Best ABV I have stayed in. Right off highway and close to many restaurants. I have to type 200 characters. Done
- Adrian (6/5): - Room was OK. I accidently booked a Smoking room. I'm not sure if he had a Non-Smoking available, but he wasn't going to let me change to one. The motel was not full. The listing showed Continental Breakfast, but he stated there was no breakfast. Coffee machine and coffee were in the room, but there were not coffee cups.

- Ignacio (2/5): - The room was dirty, dusty, dead spider on the bathroom door frame, slippery tub floor, no tub mats, the couch had several large stains on the upholstery. Receptionist staff was not courteous, no welcome. We will not stay there again or any of the Americas Best Motels.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Not staying here again. - The reception was rude. I booked a double queen, we got a double double. Found an old toothbrush and beer bottle cap in the chair cushion. No towels in the room. Tub had rusted spots from water dripping. The hotel said on the website there was a contential breakfast, no breakfast at all.

No pool. Will not stay there again. No one to check us out the next morning. Not nearly worth the $100+ we paid.
- Cynthia (2/5): You might go home w/ pets. Never again! - I'd been here a year before and was actually impressed. We checked in at 11 PM and the a/c was completely off. I could overlook that, since we came in late. It took about 3 hrs to cool off. Until then, we were miserable waiting, it had been about 98° that day. I ended up killing a roach and there was a nail clipping on floor. Didn't find the roach trap til I went to move the chair to get better pic. I just noticed there seems to be rat poop! At checkout my sister asked lady at front desk if we could have a courtesy hour and she said yes. At 11:05 the mgr comes and tells my sister we have to leave. I went to front desk and lady wouldn't come out. Mgr said no we had to leave. I let him know that I killed a roach for him. All he said was thank you.

- Ruth Yvonne (8/5): Great affordable spacious room - It was perfect for our one night stay. Clean and affordable. Nice staff. Pet friendly dogs up to 20ibs. Non-smoking room was spacious with King bed and sofa.
- Shannon (2/5): Not recommended. - As being one of the only hotels in sinton I have stayed at this hotel prior but this place has gone down hill. I will never be staying here again. The mattresses are hard as a rock, blankets had cigarette burns and looked very old and dingy. The couch looked dirty with dirt stains and grease. The tub had rust stains and no slip resistant bottom which cause me to slip out of the tub and hit the toilet. Water pressure almost nonexistent. Furniture looked old with scratched and very worn out. Room smelt muggy and stale. Front desk was a quick check in which was nice, but not very friendly. Bummer is town lacks other options.
- Troy (2/5): - Upon reaching the room, had problems getting the key card to do anything. Finally got in. Went to take a shower and no towels in the room. Got dressed again and walked to the office to get towels, manager apologized and gave me gray colored white towels. Walked back to the room and the key card wouldn’t work at all. Thank goodness my wife was there to open up. The toilet ran all night. The ceiling fan had a horrible coating of black dirt on the blades. Towel rack at the lavatory was torn off the wall. Microwave didn’t have the glass plate to set your dish on so it was unusable. Bathtub was dangerously slick. Next morning walked to the front for the continental breakfast that was advertised. Was told that they haven’t served breakfast since COVID. Really?? I highly recommend staying away from this place. I learned my lesson about not reading reviews. Apparently, this place has been terrible for a long time.

- Brigida (4/5): - Made reservations for 2 rooms & called ahead to ensure we'd be able to check in after hours. We used the small window for check in. When we tried the keys, they didn't work. I had to walk back to the window for keys. This was a foreshadowing of MORE surprises. I know this is a road side motel. Still I want a clean room. There were stains on the furniture, window curtains, shower curtain, sheets smelled like they'd been slept in, & towels were gray (beyond dingy). Even if we were EXHAUSTED, the road noise & train were unyielding. We will revert to the motel next door ... which is plain but clean.

