Larissa (10/5): Pousada aconchegante e atendestes atenciosos - Gostei muito da minha estadia na Pousada Solar Ponta Negra. Todos os funcionários foram super atenciosos e receptivos. A pousada tem ótima localização, próxima de comércios e restaurantes. Ambiente tranquilo e café da manha saboroso. Realmente gostei muito e pretendo voltar lá quando possível.
Nivia (2/5): Absurdo total! - Desapontados! Fizemos reserva pelo site hoteis.com e deixamos a observação de que chegaríamos de noite (avião chegava em Natal às 1h40). Ao chegar na pousada às 2h da madrugada apenas recebemos, por interfone, a informação de que não nos receberiam pois não havia nenhuma reserva - e nem se dispuseram a olhar nosso voucher de reserva. Tivemos que procurar outro hotel no meio da madrugada. Péssimo atendimento prestado e extrema falta de profissionalismo.
