they called us right back with the channel. Very nice young man.
- J4162PZterrym (2/5): Rip-off price for a dump - A depressing, dirty property that had the nerve to charge $214 for one night. Dead insects, raggedy furniture in a lackluster setting. I wish I got a photo of the cast of dead flies in the bathroom. Happily for all readers, no photo can capture the stench in this room. Health Department, where are you?
- John (8/5): - Room was good, bed was good, shower was good. A/C had trouble keeping up. Exterior of property could have used a freshening up.
- Lora (8/5): I had a great time in Dillon Mt - Breakfast was really good. I appreciate the staff coming in to speak with the residents. Very friendly.
- Greg (10/5): - Have stayed here before. Thanks!
- Candace (8/5): - This is definitely an older hotel that could use some updating, BUT it was very clean! The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The family suite was big and we loved it! The only thing that could have been better is there is not a AC unit in the room with two beds and it was a bit hot in there.
- William (8/5): - good