- Angelita (2/5): Doesn’t deserve the stars it has. - The manager was rude. They put me in a corner. And the room was gross. They didn’t bother to vacuum, there was a pillow case and bedspread with stains on it. The wash rag was 5x darker than the bath towels. No hand towels offered. The blow dryer didn’t work. I got this for convenience but next time I’ll drive the extra 30 min for at least minimum satisfaction.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This was very average. This is one of those hotels that charges your card for the entire stay before you check out. They keep the lobby closed during the morning so if you have business you have to talk to someone through a window and they may not be completely dressed. It is ok and I would stay there again because there arent many options there. The room was clean and they serviced every day however I didnt want service but there was not a DND sign or tag anywhere. No breakfast and small throw pillows on the bed for pillows. By far not the worst place but it is only average and the door has two locks on it, easy access and about 3 miles from restaurants. There is a convenience store right next door, that is a plus.

- Augustine (6/5): - I liked how close it was to Sinton. All the rooms are on the outside and the walkways where unkept. That gave me an uneasy feeling about what to expect in the rooms. The room had a smell to it and it just didn't feel fresh. The towels and wash cloths were just old and a little stained. I think that it had seen better days. The pool looked great and well cared for. I'm sure there just isn't much business for motels in that area.

The towels were worn out and a little stained. It just didn't feel fresh and clean. We were happy to find a place to stay so close to Sinton. Other than being a little run down, we had no problems. The pool was the best part.

The morning was even more disappointing when the owner informed us that there was no breakfast even though it is advertised as there is.
- Joanna (2/5): - Motel is in really deteriorated condition. And even if it wasn’t, rooms aren’t thoroughly cleaned, smelled, so they are dusty, fan didn’t work in one, ac barely worked in another, and whole trail of bugs making their own community in another. Will never go again.

"We're not doing breakfast." this despite the sign outside advertising breakfast and the sign inside in the lobby posting the breakfast times. All we really wanted was good lobby coffee because you know how bad the in room packets are.

When we checked in they notified us no complementary breakfast which should have been mentioned on the site so I could have made reservations at another hotel. Bathrooms were old not very clean, not all the lights worked, room had an order. Overall very disappointed.

One bar of soap, 1 shampoo. No other toiletries. Might expect it in a $60 hotel but $95? Saw several bugs crawling across the floor. Shower had a serious leak. Couch was old and dingy looking. Checked out exercise room. Had broken air conditioners in doorway as you came in.

The tub had rust in it and I stood in 3-4 inches of water during my shower. There was nothing for breakfast in the office including coffee. I couldn't get door to shut correctly, my husband had to lift on the handle while slamming it until the latch would catch.

- e (6/5): - The hotel is one of only two hotels in Sinton Texas. The other is a Motel 6, which I will not stay at...my only disappointment was that my room, the last available, was a smoking room...I have never smoked and I can't stand the smell..I later found out that the hotel was completely booked do to a large construction project near by and all of the workers were staying there...the innkeeper did his best, but there were no other choices in the immediate vacinity..so a can of GLADE helped me survive the night...I've stayed here before, about 20 years ago..it is remodeled, clean and with exception of the smell, reasonable for one night.

Spent the whole day in corpus and while arriving at the hotel getting off my car the manager came to my car and told us to keep the noise down because we already had a noise complain.. Not sure how if we weren’t there all day! They are rude when you ask for something or call front desk. The managers walk back and forth looking and making loud comments. Very u comfortable. They basically stood outside our door around check out so we could leave. Family at the hotel down the street had a better experience, i would for sure just rent a hotel in corpus next time!

- Kurt (8/5): Improving - Not a big variety of Hotels in Sinton to choose from, so we stay here often for Horse Show circuit. Past stays have been adventures with crickets, cleanliness, front staff. They’ve made major upgrades to beds and pillows, the front desk girl was very pleasant and helpful and there were no crickets!!! Best stay in Sinton yet. Will definitely be our stop for next show.

