• Michel (8/5): Confortable mais pour le petit déjeuner le prendre dans un établissement situé dans la rue voisine. - L'emplacement géographique, le confort, la propreté Le petit déjeuner n'est pas un petit déjeuner mais un gouter avec des produits industriels sous vide. Pas de beurre, pas de pain frais, pas de thé et un espace trop réduit pour poser les aliments.

• Leila Greco (10/5): Altamarea, uma bela surpresa - O mais gratificante nessa hospedagem foi a localização perto da estação de trem e do centro da cidade. Além disso, o apartamento foi uma grata surpresa: muito limpo, cama bem confortável, com um pequeno terraço e um café da manhã completo,. O senhor Andrea é muito simpático e gentil e dá ótimas dicas de passeios em La Spezia e Cinque Terre Único porém é que sendo o apartamento para duas pessoas poderia ter mais uma cadeira ou um banquinho para ter mais conforto ao tomar o café.

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, auch mit einem kleinen inkludierten Frühstück. Wir konnten unser Gepäck auch nach dem Check-out in der Unterkunft lassen, was sehr angenehme war. Nichts

Il proprietario è stato incredibile: ci ha accolti di persona, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima dell'orario di check-in e ci ha dato consigli preziosissimi su cosa vedere, cosa assaggiare e persino quali posti era meglio evitare per ottimizzare il tempo. Ha preparato un'ottima colazione e ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli. C'è stato un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo: avevamo chiesto del caffè extra, ma avendo lasciato il cartello "Non disturbare" sulla porta, hanno trovato il modo perfetto per farci avere il caffè senza fare rumore e senza disturbarci. Un'attenzione al cliente davvero eccezionale e rara! Assolutamente consigliato. Quando torneremo a La Spezia, soggiorneremo sicuramente di nuovo qui. Il miglior soggiorno del nostro tour! • Melissa (10/5): Juste incroyable et parfait merci infiniment Andrea pour ton accueil et surtout ta gentillesse. À très bientôt Melissa - L’établissement est très bien situé entre la gare et le centre-ville. Tout peut se faire à pied. De plus, l’hôte Andrea nous a très bien accueillie à tout fait pour que la chambre soit prête avant l’heure pour nous recevoir. A la fin du séjour nous devions quitter la chambre à 10h Andrea nous a proposé de laisser nos bagages pour que nous puissions faire un dernier petit tour avant l’heure du départ. Elle a vraiment tout fait pour que nous nous sentons bien. Je la remercie infiniment de son accueil et de sa gentillesse. Personnellement, je n’ai rien à dire de négatif, car pour moi tout était parfait. Ma petite famille et moi-même avons passé un très bon séjour.

La posizione è il top per chi vuole visitare le Cinque Terre senza stress, essendo vicinissimo ai treni e a due passi dal centro. Grazie alla proprietaria per la sua estrema disponibilità. Un'esperienza da 10 e lode! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

• Charene (10/5): Comfortable and affordable with a lively host. - Close to the station, easily accessible to everything, our host Andrea was very friendly and helpful. The bedding/duvet was a little weird, no duvet cover, but maybe that is normal in Italy, not sure.

La posizione è davvero ideale, comodissima per muoversi e godersi La Spezia e le Cinque Terre al meglio. La struttura era impeccabile: pulizia eccellente, ambienti curati e grande attenzione ai dettagli. Ma il vero valore aggiunto sono state le persone: accoglienti, disponibili e sempre gentili, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento e ci hanno consigliato posti in cui poter mangiare ed eventi a cui non mancare che ci hanno fatto vivere la città al meglio!! Un’esperienza che consigliamo senza alcun dubbio e che ripeteremmo volentieri! Nulla.

Deu dicas de passeio baseadas no que eu tinha planejado e ainda sugeriu um restaurante de peixe muito bom! E ainda, mesmo sem café da manhã incluído, havia vários agrados de café da manhã (croissant, Nutella, suco, água, geleia, café, bolacha, torrada...). Muito atencioso. Voltaria de olhos fechados. Grazie mille, Andrea! 😍

• SOTIRIOS PARASKEVAS (5/5): Απογοητευτικό, δεν αξιζε την τιμή του 😟 - Ηταν κοντά στον σταθμό των τρένων και σε φούρνο. Ήταν βρώμικο. Η τουαλέτα είχε λεκκέ από ούρα και το μπάνιο είχε μυρμήγκια, οπότε δεν μπορούσαμε να αφήσουμε τις οδοντόβουρτσες μας. Το πάτωμα δεν είχε σφουγγαριστεί. Αναγκαστήκαμε να αγοράσουμε χλωρίνη για να καθαρίσουμε την τουλέτα και περάσαμε με μαντηλάκια κλινεξ όλο το πάτωμα.

The room was clean, absolutely no complaints about our stay here, everything was wonderful! The apartment is very close to the train station, very convenient when arriving or planning to visit Cinque Terre.

• Julia (10/5): Wunderschöne moderne Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht - Sehr moderne, saubere, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Es scheint als wäre eine ehemalige Wohnung mit 5 Zimmern zu einer Unterkunft umgebaut worden. Von einem großen Flur gehen mehrere Zimmer ab, die wohl jeweils unterschiedliche Ausstattung haben. Sehr, sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit kleinem (und wohl dem einzigen) Balkon. Es gab Badartikel, Handtücher, eine Kaffeemaschine inklusive Kaffee sowie ein kleines Frühstück und Wasser. -

• Laurent Brun (8/5): Maison d'hôte idéalement située à la Spezia, proche de tout - Localisation absolument parfaite: la gare est à un jet de pierre, le centre ville est à peine plus loin, dans un vieil immeuble équipé malgré tout d'un ascenseur. Il s'agit d'un grand appartement reconditionné en plusieurs chambres, et qui était très calme. La rue elle-même est très calme la nuit. Notre chambre était assez spacieuse, lumineuse et avec des plafonds hauts. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de l'air conditionné. Andrea qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique, il nous a donné plein de recommandations, il parle français, et il répond rapidement à toute question par whatsapp. Nous sommes venus en voiture un jour de semaine et avons facilement trouvé de la place dans le quartier (places bleues, 1.50€/ heure de 8:30 à 22h sauf le dimanche). Un peu plus de pression dans la douche serait bienvenue.

Petit biscuits et viennoiseries amballées, eau, jus d'orange tous les matins. Litterrie grande et confortable. Tout était parfait, nickel propre. En plus, ascenseur pour monter au 3eme étage. Parfait pour les bagages. Rien, tout était parfait.
