Guest Reviews
- Cyclone1969 (8/5): Cyclone69 - Not that much. Very Noisy place
- Amanda (10/5): -
- Rani (8/5): -
- George (2/5): Wife and daughter very unhappy. Never felt clean. - Close to Arbys. Some good attempt at remodeling, but still felt dingy and old looking. Stains on carpet, dirty window coverings, thin worn bed sheets, thin old towels, could not get cold water when needed.
- kevin (8/5): -
- Greg Danner (10/5): It's an affordable stay with some small, thoughtful creature comforts and a good location. - The room's furniture included a nice desk and chair, plenty of USB ports, as well as a small sectional unit adaptable to many purposes. The mattress was firm and comfortable, and it was easy to store luggage so that it was accessible but not in the way. The AC unit was a bit loud, but it kept the room comfortable.
- Testerman (8/5): - The room was all that it should be. However the location of the room was at the rear of the hotel next to a densely wooded area to one side and rear of the hotel with the other side adjoining the rear of a convenient store. Upon arrival to my room I saw a person walking behind the hotel and dissappear into the wooded area. A little cause for concern there but everything else was acceptable. See above
- Vaughn (1/5): -
- David (10/5): Fabulous facility with an excellent staff. - The staff and room were excellent! Nothing
- Kim (1/5): - Nothing House keeping, our sink in the bathroom did not work, the ice machine never worked. Breakfast
- Charles (10/5): - Not a lot of traffic Nice and clean
- Kim (5/5): - Room smelled musty and damp. Carpets old
- Suzanne (1/5): Old outdated dirty hotel - The only thing good were the towels & a nice tv It's a old outdated hotel that needs to be torn down. The room was small & bathroom tiny & smelled. Horrible bed. . The carpet was nasty & frazzled. The curtains didn't completely cover the window. This wasn't Best Western standards & it was way over priced. I wouldn't recommend this hotel!
- Gary (4/5): - Location only The carpet was very dirty and part of the carpet was coming up (trip hazard). When I told man at desk he was only seemed concerned about the trip hazard. I would not stay there again. We tried the breakfast and it was just warm.
- Christopher (4/5): Decent, but overpriced with unhelpful staff. - It was clean. Hotel staff are not cooperative, have trouble with basic english and would not give me a receipt. Would not stay there nor recommend anyone else stay.
- Kim (1/5): Would not recommend anyone to stay - Not much Everything it’s way over priced
- Kassandra (4/5): Will not stay again due to all the issues. - Front desk guy was nice. The ice machine was broke, there was hair on my sheets, the room was run down and the beds need replaced, they were sunk in. The entrance road to the facility caused my car to have undercarriage damage as well. I know it is the road and not the motels, but it is the only access to the motel.

- Robert (2/5): Worst staff I ever had to deal with - It was quite The staff was so rude
- Sandra (8/5): -
- Beardsley (9/5): -
- Edir (10/5): Enjoyed my stay - Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.
- Robert (9/5): -

- hammonds (10/5): Very comforting - We are from out of town in the night prior we had to stay at the motel 6 we got in so late and had to be up so early we just toughed it out but it was a horrible experience. So that morning I made a reservation for the Best Western and when we got done with what we were doing that day we were a little late checking in but the lady that checked us in was the nicest lady I have ever met. Little short blonde lady just the sweetest thing in the rooms were clean and nice and it was just a good experience. The bathroom was kind of small but it worked
- Megan (9/5): The hotel was nice however my room had a mildew smell coming from the window ac i believe and it was not pleasant. Almos - I liked the size of the rooms they were very clean. I liked that it was easy to access however the traffic causes a little bit of an issue at times
- Shana (2/5): - Unfriendly, the manager would not speak to me face to face, no costomer service, there was no toilet paper would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- Lorena (10/5): - The customer service was outstanding.
- Barry (8/5): - Remodeled older style motel with exterior room access. Very clean. Roomy room with comfortable bed. Adequate breakfast. Slightly cramped parking.
- Thomas (10/5): - Very clean room. Breakfast was good and parking was not a problem
- Brandi (9/5): - Convenient location. Staff was great. Beds were uncomfortable
- Wesley (6/5): - Beds were very uncomfortable
- Melinda (2/5): - Wouldn’t recommend this to an enemy.
- jeffrey (2/5): - We booked a king room and then called the property to make sure they knew we had a dog. When we arrived, we were told that our room was changed to Two Queen beds and were told that dog rooms are only Queen beds. We asked why they did not communicate this when we called. We received no response. Arrived in room. It had a smell and was very disappointed in this but were tired from travelling all day. Did provide this comment to management when we checked out.
- Rhonda (3/5): Disappointing - Close to the interstate, no bugs and clean The smell of the room(like it hadn't been open for months). The mattress looked and felt as though they had been there since the hotel opened. Only one packet of caffeininated coffee in the room and the creamer had been there so long, I had to break it in pieces to use. At breakfast, the jelly was so hard, it was like little bricks that would not spread, etc.