- Kurt (6/5): Crickets - Stayed here several times for Horse shows. We were given a corner room where the cricket decided to set up camp. You couldn’t open the door without a cricket or more trying to get in also. Dead cricket smell in the room, at least 10 dead crickets in the Light fixture. Besides that the place is fine to lay your head. Decent bed, pillows & water pressure. Friendly front office staff. Didn’t try the continental breakfast it’s always been the same.

My main complaint is with the lack of toiletries and bath soap, shampoo but no conditioner, and only one small piece of soap provided and had to be used for both showering and washing hands at the sink. Sink stopper was broken and we had to take it out of the sink to keep water draining. Inattentive breakfast service, stale sweet rolls and empty coffee urn.
- Charisma (8/5): Thumbs up - I was surprised walking in to our room. From the outside, it looked old so I didn't expect much. I mean I was thinking I went for affordability. It's obviously not a 4 star hotel. But much to my surprise and my kids gasping for joy because the room was big, clean and looks like they totally renovated the room. Bed was comfortable and huge enough for my kids to move around the whole night without waking me up. Bathroom was clean but can used some upgrading/updating. The front desk and the manager were helpful even late at night.

The tub was full of ants and the covers had light stains on them. I would definitely not recommend this place at all. Expedia should remove them from their site, this place clearly needs work done. - Rosanna (4/5): Extremely disappointed! - Our rooms had a several crickets in them. In one room we killed over 20 crickets and in the other it was over 10. The smell was horrible and I have to assume it was because of the crickets. After removing all the crickets before bedtime, they still appeared in the restroom and kept me up all night with their noise. I did not get any rest that evening and I was afraid I was going to be sleeping with the insects. In the lobby, where the breakfast was located, the smell was absolutely disgusting. I've never experienced anything like it at any hotel. For the location and especially the state of the rooms and food area, this room was extremely overpriced. I would not recommend a stay here.
- M (8/5): - With not too many hotels to choose from in that area, I was wonderfully surprised at the cleanliness of the room. Cozy bed, very clean, economical and less than a mile from the Sinton Civic Center. I would definitely stay there again.
- Oscar L (8/5): HORSES activity - We do horses, we have at least 4 events during the year at San Patricio Fairgrounds. This hotel is an excellent option for us, 3 miles away from San Patricio, breakfast is provided. All we need for our activity.
- Adriaba (8/5): - Nice hotel close to beach and has access to restaurants
- Guadalupe (6/5): All right stay, could have been better! - The rooms are okay for such a small town. Kind of pricy since there are only two motels. We were a bit disappointed, we asked for a late check out and they denied it to us!
- Verified traveler (8/5): First time in Sintin - The only issue I had was the late night partiers that for some reason decided to sit their beer bottles on my car and sit outside my room with loud music and carrying on when their room was a few doors down. I did call the front desk and he was very polite and took care of the issue, this was at 1:15am on Sunday morning the 12th of August, 2018. Other than that it was a perfect stay.
- Mosyashka (8/5): - + Clean room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast. - Crickets in the room (but managers do apologize for it), also roaches in the room (the manager at the front desk didn't say she is sorry about it, but she seemed to take a note about it). A little bit pricey. Overall I recommend.

- Natalie (6/5): - Hotel staff was super nice and welcoming but the room itself was eh. They did warn about cricket problems but it was uncomfortable to have to worry about them the whole time there. Our sheets were not changed one time during our stay (3 night stay)

- Enrique (2/5): - the air-condition was not enough for the the room size, too hot. Breakfast was a joke no coffee no jucie no enough milk and no one around to let know.
- Angela (8/5): - Comfortable and clean. Good nights rest, great price. Nice friendly front desk.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - My fiancé and her son were shocked by a faulty light in the pool. The evening staff acted like it wasn’t a big deal. She is still having tingling in her left side. The staff did nothing to compensate us or even show interest in our issue. The pool remained open. Nobody even checked on the issue.
