- James (4/5): Maybe not! - The location provided easy access for what we wanted to do. Needed to be sprayed,spiders and ants in bathroom and adjoining area. The floor was dirty,needed to be at least damp mopped between each occupancy. Stayed there several times in the past, will rethink this facility on our next trip.

- kindrap2026 (2/5): So many places to stay in the area, don't choose this one - Hotel looked good enough in the photos but upon arrival the room was dark, drity- or rather filty- hariballs on the towels, bottoms of our feet black from walking on the carpet, smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom, woken up numerous times during the night to the smell of marijuana smoke (windows and doors all closed securely), "river view" looked out over the parking lot... couldn't strain my neck enough to get a river view. Was booked to stay 4 nights, by 4am the first morning was online looking for other accommodations in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of the many other places - we ended up booking a little cabin in the mountains for about the same price and it was heaven!

I also enjoy they gave a heads up about the busiest times for breakfast which helped us navigate which time to go. The beds were so comfy and the pillows. All the staff I've encountered were friendly. I did not like that kids were allowed in the hot tub. Its bad enough dealing with the splashing but then they invaded our "grown up time" which I did not like.

This trip the only issue we had was with the indoor pool. We love this hotel for the indoor heated pool but it was not working while we were there. Hot tub & heated pool were freezing.

Staff acted like we we were ignorant on the electrical issues. Maintenance got screwed like we didn’t know how to work a remote when that was not the issue. There was no power to the TV, microwave one refrigerator. Flames shooting out from plug off cord was slightly moved. Cords kept falling out because plug was too big.

- Jamie (10/5): Great stay - Clean and located close to a lot of restaurants and activities for the kids. Fast check in/out and breakfast was good. I wanted a room by the inside pool. But I booked on-line and apparently that's not an option for that type of room on there
- Amelia (8/5): Will be back. - My children loved the pools. I enjoyed the balcony. The morning breakfast staff was snappy and rude. Food was good though.

- 706larrym (10/5): Very nice place clean room great staff - Very nice place rooms are good size for two people. They do have two pools and two hot tubs. They have a very good continental breakfast. It’s a very large room of sitting inside and out staff was very friendly room was very clean. Looking forward to coming back.
- Kenneth (9/5): Absolutely wonderful Will book again - Our room was incredibly clean, right off of the indoor pool and hot tub. It was a little loud during the day but we were there for family vacation so it was perfect! We met some amazing people, and had such a wonderful time!! We will be booking again!! Inside pool closed at 10:00 p.m.
