- Vince (4/5): - Loose flooring, tub wouldn’t shut off, poor lighting in the room, no coffe pot, everything else to make coffee, Bathroom door had been knocked in. half a$ repaired (still had blood on door) cant believe Wyndham is associated with them. continental breakfast was a joke, Coffe maker didn’t work hardly anything to eat. Nobody around it (not even at the managers desk!) Will stay in a tent before i darken their door way again!

I did not get my daughter or our things out of the car, i immediately asked for a refund and she offered a different room. I said no I wanted a refund. So now I wait for Expedia to return my money because I refuse to stay with bedbugs and being that home!

More waiting. Finally, someone comes in lobby door. I filled out pre-checkin forms and pre-paid. Still a bunch of questions and request for credit card? Finally... Was courteous, just tedious.

- David (6/5): Burned in Cleburne - We wanted a non-smoking room. I signed a rental disclosure stating I would not smoke in this room. The room smelled like smoke and there were covers and sheets with cigarette burns on it. Not a good start. The floors had residue and needed to be swept.

It was dirty. When i asked her if i can go to the same room i was in last time she said someone had that one already but that one was by me and i went and looked and it was empty. Very poor service and i will not be back. To many better places to stay at the same or close to the same price.

- N1105BHpaulb (2/5): ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE - Absolutely TERRIBLE! I reserved a NON-SMOKING room. I arrived at 5:30 pm on the day of the reservation and the RUDE Indian woman (who was living on site with her kids) told me there was no non smoking rooms left. I had driven 3 hours so had no choice but to accept the room. Then I get to the room and it’s completely NASTY! Stuff on the sheets, soiled chair, extension cord running across the room to the bathroom sink because they don’t have enough outlets, closet rack on the floor and no place to hang your clothes. I called front office to be yelled at by the same Indian woman who said that there was nothing she could do. Absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT STAY here. You’d be safer and cleaner to stay in your car!
- Paul (2/5): HORRIBLE - I reserved a non-smoking room. Arrived at 5:30 PM on the day of the reservation and was told they did not have a non-smoking room. After driving three hours, my only choice was to take the smoking room. When I went into the room, the bedsheets were completely nasty on both sides, the Coat closet rack was on the floor and off of the wall. So no place to hang up your clothes, the TV was plugged into an extension cord that was running all the way across the room and across the bathroom sink blocking access to the bathroom sink. This room should have been completely taken out of service. When I called the front desk the rude b*** said there was nothing she could do about it because it had been 30 minutes since I checked in Which it had not been. It had only been about 10 minutes which only allowed me enough time to check the room to see what all was wrong with it. She refused to do anything about it. The property is completely nasty and I literally had to leave the room at midnight because the smell in the room made me gag. I will never stay at this property again and I would recommend anyone even considering it to just drive on down the road and go someplace else this place appears to have bedbugs also!

The sockets on the north wall did not work, they actually ran a extension cord with duct tape from the sink area to power the tv, microwave and refrigerator, the smoke detector had a bag over it, the bath tub constantly leaked water and the door knob to the bathroom was broken. - S16KPamandas (10/5): Great night’s sleep in Cleburne - This location was clean, comfortable, and quiet. This was a great place for good rest which is incredibly important when a guest is overtired! Thank you very much to this Cleburne location. And it’s less than five minutes from the hospital. ✅
- steven (2/5): Worst customer service in history false advertisem - I was not allowed to stay after their site said they were pet friendly and they refused service due to the factor that I booked with hotels.com hotels.com shows that this hotel is pet friendly in the descriptions as I entered into the building it has a sign that it says they're not pet friendly and that they do not refund any money and that is my problem after I advise them to show them that on their site online it says in the descriptions that they are pet friendly they told me basically that they will not escalate the problem to upper management and they do not care that I need to reread the sun they will not help me out or refund so yeah be aware of this place for false advertisement as they are very not helpful when it comes to understanding when you book an appointment they need to honor it they don't believe in honoring anything I had to go find another hotel after 10 hours behind the wheel with both of my fur babies to only get into an accident almost thank God it was avoided but my car hauler got damaged now if I would have been able to stay at the hotel that I booked at that time of night none of that would have even happened so yeah highly highly recommend do not ever stay at this place if you have pets

The mini fridge was plugged in across the sink area and the cord was a tripping hazard. The light switch did not work and 2 fixtures were either missing bulbs or burnt out. The bed did not have a bedspread and the 3 pillow were extremely lumpy. The room was clean and bedding & towels were very soft. They staff was pleasant.

