- phillipcD3478PS (6/5): False advertising......... - I intentionally booked the room here because they advertised a hot tub. Upon arrival, I was told it was broken and had been for several weeks. This is clearly false advertising as BW website states they have a pool and hot tub. This seems to be typical in the midwest. Hey, screw you we don't care if we mislead you. As a Diamond Select member, I am becoming so disappointed with BW properties as this is becoming more and more frequent.
- TheCamelYouRodeInOn (8/5): Great place to stay along I 40 - Very nice and clean property. Plenty of parking for oversized vehicles. Internet was OK, but video calling with my family was not clear. Breakfast hours were too early and too short for me to enjoy since I checked in so late.
- Brett (10/5): - The cleaning stafff was exceptional. The biggest problem with hotels in this country is the cleanliness and these ladies were absolutely hard working and took pride in their work. I’ve seen 4 star hotels that didn’t come close to this place.
- Sue (10/5): - This appears to be an older property that has been updated. It was clean, well-equiped (except the pool was closed), good breakfast. We had a handicapped room, even though we didn't need one, but it was fine. I expected road noise, but it was surprisingly quiet, considering proximity to I-40.

- James (10/5): Funeral road trip with a senior dog. - We stayed here with our elder dog who has health issues. Being on the first floor with both interior and exterior doors made it so easy to take our dog for a walk. The property was very clean, quiet and there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, I liked the build your own breakfast burrito offering. The staff was super friendly and always smiling. We called with some questions prior to arriving and the front desk answered all our questions making midnight check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again and again.

- RLHarrison (6/5): Another review on my journey - I’ve been traveling best westerns for the last 2 1/2 years. I like the consistency and the friendly staff. This hotel offered both, but my main complaint was the breakfast. They had a yogurt machine as opposed to individual yogurts, which is very unsanitary. No fresh fruit, just a bowl of fruit cocktail. I know breakfast is complementary, but it needs to cater to more than just the meat and potatoes people. The room was clean.
- Agusta (10/5): - This property felt like they bought out an old Marriott, which was a pleasant surprise! Unfortunately, their hot tub was so dirty I came home with a rash, and the front desk staff barely said two words upon check in. Very confusing overall experience. Was very grateful for clean and big rooms, firm comfy beds, and it was QUIET which is always the priority. Literally anything you could want food-wise is within delivery range, so it’s a good budget option for a quick stay.

- 49NancyD (10/5): Clean, quiet and convenient - Interesting and nice BW near the freeway, but very quiet. Well reviewed and we were happy. Nice room, very clean. The beds were on this wooden platform that stuck out at the corners and the first thing my husband did was to bang his newly replaced knee on it. We stuck a bag there so we’d have to walk around it and that worked. Odd flat shower that I was sure was going to leak and didn’t. In fact it was a great shower-good water pressure, etc. The room had both an interior hallway entry and an outside entry…odd. We parked outside so we used that entry. Good mattress; both slept well.. All would be perfect except the odd scene in the lobby at breakfast. Not bad, but weird. The breakfast room was mostly part of the lobby and the lobby seating area was about 5 or 6 chairs just across from the breakfast buffet and directly in front of the of the coffee pot. The chairs were filled with the housekeeping staff drinking coffee and laughing and chatting and interacting with the breakfast lady. Three guys who may or may not have been part of the staff, two at separate tables draining coffee and looking at their phones and one in a chair in the lobby, also looking at his phone. (Actually: who isn’t looking at their phone these days.) The woman behind the desk had her head down and was looking at the coffee ladies a lot… Maybe I’m reading too much into this.

- Carolyn4573 (10/5): Great Best Western - I love this BW. Rooms are always clean. Although we never used the extras, they do have a indoor pool and work out room. The only thing that I feel can be approved is the breakfast. Compared to other BW the breakfast here was limited. We always make it a point, if driving cross country, to stay at this BW. I highly recommend it.

