• Isabel (6/5): - Overall, the stay was fine. I will say the room smelled terrible, like mildew. There was also blood stains on our sheets. The rest of the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was fine and the staff member at breakfast was kind and welcoming. I didn’t like the check in staff. She wasn’t very welcoming.

• Polona (10/5): Suprisingly great! - Parking lot is very big, the room is spacious with nice furniture (tv with moving handle, microwave, fridge, sofa with table, sidetables, desk,...), bathroom has nice big glass wall shower and shampoo has a veeery nice smell. Breakfast (that is included) is also pretty good. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything that is happening around you. The fridge is a little noisy so if you are a light sleeper you should turn it off.

• Nancy (9/5): Very clean and quiet area and the staff was wonderful!! - location, breakfast, cleanness, staff very nice iron was broken, it did its job but was leaking water, no plug in the restroom to do my hair and makeup.

• Aimé (7/5): Zolang je als derde persoon in een veldbedje moet slapen en geen stevig ontbijt verwacht. - Niets speciaals. Ik kon me het hotel zelfs niet meer herinneren. Maar ik kreeg een melding. Dat was het spannendste wat mijn ervaring van dit hotel is. De kamers zijn proper net als de badkamer. Het tapijt had geen zwaar leven achter de rug en da kamer was erg stil. We waren met drie personen dus werd er een bedje in de kamer bij geplaats. Dat bedje bestond uit een ijzeren veldbedje met een kale matras van toch zeker de volle 3cm (drie cm). Toen we aan de receptie vroegen om een betere matras hebben we net hetzelfde gekregen. Ik lag dus op 6cm . En een extra laken, want ik was niet van plan op op die kale matras te slapen en had zo nog een laken om over mij te trekken. Ik geef toe dat de receptionist geen overschot vertoonde van vriendelijkheid. Hij was niet onbeleefd maar je kon hem niet betrappen op een glimlach of zelfs nog maar een grimas. Het ontbijt is in buffetvorm maar ziet er niet echt smakelijk uit. Zelfs naar Amerikaanse normen. De worstjes leken te smeken om ze uit hun lijden te verlossen en de omelet lijkt op een soort lichtgeel schuim. Er waren ook nog felgekleurde korrels te vindenDe koffie was drinkbaar, dat dan weer wel. Ik heb geen idee of ik ooit terug kom. Misschien wel, dit wetende.

• Wilkerson (1/5): The room was not ready and had not been cleaned at all and we were forced to go elsewhere at 1am and spend more money b - The staff was nice. Booked & paid in advance to sleep for the night while traveling with the family. We got there around 1 a.m. to get some rest and checked in only to find the room had not been cleaned or prepped for the next guest at all. Front desk lady was nice but she couldn’t do anything about it because she had no access to cleaning supplies and the manager was unable to be reached.

My husband became very ill, and we needed assistance. Skye was amazing. Thank you, Skye, for being so pleasant, understanding, kind, and helpful during that time for us. Nothing comes to mind.

The only recommendation I have is to upgrade the laundry room. It's a little difficult to do laundry with only 1 washer and dryer. But I'm grateful there was one!

Since a $50 hold had been put on my credit card to enforce a100 percent No Smoking policy. I decided to inform the front desk clerk. She came immediately & addressed/corrected the issue.At the end of my stay I had a transportation issue that prevented my checking out in a timely manner. Again after speaking with staff, I was graciously awarded a generous extended stay. All staff were exceedingly polite and accommodating.

• Cynthia (7/5): Pretty decent hotel, would stay here again. - Good basic breakfast options (eggs/waffles/cereal/yogurt/bagels) and room was clean. The bed was comfortable and felt great on my back. The bathroom was spacious and staff was friendly at check in/out. The shower sliding door kept opening mid shower but nothing too bad.
• Devassy (1/5): Disappointed with worst staff and room cleanliness. - Nothing. The front desk associate seems like don't care. do not want to help with the situation. Also reach out to the General Manager Nicole Chipman, never return the email or phone call. The room was very bad. Stains everywhere, Torn bed sheet was on, looks like never changed the bed sheet and bathroom towels. Bath room towels are faded and color turn to yellow. Requested to change the bed sheet and the front desk associate brought a towel to the room and drop it to the couch and did not change the torn bed sheet and or help to change it. The cost was $315.10 for one night stay. Very disappointed with the performance with the staff and the facility. Not going to stay in BEST WESTERN again.