The floor looked damp and when my daughter took off her shoes she said it felt wet. I took a hand towel to see if it was wet and the towel turned filthy brown, as if I was mopping. There also weren't enough bath towels even though I specified the amount of guests upon booking, so I had to call the front office for some. At first the night employee told me they were all in the washer but then called me back to tell me he had an extra one. I told him about the dirty floor but he seemed hesitant to believe me so I had to show him a picture. Upon further inspecting the room I found mold on the bedsheets and called again to say I wouldn't stay for a second night with my young children. I'm glad that at least I didn't have an issue with check out and they refunded the price for the second night without a hassle. It's the least they could do, honestly. It's too bad because this hotel has such much potential with a great location and a pool that just needs to be fixed, but it's evident owners and management are not invested.

No smoke detector, chain was ripped off the door, floors made our feet black, the TV was zoomed in to the top left quarter of the screen making it unwatchable, no USB charging ports. We asked for a different room and were told there were none available. I looked on Experian and Wyndham’s websites and both showed 5 of our type of room available. When I pointed this out to the front desk clerk he told me I had to request a different room within one hour of check-in. I told him I wanted a different room because we weren’t comfortable with the door not having a secondary lock and the room didn’t even meet fire code. He texted his manager and after over an hour he gave us a different room. We finally got into the new room at 10:15pm and this one didn’t have a smoke detector either. The TV had lines running top to bottom, but at least we could see the entire screen. No clue how this place had a 7.0 review score. I understand you get what you pay for, but the room should at least be safe to sleep in.

- April (6/5): - Our room was not very clean, the heater didn’t work, the bathroom fan didn’t work and the safety latch lock was busted off - we had children with us so that was a big safety issue. If we had been staying for more than just sleeping we probably would have left and went somewhere else or asked to change to a better room. On the plus side The location is convenient, it was quiet and the front staff was friendly. The beds were decently comfortable.

The front desk manager refusing to give his full name (said it was Um), giving me the phone number for reservations when I said I wanted to file a complaint, and a condesending attitude of total disrespect, I would not recommend this dump to my dog walker, and I do not have one. Rooms are dirty and smell is offensive. No pool or sauna. And it is overpriced with few redeeming qualities. I stay in a number of hotels as I travel but this will not be one of them ever again regardless of the Wyndham moniker JMb <><
- Ana (6/5): - The walls are paper thin. You can hear the neighbors fighting and then making up. The shower stall had a big rust stain, and the ice bucket was filthy. The location was close and convenient to the wedding venue. I know it's an older hotel, but some maintenance will make it a good place to rest your head.

- Patti (6/5): - This hotel property, while not bad, could be so much better with a few changes! Room was clean and general areas were clean. Breakfast was just meh, nothing too great. Our biggest reason for part of the 3 star rating is based on the stinginess of providing basic soap, shampoo, and COFFEE, especially given that this was a booking for TWO people over 4 nights and had to ask several times for more! The pool was drained as well so didn’t get to swim and cool off in that TEXAS HEATWAVE! Overall, not bad but with a few updates and a little generosity, this hotel could be great!

Staff should make sure to alert tenants ahead of time that those amenities will no longer be offered. The next day we were able to check in at 11am. The ice machine was broken down the whole time. The housekeeping did a great job.
- Amanda (2/5): - They have bed bugs and refused to refund me .. because I didn't see them until my forth day there . I feel that we there it was my first or last day it's there responsible for knowing if they have them or not
- P6032LKalanm (10/5): Nice affordable place to stay - Stayed 3 nights while visiting family. Very comfortable and clean. I like the bed and the recliner. My only complaint is a small picky one. I wish the floor was carpetted. This old man likes to walk on a carpetted floor in the bedroom. I know that's not the popular style right now. Otherwise, the room looked good. Everything worked and it was only 7500 points per night on Wyndham Rewards.
- MaryAnne (2/5): - Desk clerk did not know anything about the area. Could not answer any of my questions about hwy or any of the local attractions. There was a very shady character with a shopping basket cruising around the property. No ice machine. And for this hotel to carry the Super 8 name it sure was not up to that standard.
- darrell (4/5): - The hotel didnt have any ice there was no coffee, there was no forks or spoons to eat breakfast with there was mold on the danishes, it was terrible
- Tia (8/5): - The walls where thin, you can hear neighbors. When you took a bath, the shower head would be dripping on the floor and on you. The room was clean, the lady took my trash each day I was there. There wasn’t much parking space.
- Kacy (2/5): TERRIBLE customer service - I asked for more pillows. There were 2 per bed. He said “don’t you have pillows?” I said yeah but they’re super flat. He said “well I don’t have anymore.” Then I asked for towels. We had 2…and I had two kids with me.. he said “I’ll give you more when you bring the others back.”