- Unsworth7 (8/5): Just fine except for the breakfast - The hotel was just fine. It was clean. Best Western standards were kept. Everything was in good shape. Plenty of hot water. Heater worked fine. Comfortable beds. We like to stay at Best Westerns because we like the early breakfast and then be able to get on the road. The breakfast at this Best Western was not up to par. It was weird. They had some kind of mixture of stuff instead of eggs. It seemed scant. In all the Best Westerns we stay you can expect a decent breakfast but this one failed. I am gluten free and eggs are one thing I hope to have.

There were so many people eating and they still managed to keep the food coming. If you are needing a place to stay this is it! I’ve stayed in many others around the OKC area. This is my go to hotel. I highly recommend this Place!!!!

- Sidney (2/5): - My family and I were in an accident and just got released from the hospital and we asked staff to lower her voice just a smidge while checking in and instead she started yelling. We had concussions, fractures and two very confused kids and she did the opposite of what we needed from her. We had to have another customer help us and he was frustrated that she was yelling at us. We literally lost our car as it was totaled in accident and all of us were injured and she was down right rude to us. Our room had dead bugs on the floor as well! I’ve never been to a hotel that showed no compassion for their customers and we were returning customers!!! NEVER want to stay with Best Western again!

- rondah450 (8/5): Great place for overnight - Great place to stay. Mattresses are a bit hard and a smart tv would be nice. Always clean and easy to get to for the elderly. The prices are excellent and easy to reserve. The employees are always professional and helpful. Will stay there again.

- Go826686 (10/5): Pleasant stay - Easy access, yet quiet. Friendly helpful staff who gave us rooms they thought would be quiet enough for us to sleep well. Breakfast was fine, rooms were clean. And the location was easy to get to. Would definitely stay again when we are in Oklahoma City.

- Phyllis (10/5): - Upon arrival we found the property to look very old, dark and dingy and we were worried that we chose a dive from our selection of our road trip overnight hotel chains. To our surprise, the room was excellent! Very, very clean and accommodating as expected for a BW Plus! Which says “ can’t judge a book by it cover”! Thank you BW!

- BobandIsabel (10/5): this is why I stay at Best Westerns - This is what all Best Western should be like. From the Front desk staff to the rooms. they meet all my needs. Always clean, quiet and comfortable. Location is very good close to food and gas station. They just do a great job. double entry doors on 1st floor room are nice.
- Deborah (8/5): - Overall, this hotel was very clean and conveniently located off Interstate 40. Check-in was easy and staff was friendly and polite. The room was cozy and the bed comfortable. What we didn't like was that I was in a room with a locked door to an adjoining guest room and could hear everything the guests next door said and did. We could also hear neighbors in the room on the other side of us as well so I am assuming the walls here are pretty thin. Coffee machine in lobby also broke down in the a.m. Breakfast was average but adequate.
- Rebecca (4/5): - The location was actually perfect, right off the highway. That’s about where the pros ended. The mattresses were very hard (some may love that though). Housekeeping never came yet the entire room smelled intensely of chemicals. I’m guessing it’s what they use to clean everything. It can’t be healthy. Even a family member that stopped by mentioned how bad it was. Would not stay again.

- BBomberry (10/5): Best stay ever! - I LOVE this hotel. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and I slept better there than I do at home. The entire establishment was very, very clean. Breakfast was good and filling. The coffee machine in the lobby offered not only coffee but also latte and other choices. The cleaning staff are all very friendly and extremely accommodating. The front desk ladies are always smiling and they never make you feel rushed, but make you feel as if you just "came home". I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting Oklahoma City area.

- Chris (8/5): Nice weekend stay - We did a local staycation while some plumbing got worked on at our house. We chose this place for the indoor salt water pool. I guess you can smoke in some of the rooms at the hotel so the hallway kinda smelled like a stale cig. Whoever is mixing up the powdered eggs and gravy for the free breakfast is adding too much water. Automatic coffee robot machine was nice. Pool and lobby are clean. Friendly employees.
