• RoadGuys2 (8/5): More like a Best Western - This hotel still had the Best Western vibe. The guy (manager maybe) at check in and breakfast was friendly, and accommodating. Cozy, comfortable room had the proper amenities. Breakfast was mostly decent Continental but also had sausage and scrambled eggs. The eggs were kind of crumbly but we appreciate that they had eggs anyway.

• Jennifer (1/5): Deceived. - The property was off the main road hard to find and it looked nothing like the advertised pictures. It looked like a motor lodge and there were no cars. We left and went to Hampton Inn. It was a motor lodge and it looked abandoned and there were no other cars or people in sight. My husband said I’m not staying here and I felt the same way. The hotel ended up charging us for the stay even after asking for cancellation.

• jamesparkerm (10/5): A very clean and comfortable hotel. - I was greeted by a very nice lady upon arrival. The hotel exterior was well maintained and neat. Our room itself was spotlessly clean and comfortably appointed. We found the bed to be extremely comfortable. Another thing I liked was the absence of noise. I highly recommend this hotel.

And rather than move me to a room that would work They said if I didn't remove my dogs they would call the pound even though on of my dogs is a service animal for my wife

• Darnell (2/5): - There was a gecko on the ceiling in the first room and no tv!!! The second room given to us was clean but still no tv. The front desk did barely anything to help. Stood outside the room for 15 mins before they gave us our second room. Horrible customer service...

• Rosabel (1/5): F very bad I was very offended by him - I didn't even stay he said that I did not have a booking even though I showed him on my phone he said I was wrong then he told me that if I was going to be having a lot of traffic to my room even though I was alone and he told me if I was a working girl like a prostitute and I got very offended and I told him that I was offended and he got very upset and him and his wife started yelling at me and they told me to leave even though they were the ones that were offending me and he said he he wasn't going to give me my money back I didn't like how bad they treated me thinking that I was going to have a whole bunch of traffic more he was saying thinking that I was a prostitute and I wasn't even dressed bad

• Walter (4/5): Worst Night Stay - The beds appeared to be clean, but that was the only thing. We saw mouse poop on the floor and blood on the curtains. There was a beer can in the trash can. The A/C hadn't been on in the rooms for days. It was muggy and extremely hot in there, it took about 8 hrs to cool the room to a comfortable temperature.

• Felicia (8/5): Rude awakening - Clean I had the do not disturb sign out and was woken up to the maid pounding on the door at 8 am.It was my one day to sleep in until 9. If check out is not until 11 am, she should not be disturbing the guests! She said she needs to check ALL the rooms, even the "do nots." She was rude and unpleasant. The location was quiet, and the room was clean, but I will not be staying here again.

• gurrumeteviejo (10/5): Clean - The hotel was close to everything in Alice. The gas station mini mart was at walking distance. Breakfast was good not just cereal. They had 3 nice outdoor seating areas and a pool. The beds were comfortable.

Front office staff was not friendly in the least --pretty much seemed disinterested in our business. It was quiet and served its purpose for the weekend but not sure I'd choose this hotel again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel itself was small but clean. I liked the room and it was very quiet as there was not many occupants. The beds were uncomfortable. The pool was clean and water was warm. I kinda got pissed off when I went to office on Sunday morning expecting to eat a continental breakfast and the main lobby doors were locked and a note on the door stating "Unfortunately There will no breakfast today." Mind you, this was a Sunday Morning. When I rang the window bell for service (I had to ring it several times), the office lady stated they were short staffed (they only had 2 workers) and this was the reason for no breakfast being served. Im sorry but the whole hotel maybe had 10 rooms rented out and I sure didnt see the office being overwhelmed by renters because the DOORS WERE LOCKED!! I do feel like this is a false advertisement as I rented there because it said it did supply a continental breakfast. I ended up having to spend more money to buy breakfast down the road...

• Luis (4/5): I overpaid for the wrong room that had 2 very uncomfortable mattresses. - the room was clean I reserved a KING non smoking room two days earlier. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was not a king non smoking room available. The young lady at the counter said there was nothing she could do. I did not even receive any type of discount. Since I was already in Alice, I had to take what I got. The room was NOT WORTH what I paid for it. I will NOT use Booking.com in the future.

(Husband stayed at the room door keep trying to unlock door). It was extremely annoying after a long drive. I felt she was laughing at us looking through the window seeing that we were having trouble unlocking door. Not staying there ever again. Room looked clean and bed was comfortable. Check in receptionist.

I understand BUT if I'm standing in front of you help me. Also in the morning no one was at the desk we had to wait to turn the key in NOT GOOD!!

• Ozkar-F (6/5): An ok place for a one-night stop by - Stay here if you are just passing by. The price is probably fair for what you get; not a lot of fanciness or luxury here. Just a comfortable bed to sleep in, enough room space to do some work or organize you field work notes. It's a one-story hotel without many of the typical amenities you'll find at other more touristic ones. Feels dusty everywhere due to all the contractors' trucks and dry season around this area. Plus there seems to be a lack of maintenance/cleaning around the general areas outside and parking lot. If you are visiting this town on a vacation or for any other leisure purposes, you'll be better off staying at the other newer, better brand hotels at the other end of town.

Went out to grab some microwaveable dinners so we could come back and relax. My boyfriend placed his dinner in the microwave and as soon as he turned it on roaches came scattering out. There were two in his dinner! As we packed our stuff to leave he noticed another one in his glass of wine. I took quick pictures and went to the front desk to ask for a refund. Management refused to refund my money and only offered us another room. WHAT?! There was no way I was going to be comfortable in another room here. I'm apparently out $300...for now. I plan to seek counsel. Roaches are a health hazard especially for people with asthma. DEPLORABLE SERVICE!
