- Stephen (9/5): Wonderful, comfortable, good value! - The location is excellent, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, offering fresh options with a wide variety of choices. The soft serve yogurt was particularly enjoyable. Cookies in the evening.
- Antonio (9/5): it was very nice, relaxing and near shops and restaurants. - The breakfast was very good. From the scrambled eggs to the bacon, sausages to the bagels and the oatmeal. It was very good. Basically everything was pretty good. Maybe the coffee machine should be replaced with a new more modern one. Since the coffee wasn't coming out as hot as it should.

- JPSchwartz (8/5): Walking distance to restaurants - The Best Western Plus is located on South Street in Morristown. It’s very convenient to restaurants, shops, and the hospital. There is a large parking lot. The interior has a patriotic look. The room was very spacious with no carpeting. The bathroom was also large and clean. Andrea was at the front desk when we arrived and departed. She was friendly and welcoming. We look forward to staying here again soon.

- Bernard (9/5): - My wife had surgery at Morristown Medical Center/Gagnon Cardiac. The hotel was adjacent to the hospital and the staff was extremely accommodating. Nothing could have been better. Would stay there again if needed.

- STEPHEN (10/5): Perfect hotel for a short business/leisure trip. - Ideally situated for Morristown, extremely well equipped, comfortable rooms, very friendly, helpful and professional staff which supported a very well managed hotel providing a relaxed environment. Nothing of significance, an excellent hotel.

- michael (10/5): Perfection!!! - Deep who was at the front desk and greeted us with Cookies and coffee or tea which was provide by the house! A finer gentlemen courteous kind and helpful throughout our stay! Have never had anyone in all my years of travel represent the brand as did Deep! The breakfast was excellent the young lady who was on in the morning was also very helpful and made sure we were well provided for at the buffet breakfast all in all our stay was perfect from beginning to end. The only thing was the dispenser toiletries were empty when taking a shower!

- Susan (6/5): Charming hotel with some challenges - The bed was incredibly comfortable and the hotel was charming as far as the outside, the lobby, the hallways. The room itself was a good size (I rented a room with the kitchenette) but the room was sparse and worn. I didn’t find the kitchenette usable. It was old (fridge, stove, cabinets, utensils). The TV functionality was outdated and the wires were hanging down the wall with nothing to cover them. The location was wonderful, the breakfast was very good, and the parking was convenient. All in all, for me it was the room itself that could use updates while still being able to maintain the history and charm.

- maria lydia (10/5): Friendly Staff and Spotless Hotel - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety to choose from each morning. I also used the gym, it’s not huge, but it has everything you need for a good workout. I loved that there was complimentary coffee and water available in the lobby at all times. The location is ideal: far enough from the center to be quiet, yet still an easy walk to get everywhere. My only suggestion would be to have larger beds, as they felt a bit small for two people.

- Catherine (10/5): - My husband and I have been at this Best Western Plus several times. We had a very nice time. We usually go for some time to relax. We really always have a great time. The staff are always very friendly. The bed is always comfortable. We had everything we needed. We love that the coffee machine makes several kinds of coffee ,and the warm cookies are back again! Breakfast is always plenty and good,and our room was spotless. Thank you for a great stay and we will see you again!

- Nathan (2/5): - Bad for business. Arriving late at night, commercial truck, no parking upon checking the parking lot multiple times. Had to go find somewhere else to stay as the log book was about out. Spoke to Expedia who called the hotel. Front desk told to call monday to speak to a manager. Manager decided to stick with nonrefundable policy. This hotel is not business friendly when explained the circumstances. Essentially penalized because we were due to arrive late at night, commercial trucks where they had no parking (was told after the fact that if we had spoken to the front desk they would have advised we could have parked off site...) and werent given the refund as requested for not being able to accommodate us. This hotel is bad for business.
- Tourist583736 (10/5): Highly recommend - I used to travel across the country for work. Best Western Morristown has the most helpful front desk person that I have ever encountered. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on and she called a local church to find out the time for services for me. The room itself was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable with ample pillows. The air conditioning kept us cool during extremely hot days in New Jersey. Water bottles were available on request, and the variety of foods in the complimentary breakfast satisfied every member of my family. If I am in Morristown again, this is where I will stay.

Parking is very close to most of the rooms which is a bonus. Beautifully appointed rooms and very clean. Breakfast is included. Easy to say it’s well kept & prices are comparable to others in the area. Would highly recommend.

- Peppah5803 (6/5): Sadly not what it used to be... - Double queen room on 1st fl had a lackluster kitchen and I didn't feel the items within were clean as there is no dishwasher. Sink would not drain and when the repairman plunged the sink black water and gunk came into the bath sink. We were moved to another room which should have been less expensive, but no change in price. We were not given assistance to move so I had to leave work early to move my belongings. The beds are more comfortable than the ones at the Madison Hotel that all squeak loudly when you get in and out of bed. The breakfast is ok, but never changes. The gym is ok, but no TV and some of the equipment doesn't work. It was meh.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Favorite Morris County hotel - I visit the area frequently and this is my go to hotel. Great location to major highways for travel- but very close to walkable Morristown. Has all the amenities you would expect of a 'newer' hotel and other brands, but this hotel has charm and a caring staff. Great breakfast, plenty of parking.
