• Inspire18024056116 (2/5): Terrible Experience at Midnight - Midnight manager from India has no empathy for travelers who pay via Expedia at 12am to stay the night & then tells traveler that they cannot check in until 3:00PM in the afternoon. Even though hotel has 75% vacant rooms. Will not allow weary traveler to stay without paying twice even though he knows the booking is non-refundable and the hotel will absolutely be getting paid by Expedia. Lack of business acumen and reasonableness, therefore this weary traveler will NEVER book another Best Western hotel stay in his lifetime. Please hire your managers more carefully, because even though you did get paid twice for one (1) nights stay, this type of poor customer service will hurt your bottom line in the long run. • N6101KFmelissah (2/5): Terrible. - When I returned home and received my Visa bill, I realized I have been charged $129 for a room that trivago had quoted me at 1:05 I believe. When I called the desk I was informed that I had been charged $20 for two bath towels. If you stay here which I would not recommend, I suggest you do a complete inventory with the desk clerk upon arrival and another upon departure. I am just. Thankful I wasn’t charged for a television or a microwave. I only stayed here because they had an inside entrance to the rooms and I was traveling alone from Tennessee. I will stay in Andalusia from now on.

• sskroll (8/5): Nice Stay - ALways a good place to stay when we are in the area. Clean rooms and quiet considering how close it is located to I-10. Nice staff. All indoor rooms and reasonably priced. Plenty of parking but to get there turn at light by hotel to enter by the side.

• Sheila (10/5): Hotel and staff were great! - Teresa and Morris were very friendly and helpful. They both helped us with an error that occurred from booking.com. Our reservation did not show up in their Best Western’s system even though booking.com sent an email stating it was confirmed. Thankfully Teresa and Morris were able to accommodate us. They gave us the booking.com rate. After we checked out the next morning, Teresa called us to let us know that the reservation showed up in their system a day late. She canceled it for us. The hotel iand staff were great. Booking.com was where the mess up happened. See above statement.
• Mark (5/5): Find somewhere else to stay! - The location is inconvenient and tight to maneuver in. There is no ice machine on the 2nd and 3rd floors--just ugly spots where they have been torn out. Only one elevator--small and slow! The commode wobbled on the floor. See above. This is a hotel in decline. I am surprised Raddison is willing to attach their name to it. I would NEVER stay here again. Ratings and reviews of this property are VERY misleading. Stays at Holiday Inn on Bass Pro Driver were much nicer, cleaner and friendlier!

The beds were old with spring mattresses and there was about ten layers of paint on the doors and walls the ceiling was popcorn textured and you could see old spider webs on it, it’s the most uncomfortable place I’ve ever stayed in. The AC was loud and everytime you moved on the mattress the entire bed would shake

Room smelled musty. I dont recommend staying here usless you cant find anywhere else to stay at 2 in the morning. We saw the reviews and felt mislead.

• granttS7207GN (2/5): Staff here is awful - Horrible front desk and cleaning staff. Checked in at 2:30 am. Asked for late checkout. Told to call front desk at 6 am, completely defeating the purpose of 8 hours uninterrupted sleep. Called front desk at 10:55 to request a late checkout. Was then berated and told to hurry up n that they “cant have people abusing the rules….” 10 min later pounding on my room door by housekeeping telling me to “get out now.” Very insulting experience and I stay at hotels 100 nights a year on average for 20 years now. The staff here is the worst ive encountered in that time

• Francis (10/5): - We had a very nice four night stay. It was quiet, very clean, which is something I am always on the look out for when searching for hotels. The room did have a slight smell as if someone had been smoking in it despite the no smoking rule but it was nothing my scented travel candle could not handle. The breakfast was very good and Nate, the gentleman who handles it is on top of things. His dining room is clean and in order. A place for everything and everything in its place. Love it. He does his best to put out fresh items, it may seem like it is low but what he is doing is preparing as he needs to keep the food fresh. The hotel staff was very sweet, helpful, pleasant, frienddly. A bonus were the secured doors, felt safe.

• Sabrina (10/5): I’m happy 🤣🤣🤣 - It was clean and breakfast was delicious. Staff was amazing. I left some valuable jewelry and one of the workers found it and I was called right away. It was mailed to me and that right there stole my heart cause she could have kept it. I recommend Crossroads to anyone coming or going to this destination. I promise you’ll be well taken care of. All staff and crew members are very friendly and professional. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable and I have a bad back. Please make reservations here when you visit again. Cause I will be returning soon 🙏🏾🙏🏾 Have no complaints…………..

• Nicole (10/5): Well maintained hotel with great staff - Booked this hotel on the same day as check-in (road trips can be unpredictable). Was very impressed by the hotel, staff and well-lit parking lot. Convenient location off of I-10 and nearby gas and food options. The pool looked great but we got in too late and left too early to use it. The breakfast had a great selection of items. Everyone we interacted with on staff was kind and friendly.

• kimberlyfD7484AK (2/5): Never again!!! - They left the charge pending and over the next couple weeks the amount they debited from my account was double the price they quoted I called several times no answer and we left the room in pristine condition I have been a housekeeper in my 20’s so I would never be someone to disrespect thier staff a leave a room messy . So I don’t know why they left the card transaction pending for so long but over the next few weeks the amount they took was double!!!! Breakfast sucked also that man they have running breakfast smells of smoke and really don’t care if food is low quality or even fully cooked . Yuk! Never again

There was a bunch of hair found all over the hand soap dispenser and the second sink smells horrible and won’t drain down. The room is supposed to be non smoking but smells like tobacco. There are zero wall plugs for any charger except for the plug on the microwave and in the bathroom which was super inconvenient because I had to do computer work. My wife and I didn’t feel very comfortable using the shower so we unfortunately skipped out on that and the carpets seem VERY old and dirty.

The staff were exceptionally courteous and the 'provided' breakfast was just what we needed to start our day! Cheers to the kitchen manager who made amazing grits! Thank you Best Western Crossroads Inn! We will not hesitate to stay here again if our roads cross again!
