- Megan (7/5): Great staff and our needs were met sufficiently. We will definitely stay here again any time we come back to Dallas, Ore - Location and cleanliness. Staff was very helpful, friendly and informative. Rooms were very clean and the location was perfect for our needs. Good restaurants close by and easy access to highways to see the sites. Utilities and electricity did not work. The refrigerator was kept in a cabinet which caused it to overheat. Half of the outlets in the room didn’t work. Breakfast was okay.

- Tovah (3/5): - The morning staff and late night staff were very nice. The vending machines were stocked. Slight smell in lobby; counter staff that checked is in was dressed in a graphic tee rather than uniform; no elevator in hotel; hotel is run down and not like online pictures. We were told the pool was closed 'for maintenance' but based on the rest of the hotel, I believe it was just closed because they didn't want to upkeep it. Room was quite large but I think it was because we had a corner room. Toilet low to ground and wall was slanted in a way that made it so that there wasn't a lot of room to sit on the toilet.
- Mary (8/5): Clean and pleasant room, very disappointe with breakfast and lack of directions to use the tv. - pleasant room, clean, The tv was a nightmare to operate. Breakfast was a joke, hardly any food by 830, coffee pots were empty and there wasn't any staff at the desk to ask for help.
- Valerie (3/5): It was a place to sleep. - the room we booked was double booked and they offered comparable upgrade from a King suite to a Queen suite, but we down graded for a basic King room because we wanted the king size bed. The room was clean and welcoming even for being basic. When the shower was turned on and running the drain was slow and started to build as if drawing a bath. Stood in water the whole time in the shower. once getting our of the shower it was noted that there was standing water on the floor but unclear if came from curtain run off of leaking from the tub. The toilet ran if you did not jiggle the handle before walking out of the bathroom. There were only 2 towels, 3 hand towels and 2 wash clothes so after showers and mopping up the standing water on the floor we had used all that were provided. Upon check out I informed the front desk of the tub/shower and toilet issues and vs offering any apologies or further conversation another staff member that overheard jumped straight into how to fix the issue.

Brand new t.v.'s were a major pain to figure out ( this was also told to us by front desk with t.v. issue) . Bed was super comfy. That was the best part of the stay. Breakfast was below average and not acustomed properly made for remaning guests. 3 pieces of bacon 3 biscuits and 2 eggs were in trays that all remained.. Only 3 other people that went for breakfast in the early morning that we seen and there wasn't enough for us left over and staff that was in breakfast room was listening to us talk about this and they just stood there looking at us as we only got a cup of juice and we said " I guess we're going out to eat this morning.". And we walked out And she just sat there.

- Keith (6/5): Okey, only game in town. - It was better than last year, when I discovered halfway through my stay that there was a shattered flourescent light bulb on the far 1/3 of the room. That said, the chair for the desk looked like it had significant wear and tear, with pieces of it falling off of the pleather/leather. Overall, most of the disappointment here was cosmetic, and they were in the middle of a remodel of the hall so some things can be forgiven. It's mostly the only game in town in Dallas, and it follows the sad trend of hotels in the USA not being what they once were in the 90s, with the quality and principal of hotel keeping just not what it was.

- James (10/5): 3 to 4 weeks per year visitor from calif . - We stay here about a week every 4 to 6 months. The rooms and hotel are always, friendly, clean and courteous. This trip looked like they were replacing carpet and doing upgrades to the property however rolled carpets in parking lot and in main lobby all week, actually 8 nights and same view of a remodel... Lets say my stay there however ok...but i felt like we were in the way of a remodel... And i sure would have chosen elsewhere had i known. - JADE (2/5): - Rooms were not ready till 630 on one, 7pm on the other. Pool/ Spa did not work. I called the day before and asked for room really close to each other. My mom with Alzheimer’s is 85. When I got here our rooms were 217 and 212, they assured me there was not going to be a problem and then it was! We have stayed here before but this was horrible!

The bed was rock hard, so I didn't get a comfortable sleep and the hotel was laying down new carpeting which created a visual of being on a construction site. Also the TVs were defaulted on Game mode and after I got it back to TV mode. When I left or went to sleep (tried to anyway) and turned off the TV it would default back to game mode

- Jeff (3/5): Waited 15 minutes at the front counter for service could not find anyone - Hotel is in a nice location near quite a few stores and near the highway Was not as clean as a best western should be. Got served by a barefoot lady wearing no company apparel and did not seem like she wanted to be there, floors were dirty and the food was cooked by the same barefoot lady with no hairnet and no gloves. There was a hair in the gravy. Really added to the Dallas experience but would like less hair in the gravy next time.

Your fitness center lacks weights or anything else (bands, jump ropes, etc). I also walked at night and the light goes out after 2 minutes on the treadmill, so I had to get off every 2 minutes.

False advertising about Wi-Fi/Cable, unclean, damages, and overpriced. - The night auditor was friendly after he noticed I was waiting at the front desk to check in. I chose this hotel because it advertised pet friendly with Wi-Fi which I needed for work, only to find out upon arrival that the internet and cable had been down for some time due to severed fiber optics with no estimate for repair. The room was in poor condition, with what appeared to be blood on the bath mat, hair and debris in the tub, and damaged furniture. On top of that, the front desk was not present while I was loading my vehicle to check out so I could discuss issues, making the overall experience frustrating and not worth the almost $150.

- Karen (4/5): - No one at front desk when we arrived. Floor in our room was damp, room smelled musty.
- cayce (6/5): - It smelled very musky in this place. Looked like stuff had rundown the walls. The lamp by the bed looked like someone had knifed it on both sides and someone tried to glue it together. We also had booked a king bed and were told they were sold out when we arrived. Why have people book ahead then? This place needs a good scrub and new paint for sure.

- Michelle (10/5): - Nice, clean and quiet hotel with a friendly staff and a nice breakfast room. Perfect for us and our 2 pups to spend Christmas Eve with family and then stay the night in comfort before heading home.

- Robinson (5/5): average at best - The location was good it is very outdated, no elevator so we had to carry our bags up the steps. The daily room cleaning was average no one is ever at the front desk.