- Bethany (6/5): - Room smelled like mildew, could see mold under ac unit in wall. Beds were clean though. Place to sleep for the night. Pet friendly, smelled like urine
- Thomas (10/5): - The pool is closed. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean
- Cynthia (8/5): - N/A
- Jeremy (10/5): - Nice rooms
- Lisa (4/5): - We were charged a pet fee twice, once upon check in and then when my husband checked out the next morning, the same employee charged him again saying the night before my card had declined. It in fact had not- when we told him this, he said we would need to contact corporate to get our money back. Not very helpful. Could not sleep because the property felt dirty.
- Sherry (10/5): - Staff was excellent!! People always make a stay good or bad!
- Steve (2/5): Motel 6 disguised as a Best Western - Tried 3 different rooms. All rooms had stained carpet and damp floors because they had supposedly cleaned all the carpets that day. One room smelled like pee. The biggest reason I give this a 1 star is because this is the worst Best Western I have ever stayed in by far. Whoever designed the outside color scheme should be fired. I will not stay here again.
- Ernie (8/5): - God place to stay for the night
- Stephen (4/5): - Not up to BW standards. In need of renovation. Has the old striped carpet from the 70’s (sticky) and drop ceiling in bathroom. Cigarette butts all around the outside of the property. Good breakfast though.
- kathleen (10/5): Good stopping place for an overnight stay. They allow dogs but not cats - Easy to get off the highway and back on again. Property is kept up and room was nice. Breakfast was very nice - lots of good choices. Be aware it's right next to a train crossing. n/a
- Christopher (7/5): -
- Marion (10/5): - Good location. Logan’s roadhouse right next door. V friendly staff
- Daniel (10/5): - Good
- Blair (10/5): - Parking was absolutely amazing for trailers and trucks not tight very spacious Nothing absolutely loved the property
- Deborah (10/5): - Great breakfast
- Rob (6/5): - Our 1st room had vomit all over the bed. They did move us to a clean room. But that was still really gross and I am so curious how vomit got into a room with made beds. and mopped floors. Nasty. The breakfast was not very tasty. I chose the place due to the 8.5 rating on Hotels. com but I am not sure how they got that rating. I was not super impressed and will not stay there again. Plus the bed was all caved in feeling like it had been slept on wayyy too many times and needed to be replaced.
- Assar (2/5): - Before reserving rooms I called guest service & to enquire that we are family of five & i was told by receptionist that as long as 5th member is family (2-parents & 3-kids), we can book a room for family. After checking in & taking my credit card information, the staff changed their statement: Five people can't be in one room. This was a very terrible experience
- Dave (8/5): A nice play to stay for our way-point on the way back to Michigan. - We enjoyed its location next to a nice restaurant. The pool was nice. We didn’t enjoy lugging all of our luggage up the flight of stairs - there is no elevator, and we had a lot of luggage. We also struggled to get the TV to work; we had to call for assistance, and they had to reset the system…but it was great as soon as that was done.
- William (7/5): -
- Larry (9/5): It was a good stay - Older faculty but well maintained. Good amenities in room. Breakfast was ok. Water dripping in tub.
- Christina (6/5): - Stay was just ok. Bedding didn’t appear to have been changed from prior guest. After pulling back blankets, sheets had hair all over them. There was an unpleasant mold/mildew odor in the room.
Staff however was very pleasant, easy check-in.
- Rena (10/5): - Very friendly and easy check in. Clean room.
- Jessica (6/5): - This is a motel with dirty towels and cigarette burns in the comforter. It is not executive or an inn or anything like it.
It also has blood on the bathroom wall and dirty foot and hand prints all over the door.
- Linda (8/5): - No thanks to u I got my room changed on my own didn’t have to pay any extra I will never use this derive again
- Guy (9/5): Quick Stay - Location and value
- Irene (8/5): - This is set up as a motel, not a hotel as advertising leads you to believe
- Lissa (10/5): - This hotel was a surprise stay.! It is definitely an older remodeled motel but it was nice! Everything was done tastefully and the breakfast room was small but cheery. The breakfast was a nice surprise too with hot sausage, eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, waffles and the normal selection of cold/bread items, a yogurt bar and juices and coffee. I fount it to be clean and the staff friendly!
- Noah (6/5): - It ok
- Christopher (5/5): -
- Sheila (1/5): No clean person would stay here. - We liked nothing. We did not even stay walked in the room, turned around, dropped the keys off, ask for a refund because the room was absolutely disgusting. I can't imagine any clean person, even wanting to step in those rooms.Let alone sleep there. I liked nothing. The guy at the front desk could barely speak english. The room was good, it's disgustingWe stepped in, walked right back out, turned the keys in. It stank, so bad of filth smoke, musty you name it.
