Guest Reviews
- Shannon (10/5): -
- Marie (8/5): -
- Kyle (10/5): Nice hotel - Location and Breakfast was good. Would go back
- Dick (8/5): Relaxing - Layout of room
- Linda (4/5): - The location was great for our stop for the night. The price was high, considering the pool was closed, and the overall quality.
- Melanie (9/5): - The location was great, near all the shopping center and restaurants We couldn't get the remote to work very good
- Stephen (7/5): Adequate Stay - As always, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, it was quiet and they offered a nice breakfast in the morning. While I have stayed here many times in the past and have always had an exceptional experience, the room they put me in this time had curtains and rods that were old and clearly defective. The drapes seemed like they were too short for the window and they wouldn't fully close (letting in a lot of unwanted light from outside).
- Reggie (9/5): - Large rooms, location, and friendly staff. Nothing I didn't like, everything was great!
- Phillip (9/5): -
- Anne (8/5): - Service clientèle, proximité de tous les restaurants et services L odeur de la chambre à cause du tapis
- thomas (9/5): -
- Karen (8/5): -
- Amanda (7/5): -
- Will (1/5): - They let us change rooms but still wasn't good Facility was filthy, uncomfortable beds that were noisy when moving during sleep, not enough blankets either
- Maria Alejandra (7/5): - Old. Paint was peeling from doors. They wanted to charge me more for a non smoking room, but then they have a sign that says thy charge a penalty for people who smoke. I thought smoking in hotels was not a thing anymore.
- Doan (7/5): -
- Ashley (3/5): - The location was convenient. The room was dirty, the sheets had stains, not clean. Carpet floor was smelly and not clean. Breakfast had cold sausage and eggs.
- Beckilu (8/5): - Breakfast was good No sausage for breakfast and juice machine broken.
In bathroom, shower button was stuck so no way to run water for a bath
- Christian (10/5): -
- Kief (6/5): Not satisfied. - The sheets were dirty. The floor was unswept. The breakfast wasn't that great. There were noisy guests upstairs and they set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night. Cleaner room.
- Morris (10/5): -
- Bobbie (10/5): - It was clean and staff was friendly It was good nothing wrong
- Grace (3/5): Mediocre - Location Thought what I paid wasn't worth the stay. Worst breakfast ever!
- William (7/5): Quiet and comfortable. Worth the money - i loved the tv. A lot of hotels have these small TVs and that stinks. The room was super clean. And they had shampoo and body wash in the shower. The room was great. But they aren't kidding about the check out time. I overslept and 10 minutes after 11 they were right there at the door asking me if I wanted to pay for another night. Jeez. There weren't many guests there. I don't think that was necessary. I had a long drive and it would have been nice to sleep a little longer. I also was frustrated because I had to rig the drain with a baggy to take a bath.
- Debra (6/5): convenient affordable location, just passing through, but bedbugs guaranty we will NEVER return - Location. Ground floor room. Non smoking. Large bathroom. In room refrigerator coffee maker. BEDBUGS!!!!!
- Jonee (9/5): -
- Arianna (8/5): good for staying for a night. good price - this location is nice and quiet. staff was nice and the bed was comfortable i had a non smoking room and the room had a weird smell to it. it might’ve been an air freshener but it was not pleasant. The tub was also slightly dirty and there was marks on the wall in the bathroom.
- Misty (6/5): - Ok
- Aaron (1/5): Smell and flies - Nothing. I did not stay and booked somewhere else because the room smelled terrible. The room smelled terrible and had flies.
- James (10/5): -
- Hunter (3/5): Wasn’t the best wasn’t the worst thought I was getting a good deal cause it had breakfast and it was terrible like the t - Nothing Said it had a great breakfast and it was not accurate at all
- Olivia (9/5): Comfortable! Will return - We liked the smoking option! The total was different than my online booking.
- Trent (10/5): - Location Nothing
- David (10/5): -
- Margarita (8/5): All in all, a good & clean place for an overnight stay - The cleanliness and quality of the room; comfortable bed, water softener in shower; friendly front desk staff, close proximity to main restaurants, shopping centers, and gas stations. Although the towels looked & smelled clean, they could be replaced with newer ones (a bit rough on the skin)
- Melinda (5/5): Pros and Cons - Although there is a continental breakfast the room was supplied with a coffee maker and coffee.