- 926MariaB (4/5): Overpriced - The room was overpriced. The pictures were inaccurate. The room was dirty There were cobwebs all over. The air conditioner was extremely loud and wires were exposed. There were various dead insects all over the room. The tub did not drain either.
- Josh (6/5): Decent Night’s Rest - The stay were very friendly and provided excellent service. The motel itself wasn’t that great, but I knew what I was getting for such a discounted price. While the stay was okay, there were some major issues I should point out. Driving in, the pool was closed and the water looked like a swamp. There was leftover debris on the floor of the room—an old cherry tomato, cigarette butts, and the floor made our feet black. The hot water in the bathtub never fully turned off, so we had to keep the door closed to muffle the sound, but the caused the room to get muggy. My biggest complaint was the wifi. It was not secured and it either kept cutting out or required accepting the stay/terms every few hours. It was also unbearably slow, but we made do. The AC unit was a little loud, but that’s just how the wall units are. As for comfort, the beds were nice and firm the pillows weren’t), the sheets were clean and smelled fresh, the fridge and other appliances worked, though the tv was a little older so the picture quality wasn’t great. For being next to Sonic and a gas station, it was rather quiet. They do have new electronic locks so that was nice. Breakfast wasn’t extravagant but it was a decent selection and the area was clean. Because most of my issues weren’t major, I’d probably visit again due to the cost and location.

- Brandylh73 (2/5): Shady establishment - My husband and I had to use Super 8 for an extended stay. We paid in cash daily/weekly. Rate was always the same. Someone had gone thru our stuff so we left a note next time asking for our things to be left alone. Next day lady told me the rate was $15 a day more! She claimed it was a weekend rate. The previous weekend was a holiday weekend and I paid the same daily rate as always so that was a straight up lie. They discriminate and charge differently for each guest. Pool was filthy and green. Our room had a broken fire detector that wasn’t even attached to wall. When we asked about it we were told to not worry about it and put it in a drawer. Noises in the ceiling like someone was in a crawl space. Fire marshal was seen ar the location multiple times. Staff was seen purposely damaging property im sure to charge a guests credit card. Very shady operators. BEWARE! Unless you want your personal info stolen, purposely overcharged and discriminated against.
- bmhdrywalltbt (10/5): Brian - Overall good stay! From check in to check out great stay. Great room service and staff. Cleanliness and sanitary. Rooms are good size and amentiyies stay full. Housekeepers are amazing. Overall landscape if of good appearance and seems like stays full.

- Vchurt (10/5): Very Nice 4 Day Stay - Check in was quick and easy, the facilities are well kept, the room was very clean and neat. The Staff was very friendly and polite. The location is right off of US Highway 67 and not far from restaurants and grocery stores, It was nice and quiet so we got a good nights sleep.
- Kasey (2/5): False advertising of the amenities - I only booked this hotel because when I used the hotels.com app it was understood that their pool was accessible. This trip was important it was for my daughter's graduation to which I only get to see one time a year and I wanted her to be able to have what you wanted which was to swim I'm very disappointed in the whole experience and I'm definitely not recommending this hotels.com app or that's a hotel to any friends and your front desk clerk was super rude in charge and he charged my card even though we never even showed up due to the fact that there was no pool and I told him that's on the phone that was the reason why we were not coming and he still hung up the phone and charge my card anyway like money grows on trees and we both know that it doesn't
- Michael (4/5): - When we arrived we were given a room someone else was already staying in. So the clerk obviously didn’t know what he was doing! Then once we got our room the soap/shampoo dispensers broke off the wall when my wife was taking a shower and landed on her foot! Also did not appreciate having to use an outside walk up window to check in instead of being able to check in at the desk!
- Monica (2/5): - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND..... the staff checking in was fine but when we were checking out the next day we had a problem with a worker doing housekeeping that was harassing our kids, minors by the way, asking them questions for no reason. We were there in Cleburne for a soccer tournament and after our 1st game that morning we returned to check out with a few extra team players and when we arrived the housekeeper was just looking into our room and asking if we had all stayed in the room. Explained no and why we had that many people and he was still looking into room as we cleared it out very suspicious of us or something. Just made us frel very uncomfortable. Just very rude service even the guy at front desk came out and got rude as we told him what happened and explained we were checking out and he said okay just leave just leave then. Very bad experience and would definitely avoid this hotel. The sofa bed was so thin and when we went to ask for sheets they were very hesitant on giving any like we needed to bring our own.

- barbararhine (8/5): Quick stay - Late check in and early check out. Clean warm room. Slept well and enjoyed the hot shower. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Special parking for veterans and handicapped a plus. Coffee maker and refrigerator were available as well.