It was delapidated room. I would advised no one stay there. Obviously the reviews are fake reviews. Were there reviews from when the place was built buku years ago
- Lisa (4/5): It was ok - Location to my niece Older
- Homero (6/5): Bed super fluffy - Bed on room 126 very soft for 2 people, we fighting all night for not roll over to the middle of the bed
- Tim (10/5): - All good
- ANNA (6/5): Dirty - Pros:
Felt safe
Good/gas nearby
Good breakfast
Nice staff
Cons:
Mold on bedskirts and bathroom wall
Strain or dirty spot on floor
10 min to check in (even though 1st in line)
Room key stopped working on outside door, before check out, had to walk around the entire building in the July morning heat (still worked on room door).
- Ivana (8/5): - The staff was very nice. Property a little old but clean and had all of the services that we required. It was close to many choices to eat and a liquor store across the parking lot. I will miss my biscuit and sausage for breakfast.
- Carol (8/5): Very good -
- Alexandria (2/5): Mold everywhere - We arrived later in the evening, the doors were locked, and we had to be let into the lobby. When we went to our room, there was someone in their car blaring music definitely in an altered mental state. We went to the room and we could still hear this woman also honking her horn repeatedly she was reported to the lobby. The lobby called the police. Tried to get settled into the room, but from the lampshade next to the TV, the ceiling in the main area above the couch all throughout the bathroom ceiling tiles that were falling out of the ceiling you could see mold. Mold everywhere. I felt unsafe and we didn’t stay in this room for more than 45 minutes before we turned in our keys and went to search for another hotel. I felt unsafe because of the situation outside, not being resolved, as well as all of the mold surrounding us in our room.
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donald (8/5): - Bed was not particularly comfortable. Breakfast was minimal, eggs, waffles, cereals, no meat.
- Joanne (7/5): Good - Location. Close to highway but quiet and clean Old rough sheet on my bed. No bathroom floor mat
- Robyn (8/5): - Clean. Convenient.
Although the room was clean, the bathroom tile was slippery. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was ok.
- Mya (6/5): - I arrived late at night and the check in was not too bad. He had to run my license twice, but other than not terrible. Once I walked upstairs to my room the lock was held on by a screw buy overall the room was clean. I have no complaints about the bed or the bathroom. The next morning upon leaving there waa a used condom by my car and trash in the parking lot. Breakfast wasnt bad even the burnt sausage.
- Russell (9/5): Superb -
- Roxanne (10/5): - Always love the pool
- Tandra (10/5): - I was pulling a trailer back from NC to Ark. The guy at the desk allowed me to park close to my room. Clean. I felt safe.
- Leea (8/5): Very good -
- Troena (5/5): It was comfortable enough for the purpose of a place to stay for a couple nights for the purpose we needed. Still disapp - It was near where the kids had ball. The manager and staff were nice. Mattress and pillows on the hard side. It was clean. Said pool closes at 11. They got back about 9 and they were already closing the pool. Says pool opens at 10. They went to swim and it was closed. The manager said closed for cleaning will be 1 hour. We had to check out at 11. Very disappointing. Our friends who stayed another night said they did not even clean the pool but did change out the towels.
- Mark (9/5): cheap and clean place to stay in Dickson - Breakfast included was great!
- Sharder (7/5): It was good - Breakfast was good and room was clean I booked through booking.com and that experience was horrible
- Grace (10/5): Exceptional -
- Narmeen (6/5): - Breakfast was inedible horrible. The room was good and it was a safe area
- Burdette (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, comfortable, professional staff and in a great location
- James (8/5): Glad it was just a one night stop over. - Convenient to the interstate. Rooms were typical motel style and a bit tired, noisy air conditioning units.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable - Comfortable bed, great air-conditioner
- William (8/5): - Air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t hear the tv.
- Mike (6/5): - Not too good, stinks, very very high humidity, so high it affects the TP in the bathroom?!! And ADA shower head is not high enough, not to mention the shower curtain blocks no water so the floor is soaked with water. I thought it was a good choice compared to the high dollar hotels in the same area…..wrong go to the super eight…..not again here
- Jordan (8/5): - N/a
- Cathy (6/5): - Asked for printed receipt, was told i would get one upon checkout, doors were locked when i left.
- Michael G. (8/5): - great
- Vincent (10/5): Exceptional -
- Larry (10/5): - Very clean property. We had a nice stay
- B562GZwilliamb (6/5): It was an OK stay.... nothing terrible, nothing great. - Hotel stay was ok. Probably would not stay there again, but if it was the only place with rooms available, I would... It is an old motel that looks like it's been updated, but still has the old building smell and is a motel with doors to rooms on the outside of the building. The extremely loud A/C unit in the wall drowned out most of the noise outside the room in the parking lot. You get what you pay for... saved some money on this stay, but will probably put out a bit more cash next time in this area and stay elsewhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful.... It was an OK stay, nothing terrible, nothing great. If you want to save a bit of money, it'll do.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel was nice and fairly clean, it just had
