- Brandi (4/5): - Nice location and they have a pool. Really it wouldn't be that bad of a place but the staff is terribly rude! Every single time! They are almost spiteful and definitely hateful. That just makes the entire stay bad. And then you give $100 deposit only for them to keep it nearly every time claiming that you've done something wrong or that there is something wrong with the room when there's absolutely nothing wrong with the room that wasn't already wrong when we arrived there. I don't smoke so smoking does not take place in the room and even once got accused of smoking and they kept my deposit. I just won't be staying there anymore

Since there is no elevator, they carried my roller bag up and down for access to the second floor. However, my cane and I were stuck with taking the stairs. The breakfast was excellent with several nutritious offerings and very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. The facility is badly in need of renovation and the pictures provided by Booking.com do not show the bathrooms accurately. The tub in my King Suite had a small single vertical grab bar which is only useful to the very tall and physically strong. The in-room heat/air unit was noisy as it cycled on and off, such that I had to turn it off to sleep.

Decent breakfast, indoor pool, spa tub in the room and space for just over $100 a night?? Bargain!! Beds are just firm enough. We like firm beds but this was just the right amount of firmness. Breakfast has lots of choices. Spa tub worked well. Could hear the neighbors tv and a bit of moving around a bit as we were trying to settle down but it was not enough to keep us up. 2nd day breakfast was not like the first with amount of food hot and ready to go. Still made it work just fine.

- Alyson (8/5): I’ve stayed there for several times over the years, but to always be told that a third-party cannot be honored is a litt - I’ve stayed there before and it’s pretty consistent. The gentleman that serves breakfast has been there for years and he’s my favorite. I sent a message through third-party to see if I could check in a little early as I was there for my daughter’s graduation and your computers were down. The desk manager on duty told me that I could not check in early even though I requested it from the third-party, he told me they don’t see those which is unfortunate because one would not think that messages are not sent through.
- Linda (7/5): Overall my stay was good - The staff were excellent in hospitality. It was a great value for one night stay. The breakfast was great. The room had access to the other room and the tv only played two channels.
- Alison (4/5): Just “ok”. - Cleanliness Front desk employee was unfriendly and rude. He messed up our check in (we had three rooms booked) and he checked in couples under wrong rooms and payor sources. He continued to act like it was our problem, was unable to even say sorry. Poor quality of staffing.

I was surprised our room was cleaned daily as most hotels only clean every 3 days. Hotel was very clean. Road noise from the highway and parking lot was loud. Lighting in room was dark.

Housekeeping came into our room when we had posted we did want service and the notice is a magnet so no reason for it to be ignored. Didn’t appreciate a stranger moving my personal items around.

The first room we were put in had food on the table, like it had been cleaned then someone had their lunch break. We were moved and the 2nd room had a toilet broken at the floor, very scary to sit on, was leaking.

- Craig (9/5): Great stay for the price! - Easy access location right off 49 and MLK. Lots of convenience within walking distance. Direct access to the Razorback Greenway Trail. Super clean lobby and room. Nice showers and bathrooms and updated decor. It is what it is. It’s an affordable interstate motel. I was pleasantly surprised how well it’s taken care of.

- Cecilia (6/5): - Adequate. Thankfully it was Clean! Everything in the hotel stays locked for security reasons and it is inconvenient but understandable. Neighbors were LOUD, but it is a college town. It needs some updating- definitely an older hotel that has been well used.

- Jeffery (4/5): - When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t park my RV in their lot and that I would be towed- this was by what I assume is a maintenance person. On to the front desk, same thing from staff, all in a matter of about 5 minutes. We were a little early and were told “out internet is down so we can’t check anyone in “ which I believe to be disingenuous. Seems hospitality is lost on the staff of this property. Don’t recommend.

- Tessa (7/5):  - Our room was nice and clean. The lobby area was beautifully updated and as far as continental breakfasts go, it was one of the better ones that we’ve had on our travels. Loved the friendly guys working in the breakfast area. They were very prompt on refilling things, especially with a hotel full of college kids. It was nice and close to the area we were traveling to for a cross country meet. Not a fan of outdoor entrance rooms. There was some highway noise, but luckily we were able to block that out with a noise maker. The doors stick. Not a problem for us, but there’s not an elevator.

Also I called about extending my check out time and the person on the other end was rude. Plus I’m still seeing a security deposit on my account. It disappeared and it came back again so I’m confused on to how all that works

- Tricia (2/5): Beware! Look elsewhere! - What a terrible stay! This place was so run-down and dirty that I didn’t even bring my personal belongings inside. I went to my car every time I needed something for fear of the filth. Nothing about this place is comfortable at all. I cannot believe I was charged the amount I was to stay here. I will likely never book on Hotels.com again, because that price is atrocious for such poor quality. The pictures are completely misleading and look nothing like the real thing. Don’t stay here.

- Jose (10/5): - It was probably the best experience I’ve had in a hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great and I loved talking to the cook in the morning. I will most definitely be going back to a best western.

- Bridget (1/5): - This was our go-to place until now. The desk staff is rude. Last night we had someone a few rooms down from us standing outside, his room door open, desk chair outside, and yelling on his cell phone at the top of his lungs. My husband called the front desk and no one came. It kept up for hours. When we drug ourselves downstairs the breakfast I pulled on the door & was closed. The lady at the front desk snapped at me. This is the second time she's been rude. We had always stayed here, loved talking to Moses at breakfast, but the last 2 visits were disappointing. This one was the final straw.

- Sue (10/5): - I've stayed at this property a number of times over the years. It's an older hotel, with rooms accessed directly from the parking lot. However, the rooms have undergone a facelift, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean and quiet. There is only 1 drawback, which has nothing to do with the hotel itself. There is current road construction going on, with the highway department altering a highway exit. This property has a great location, with quick access to the university, WalMart, plenty of eateries, and the main highway. In spite of its proximity to traffic, it was very quiet and my sleep was undisturbed.

- Mark (6/5): Clean, Comfortable but lacking service - We were asked to wait an hour past check in time to check in because our room was not ready, then when we went to our room the cleaner was still in there so we were waiting outside in the heat for 30 more minutes. Also we were told we could check out at 12 but our keys were shutoff at 11 and we were locked out. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.