Along with almost any other amenity you might need: body soap, shampoo, hand soap, iron and board, hair dryer, etc.
Important to note: shampoo provided left your hair really clean and even though there was no conditioner hair was easy to manage and soft. The body wash was great 👍 it did not leave your skin sticky or dried out it left your skin feeling: clean, soft, silky, and hydrated. There was not a pen or paper anywhere in the room, also no hand lotion, conditioner or ample towels.
I was able to get extra at the front desk without any problems.
The room only had one USB port, which made it difficult to charge all devices.
I think the laminate sheet of paper found providing instructions for using the landline phone, TV remote and the accessible TV channels was outdated. TV viewing was painful
- Deanna & Samuel (7/5): - Bed Breakfast ends at 10 a.m on Sunday. It should be longer.
- Ivory (10/5): -
- Sarah (7/5): - The bed was nice and comfortable, and the room was very clean. The staff was super friendly, when I got in to check in around 130am he noticed where I parked and gave me a room right by my car and was very helpful! I wasn’t able to try the breakfast though due to having to leave a couple of hours later
- Sakian (8/5): -
- Ramona (10/5): Very good - Excellent hospitality and facilities!
- Smith (3/5): All I was looking for was a bar of Ivory soap not the coconut stuff provided. - Breakfast good. Staff good. Location ok. Was woken up by traffic several times.
HATED the scents of all of the personal care products provided.
- Norma (5/5): See above - It was adequate. We were assigned to a room that was next to barking dogs. We had to move and was told the hotel was full and we would have to go to the second floor to a room that was the opposite end from the elevator. My husband is disabled. I inquired again about the handicapped room that was available when we checked in and was told at that time that it would be more expensive. I declined it at that time. However, when we had to change rooms, I asked about it since it seemed the statement that the hotel was full seemed contradictory. The check-in person then made a change with another reservation to accommodate us. We appreciated that.
- Crystal (6/5): - The location was convenient. Need more non smoking rooms. Had to book a smoking room as a non smoker as the non smoking rooms were all booked. It smelled horrible in there.
- Joos (8/5): -
- Tracy (8/5): -
- Maria (9/5): - The beds Tv No cable
- Fusee (1/5): - Nothing I booked the trip and was given the option to pay at check in. They ended up calling making me pay prior to check in at 7pm in the middle of a show I was at. Used the app for directions and it took us to the wrong location. The elevator didn't work. The door won't close right. The bathroom bathtub was dirty. The towels were dirty and the bed was like sleeping in a cardboard box. Breakfast was disgusting and coffee was watery. Would never go back. Also got bug bits on our backs and legs.
- Lori (7/5): -
- ANDREA (9/5): Very quiet and safe - Close proximity to I71 Breakfast area a bit tight, but otherwise had good variety
- Twasha (10/5): -
- Barillas (10/5): - Close to everything Beds was uncomfortable
- Paul (2/5): - Parking was ok. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee machine wasn’t working. Hostes sweets. Raw potatoes and cheap greasy sausage. We didn’t eat. Very little fruit. The room had hair, it stunk and smelled terrible. We got a different room that still smelled. The bathroom tub leaked all over the bathroom and there are only two outlets by the sink.
We won’t be using a best western or Expedia again.
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional Stay - Super clean room, very comfortable bed, warm/welcoming staff and conveniently located to everything. Always a pleasant stay!!
- Jason (5/5): -
- sarah n (4/5): - Parking was a little sketchy. People hanging out in cars all hours of the night.
- Christopher (10/5): - Good hotel
- Sandy (10/5): - Very pleased
- Sandra (1/5): Disappointed. I will not consider Best Western in any other opportunity. - Nothing The room had a very strong unpleasant odor. We tried two different rooms, but both were disappointing. We requested to cancel the reservation and receive a refund since we could not stay there, but our request was refused. We had no choice but to move to another nearby hotel.
- Michael (8/5): -
- Charlene (2/5): - Checkin was very time consuming. It took 45 mins. Food wasn’t good. No spray for waffles, stuck to griddle and did not cook, warmer wasn’t working. I finally ate yogurt. Room was ok. Older hotel.
- Greg (10/5): - Very good place
- Bradley (10/5): - Staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. Room was neat, clean, and comfortable.
- Jeannie (6/5): - The unique thing was that it was like a motel. the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for awhile...there was an iron but no ironing board..there was mold on the inside the closet door.
