• Enrique Manuel (1/5): Cargo sin servicio - Nada Ni siquiera me dieron oportunidad, cuando llegue nunca me atendieron ni en la puerta ni por telefono pero al cargo no se les pasó hacerlo, no creo que solo haya sido a mi puesto que no habia ningún carro en todo el hotel y tampoco entiendo es como la app de Booking no se percate de esto y permita que se realicen cargos sin haber dado el servicio.
• MICHAEL (1/5): Checked out after 12 hours, requested a refund. - This hotel was dirty, had bugs, the smoke detectors were disconnected, and had no batteries. The beds were uncomfortable, there were 2 tiny, thin pillows on the bed, that didn't even fit under our heads. The handicap bar in the shower was broken, and moved when you touched it, the bathroom vent fan had been removed and covered with a fake vent. Carpets were FILTHY. It was dirty and disgusting. Did not like ANYTHING about it. Stayed 1 night instead of 2 could not sleep AT ALL!

The pool was completely empty and hot tub a green cesspool. Looks like it was awesome in its heyday, like 1950. No class, no style, room smelled, carpet dirty. Resembles a homeless shelter.

• Lorna (8/5): - The motel was conveniently located within an easy driving distance to Patagonia Lake State Park where we were attending an event. The room was clean and we found the bed comfortable. The in-room fridge and microwave were very convenient. The owner/manager was delightful and made sure we had what we needed, and recommended local amenities. The only thing I felt was missing was my morning coffee. No coffee pot in the room. But we’ll definitely stay here again next time we go to the lake. It was very good value.

• Truthteller (5/5): Got some sleep, Thanks! - The host was a nice person who showed up to check me in despite recovering from surgery. I actually got a good night's sleep. There were no heavy heart racing chemical fumes that are now common in most hotels these days. Very thankful, I needed the fresh air & sleep. The room had a missing safety lock, soiled carpeting, and no kleenex or self use printer in the lobby. The host was willing to help with printing and gave directions to the library.

• Gregory (6/5): - You get what you pay for, I suppose. El Dorado has seen better days. An abandoned look, stained floors, the wifi was iffy, and it took a long time for the older manager to shuffle across the lot, then another long time for him to process us. As he climbed back up across the lot to his room, he turned to stare at us, over and over, at each step as we entered our room. Parking lot in poor repair, overgrown with grass in parts.

• Joanna (7/5): I booked through booking.com do the price was good - I was not aware of any breakfast there at the hotel and would have liked complimentary coffee. Everything was great for what we paid except no coffee machine and the bed was uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly! And the room was clean The Bed and pillows which is very important to have good rest and no complimentary coffee. Ad said pool was open and available and it had been closed since covid.
