• Jeri Lee (4/5): Good Hotel for short stays - The Personnel was friendly to explain and share some context about Barcelona. The Hotel is within a 5 Minute walking distance Train Station. At first the Window is not closing, in which the Staff and Hotel were aware of it, but still they let us use the room and didn’t fix it during our stay. The Television, also in which they are also aware, did not bother to let us know at the check-in that it doesn’t work. If we didn’t ask, we wouldn’t have known it. Two flaws and no compensation about it. Plus, every morning, the cleaning lady is SO LOUD while cleaning the other rooms. Like dropping things and moving furnitures kind of noise.

• Thierry (8/5): Week-end prolongé à Barcelone - C'est un petit hôtel de 12 chambres proche du métro. Nous avons apprécié l'équipement de la chambre : plateau de courtoisie (bouilloire, café, thé, et bouteille d'eau), sèche-cheveux et défroisseur. Pas de petit-déjeuner sur place, réception ouverte de 14h à 22h.
• Regina (7/5): Great staff and location - Location is great in a quiet neighborhood but with great access to transportation. Staff is amazing, both front desk lady and cleaning lady. They provide filtered water and there is a small fridge in the room. There are no couches or chairs in the common spaces, nowhere to sit if you have to wait. All the outside places are used as terraces for other rooms so some of the windows are blocked. Triple Room was so small, there was barely any room to move around or store luggage.

• Luis Marino (5/5): Me sentí incómodo - Hostal nuevo con buena ubicación que contratamos por precio razonable Estuve alojado tres noches sin televisión ya que no funcionaba y no la arreglaron a pesar de la queja si bien reclamé a booking y me dieron un vale para otra reserva. No me gustó nada que me pidieran una fianza de 250 euros por las dos habitaciones y el garage. En recepción no hay nadie hasta media mañana

• Marzia (7/5): GIUSTO PER ESSERE LA PRIMA VOLTA IN BARCELONA! - La struttura ci ha concesso gratuitamente l'utilizzo di armadietti per il deposito bagagli nell'attesa del check-in, di norma disponibile dalle ore 15:00. La ragazza alla reception, sorridente, preparata e disponibile! Struttura carina nel complesso, posizione non centrale, ma comoda e raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto (ci sono due metro che collegano alle principali attrazioni di Barcellona). Ci hanno anche consigliato dove mangiare alla sera restando in zona, soddisfando le nostre aspettative. Camera fornita di bollitore con te o tisane, acqua e prodotti per la cura della persona (shampoo e bagnoschiuma). Ulteriore idea geniale, stirella verticale, che però non abbiamo utilizzato. Farei qualche accorgimento, soprattutto se la cauzione viene trattenuta in caso di disagi recati alla struttura. Non è stato il nostro caso, ma avendo dato €100,00 prima di vedere le condizioni della camera, siamo rimasti con il dubbio fino al chek-out avvenuto autonomamente. Abbiamo dovuto fare foto ed elencare le cose che erano già danneggiate all'interno della camera e sperare che i soldi fossero riaddebitati. Elenco gli accorgimenti che vi suggerirei di fare: -Il doccino all'interno del box doccia andrebbe sistemato, per evitare perdite o rotture dello stesso mentre ci si lava; a noi per fortuna è scivolato una sola volta, senza fare danni. -Le ante dell'armadio andrebbero sistemate, sono storte e si chiudono male. -La mensola va fissata saldamente, quella dove appoggiate l'acqua con i bicchieri, per evitare che crolli e ci sia conseguente rottura di vetro. -Migliorerei la pulizia! Non era sporco, ma neanche perfettamente in ordine. Ultimo accorgimento, le finestre sono isolate male, bisognerebbe installare un deumidificatore per evitare la condensa e che si respiri aria malsana.