- Lockett (8/5): - Price, staff, and location Nothing.
- Brittany (10/5): 4 towns over - The front desk guy was super nice. I liked everything. No complaints
- Steven (8/5): - Hotel was clean, but dated. Everything works as it should. Location great for dining, shopping and quick on/off freeway.
- Wheeler (6/5): -
- Antony (2/5): - There is no soap in the shower, the sheets was durdy the experience was terrible
- mingi (8/5): With the price that I paid, I think it is still worth it. - Breakfast has more variety and it is good. Staff are friednly. The room can be more clean. It smells very humid inside.
- Gary (6/5): - could have had some oatmeal on breakfast
- Devonnee (10/5): -
- Wynia (4/5): -
- James (9/5): -
- Joyce (6/5): - The bathroom was disgusting with hair in the bathtub as well as stains. The bottom sheet on the queen bed was actually a flat sheet that barely covered and did not tuck. There were people sitting on coolers on the balcony who appeared to be living there. They were noisy and made us feel uncomfortable. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast. Would not recommend.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Very nice and comfortable room. Clean and easy check in and parking. Quiet, but seems full. Like the parking at the door. Pet friendly for a small fee.
- Joseph (7/5): Good -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Clean, but not...??? - Took a while to check in - another person before us - and our room smelled very perfumed. Furniture was pulled away from AC unit and carpet was damp. We think someone before us had smoked in our non-smoking room, and the carpet was steam cleaned to remove the odor. No cigarette smell, but yucky. Breakfast was meh.
- Heather (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mary (6/5): - The staff friendly
The bathroom needed to be more cleaner hair in around shower and shampoo bottles
Carpet needed to be fresher(room had an odor)
- Heather (1/5): Bad -
- alli (2/5): - Upon entering the room you are hit with a smell thats supposed to make you think cleanliness. But it is so overwhelming that it gives you an immediate headache. It is like they just poured fabric softener all over the towels, and bedding. And I just mean poured, not washed. The sheets and such had hair from someone else, dirty spots all over them and there was a toenail or fingernail on the bed. There is a decent size gap under the door (the doors lead to outside) when you touch a towel to dry your hands it is filmy making your hands feel greasy. They definitely do not clean like they should because there is dirt, hair, and buildup around on the floors near the walls. The pictures of this place are very deceiving of what you will actually get.
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Danette (2/5): - Property listing says “designated smoking areas”; these areas are rooms. This is not a non-smoking facility at all so people with breathing issues could not stay here. We tried many times to get a refund but hotel manager was never “available “.
- Carol (10/5): - Very nice place to stay.
- Chlore (7/5): Great stay, ditch the room deodorizer, I would stay again - Check in & check out was great, the evening check in attendant was outstanding! The room had way too much fragrance to it. Couldn’t figure out if it was a room spray, didn’t see a plug in room deodorizer but it was almost unbearable.
- Shon (8/5): - nice for the price, lots of good in the area
- Derrick (8/5): Very good -
- Theodore (10/5): Would stay there again - Great location. Did not eat breakfast. Pool closed
- Marvin (8/5): Comfy, Clean Rooms and Friendly Staff - We always stay at the BW Executive Inn, as the rooms have always been very clean and comfortable. There was disappointment that the swimming pool is no longer available. We had a problem with the toilet that was reported to staff upon check-out, but that was only for this visit. We plan to return again when visiting the Columbus-area! These are minor issues: We do not mind, and actually prefer, individually wrapped items at the breakfast bar, but instead of Twinkies and Ding Dongs, which are not typical breakfast items, we would have preferred donuts or sweet roll items - Hostess brand is fine. There are no USB jacks in the room! We travel with adapters, and can also charge items in the car, but it would be a nice extra to "plug in" in the room.
- Danny (2/5): - The final leg of my 5,100 km journey in a dark, dingy, smokey room; aweful
- Serenity (10/5): Exceptional -
- Denise (5/5): You get what you pay for. - Good size room, pleasant staff Outdated, smelled old, beds not comfortable.
- Robert (6/5): - M
- Lucinda (4/5): - The elevator to the second floor did not work. We had to haul luggage up the stairs. No body wash in the shower.
- Aileen (10/5): Friendly helpful staff good sized room comfortable beds - Convenient for travel Nothing
- Robert (8/5): - ok
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Fine
