• George (2/5): My family was very disappointed with the stay and were very eager to leave. - Close to friends we were visiting. Easy check in. Room was very unappealing. It smelled of heavy smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The carpet was disgusting - dirty and smelly. The toilet bath/shower area was so small you could hardly turn around in it. The bath towels were yellow in color, old and thin.

• Sara (1/5): Shut it done, or don’t advertise it - Absolutely nothing, walk in and had to walk in sideways through the automatic door as they had a rug holding it open enough for you to slide through to get to front desk Says they offer a pool and free breakfast. Breakfast consists of bagels, Raisin Bran cereal that clearly has been there all week as it was damn neat empty. Has a pool but wasn’t filled. The rooms were nasty. Certains dirty, walls dirty, bathrub was so nasty with buildup it needs a magic eraser to try and clean it so couldn’t shower. Paid for 2 rooms but left as soon as we woke up and left and headed home, waste of a trip.
• Aramburo (7/5): It was a good price and close to most businesses and restaurants - That front desk lady was very nice and very welcoming and understanding to my late arrival. Over all I had a good stay I have not received my 50 deposit that I had paid for but have not received it back yet not sure what’s going on with that
• Anonmyous (1/5): “Unsafe Atmosphere and Poor Property Maintenance” - Breakfast was decent I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. After driving 12 hours from Texas, I stopped late at night (around 9 PM) hoping for a comfortable and safe place to rest. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I arrived, there was a group of people partying, smoking, yelling, and arguing loudly. There were several intoxicated individuals roaming around, which made me feel uncomfortable while unloading my luggage. I’m not sure if corporate/management is aware of this ongoing issue, but it did not feel like a secure or well-managed environment. The property itself appears run down and poorly maintained. My room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The shower head was rusted, and there were visible signs of mold in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness and upkeep were far below expectations. If you are a light sleeper or value a quiet, well-maintained property, I would not recommend staying here.

• David (5/5): All in all is was a good stay with a hot breakfast. The staff was very friendly. Thehere should also be a better disclos - Location No USB ports anywhere in the room to plug in chargers. The ottoman in front of the sitting chair was totally ragged. The cover to the ac/heat unit was broken and laying on top of the unit. Several of the control buttons were missing. The carpet at the entry door was frayed.

• Joey (1/5): No empathy and horrible customer service - Clean and location I was having an issue with the afterpay app. I was trying to book another night while currently in the middle of the reservation I had. The payment was going through but it kept saying there was a problem with the reservation part. The front desk had no empathy to the issue and booted me out in the middle of a 2 day snow storm. I tried explaining my issue and asked if she would give me time to get it fixed and she basically said no...I had to leave.

One of your morning employees stated she had broken ribs and was unable to lift the coffee pot and asked for help in taking it out and putting it back in.

• jennifer (1/5): One of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen. It’s actually a motel. - Location was acceptable for the area. Coffee was just water. Food wasn’t cooked properly. This place was absolutely disgusting. The room smelled horrible, sheets were not washed. They smelled like an old ash tray. Floor was so dirty we couldn’t take off our shoes. We ended up leaving.

• Simon (1/5): Very unhappy. And I have more pictures than the 4! - The receptionist was very rude. The room is not worth the cost. There was a plunger in the bathroom bc the toilet didn’t flush hood. I do not expect to deal with that renting a room. The tv remote had to point on the right side of the tv,not convenient. My husband and I both got some kind of bites or rash on us. Again,the room is far from worth the cost.

• Brandon (10/5): The breakfast is better than expected. They offer smoking and non smoking rooms very rare to find and the security depos - I like the location and the way the place is set up overall. The internet gave me issues on my computer but was fine on my phone.

• Micheal (8/5): - Placed in a smoking room. I am not a smoker. Stayed 1 night and by the time I checked out everything in my suitcase smelled of cigerete smoke. Not sure how this happened, it could of been a Booking dot com thing or the hotel.
• Stefanie (6/5): Decent for a weekend stay. - The bathroom was roomy and was cleaner than the room. There were dresser drawers. It was tucked away from the main road. There was a continental breakfast. You could tell there was some basic cleaning done but it still smelled dusty and moldy. It was nice to have a mini fridge but I didn’t want to put any food in it. The TV didn’t work for half of my stay.

• Jeremy (4/5): Not my first visit here, won’t be my last. - The location and staff are both excellent. Value is good The put me in a smoking room and as a former smoker, I did not enjoy the smell. It made me very uncomfortable with the stay. On top of that my 3yo son had to deal with that stomach as well. Just very unhappy about that.

• Krystal (6/5): - Directions to our room were unclear and we struggled to find it even after asking again (it was dark and raining on top of it) and as it was just me with my teenage daughter I felt slightly unsafe. Breakfast was very good but there was little to no seating, and there were signs that our room would be charged if we took our plates out of the lobby. I’ve NEVER seen that before. So it was frustrating waiting on a table while people sat and visited after they weee done eating. Room was huge and very clean, and the bed was comfortable though, got us through a volleyball tournament weekend.

They refused to reimburse any of us until they had an inspection done on Monday that magically was clear even though we have several pictures of the bugs. Disgusting!

There was a guest who was outside grilling on the back of his truck, drinking, and playing loud Hispanic music. Also, the family staying next door was very loud and child was yelling. Someone kept running up and down the balcony upstairs. I've stayed here previously once and it was fine.

• Terry (4/5): - This room was purchased for our driver who will be working in Glenpool for a month and half. I bought this room because it was close to job site and had truck parking him. This was booked through Expedia and when our driver arrived to the hotel, he was told he had to put a cash deposit down. This was not stated upon booking. Ive never heard or had a hotel ask for a cash deposit before.
