Reservei um quarto com sofá cama e tive que buscar a roupa do sofá cama na recepção, pois não fornecem no quarto e também na recepção não forneceram os dois lençóis para o sofá cama, só um lençol. Quando reclamei o moço da recepção ameaçou dizendo que se eu não estava satisfeita podia ir embora que devolveria o dinheiro.

Smelled like urine, pool was covered but ice cold, hot tub was drained and not working, bed was uncomfortable and attendant was too busy in her phone to notice customers. Way overpriced for the quality of stay.

I was a solo female traveler and the check in clerk said my room number when handing me the key with other people in line behind me and workers in the lobby. Please train your people to slide the key without giving the room number. Basic safety protocol.

I Wanted to make a cup of coffee in the room, but there was a dead Roach in the water reservoir of the coffee maker!!!

Toilet loud after flushing and took a long time to stop running

Even the owner didn’t know how to work it! And then the firecrackers and fireworks they lit in the parking lot. I was not impressed by that at all. I do realize it was NYE but found that very unprofessional and to have the lobby filled with their family and friends.

We had the idea that she might have just been hired as she read the directions for her to us, more than once. Our room + the fee for our dog was about $270.00, and in our opinion, our accommodations were not worth $270.00. It was just ok.

- Karen (6/5): - The room was clean; however, the bathroom is in need of updating. Odd odor upon entering lobby; thank goodness the room did not have the same. This was a pay at property; however, the employee did not say anything about if at time of check-in, so we missed out on a discount by not using a specific card. When we asked to have the transaction cancelled so we could use a different payment method we were told 'that's impossible, it's already gone through'. Very disappointing, would choose a different accommodation on our next visit.

You desperately need to put adhesive non-skid material in the tub or at least provide a bath mat that can be used in the tub /shower. The shower floor was incredibly slick, caused my fiance to fall, thankfully without significant injury.
