• John (1/5): Stay away from here - I was unable to even stay here. There was nobody there to receive me. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes at 10:15 pm and then just left and got another room because it was late I was ready for bed. It was a total waste of money, and I didn’t see the room but the lobby was very run down and seemed to be in a bad area. Didn’t like anything

• TimeshareVon (8/5): Basic Lodging During Long Road Trip - This is a pretty basic Best Western, nothing special. The complimentary breakfast buffet was sorta lame, but I did have a cook-to-order waffle. The HVAC was sorta loud and difficult to get set at a comfortable setting, but for one night, it was tolerable.
• Carol (3/5): Poor - Breakfast was decent Left the room with key in hand. Went to eat breakfast and remembered some things that we left in room. Went back and key didn’t work, went to lobby and they reprogrammed the key. It didn’t work either, lady from lobby came to use master key. Master key didn’t work either, maintenance guy came and his key box didn’t work either. He finally had to enter through the window.

• Y346STamys (10/5): Highly recommend - The staff there were amazing. The hotel was very clean. My bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows. Breakfast was great, especially the waffle maker and the fresh egg maker. There is a good variety of other things also . I’d highly recommend.

• Preston (4/5): Stop being nosey - I book a room here every week for my employees. It started great! Over the last month + the desk attendant has been calling every time asking "What time will you be here?" Why does that matter?! The last time my employees checked in the desk attendant asked my employees why they check in so late and proceeded to ask them multiple questions about their job and was prying. We drive around the state doing work weekly. Why are you concerned about why they are checking in late? Too nosey and overstepping. Will be finding a new hotel for my employees.

• Freedom646553 (8/5): Large, clean rooms - The hotel is obviously an older one. There was a slight musty smell on checking into our rooms and the walls were in need of fresh paint. Overall, we were very pleased with the stay. Our rooms were large enough to make an efficiency apartment, there was even a walk-in closet! Everything was clean and the beds were one of the most comfortable of our two-week trip between Oklahoma and California. Check in staff was very friendly. The morning staff was welcoming and helpful.

• Lloyd (10/5): - Better than many higher priced hotels. Entire facility was super clean. Furnishings and linens were in impeccable condition. Quiet location. The breakfast was truly unique for an economy hotel in that they provided fresh eggs that you could cook yourself in the dining area. To top it off, we accidentally left a suitcase in the closet. An hour after we left, the desk kindly called to notify us and we were able to go back and retrieve it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The shower head fell off the second you step in the shower. Old and run down room. Pool was covered and not even accessible.

• Art (10/5): Better than expected! - From the initial greeting to the checkout process. The service was outstanding! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

My husband and I had booked a room here after leaving the La Quinta in Hobbs because the room they gave us over there was NASTY! The rooms here were 10x better and CLEANER! The only thing I didn't like was the door to our room. We had to swipe the key card 3-5 times before we could enter the room.
• Able (8/5): Town is best characterized as a "pass-through" and this hotel is perfect for a one-night stay. - The hotel is conveniently located in the town of Hobbs. The town is relatively small, so that's not saying much, but it is easy to find. The rooms were well appointed and the free continental breakfast was OK. There was apparently an "egg machine" present, but I couldn't figure out which device it was. It appeared there were two waffle irons, but I suspect one of them was intended for eggs. The DirecTV remote didn't control the operation of the television, so I couldn't plug in my laptop to watch programs from my laptop.
