- gumbo (4/5): - First of all after 6 hours driving she makes us wait for her to finish a cigarette outside then our bathroom door was key locked and she wasn’t the least bit eager to fix problem. She finally gave us different room. Still making us wait while she smoked again. I need to also mention we have a disabled daughter in wheelchair and inspite of our daughter she still could not assist with anything! Not front desk friendly

- Patricia A (4/5): - This is an old property that needs to be updated. The stair case to the second floor looks like it going to fall down. It needs to b be repaired and repainted. The rooms are ugly. I had a feeling of being very unsafe in this location. I ended up leaving and just losing my money. I would never stay at this place.

- RoadGuys2 (10/5): Great stay - Our room was HUGE! We park at our door (a huge plus) just around the corner to the nice outdoor pool. Our room was clean, well furnished and comfy with all regular amenities. Breakfast area was weird: it turns into an Italian restaurant in late afternoon (which was good too). What made our stay great is the staff - I mean everybody! Professional, accommodating, cheerful, and friendly. Will be back.

In it's prime this hotel must have been beautiful. Our room needed work, the shower head was loose, the sink didn't have a stopper, and there was no microwave. The room was clean and quiet.

Staff was very nice, but the facility needs cleaning, refurbishing and updating. Painted surfaces were dirty and peeling. Cracks in stucco and concrete. Furniture is outdated, and the mattress horribly soft and lumpy.

- Hughes180 (6/5): Good, comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Would stay again. - A good hotel situated conveniently in Kerrville. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and it is located close to highways. Rooms have doors opening to the outside which made it easily accessible as our room was on the first floor. Basically, we used the room as a base as we were gone most of the day. The room was large with comfortable beds. Everything was clean and looked good. It was a little aged and showed some wear and tear but overall was in good condition. The breakfast wasn’t much and could have been a little better. The location was detached from the hotel and was dated and worn. It suited us fine as we didn’t need much. We would definitely stay there again if we went back.

- larrydC9544GU (4/5): Tired old hotel - I'm sorry to report that our stay wasn't what we expected. Our room wasn't ready when advertised and after waiting about an additional hour we finally got our keys only to find that the room we were sent to hadn't been cleaned after all. This hotel doesn't have an elevator so be ready to carry luggage up stairs or make a pretty long hike from one of the further parking lots. This is simply a tired older hotel in need of lots of TLC. Rooms, furnishings, beds and such have seen much better days!

- me_2_11 (10/5): Huge clean room. - We were met by an awesome woman. Had fabulous pillows with bumpy mattress. The clean bathroom had all that is needed . Had a verity of breakfast food. The location has a a good selection of restaurants or fast food. If possible add a microwave.

- Edward (8/5): - There were 2 things I didn’t care for. First, I asked for a downstairs room so I could park my bike near my window. I got a downstairs room, but it was on the opposite side of the building. There was none available on the same side as parking except in the smoking section. Second, the dining area where they served a free breakfast was detached from the hotel itself, causing me to have to walk across the entire property to get to.

Leaving the AC off and rooms leaves a smell. Other than that, we’ve stayed there multiple times and we love it. They do have breakfast that’s included. It’s not too shabby.

The room was also clean and very spacious. Unfortunately the back part of the hotel was in rough shape. They had people working on it, but it appeared long term piecemeal work and the workers were all staying in the hotel too. Some in the room above us were working out or something because of all the thumping and noise. Our AC only partially worked and spat water, and the beds were worn out, especially the one by the door. It felt like sleeping in a bowl.

- Kasey (10/5): - Our stay was wonderful. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Grounds were clean. Pool was nice. Sitting areas were nice.

- Martin (10/5): - Last minuit stay on the road. Check in was easy,and friendly. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.
- 545denat (8/5): Will stay here again ! - The rooms are huge and clean. Reminds you of quieter times. They are not fancy, but the bed was amazing and the pool area was absolutely gorgeous! Friendly as could be and a good price. There is a steak house on one side, Italian on property and Cracker Barrel next door. The only thing we recommend is putting in microwaves, we need to heat up those leftovers !
