Pete (8/5): Long weekend get-away - Cabins were very clean, service was great. We loved our stay! The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is the wi-fi is not good and needs to be adressed. Great food at Clear Lake Bar, just steps away. We will be back for another stay.

My only complaint was the WiFi service was very patchy, my phone said SOS the entire time. We would definitely stay here again. Oh and the bar within walking distance has really good food!

Felt overwhelmed, forgot when we were leaving for home and found that we needed to stay one more night and they were very accommodating. Not a problem! Very helpful and nice. We didn’t have to worry. We were able to focus on our brother’s needs. The cabin is absolutely adorable! Outside:Beautiful surroundings everywhere you look! It was March and a little cold outside. But there was ample heating supplied inside. We also got lucky with the weather!

We rented a smaller studio cabin and it was just right for my wife and I. We enjoyed a quiet 3 nights and liked the area with the lakes and natural surroundings. The owners were always available to be of assistance if needed.

So never got to finsh showering and there was still conditioner in my hair So i wasn't really happy about that !!!
Cory (10/5): The best resort in Michigan - From the rustic cottage feel to the well decorated to the lake view from the living room to the friendliness of all the staff to the well informed owners to the perfectly kept cabin and I do not want to say much more other than anyone that comes will be back and make this their annual destination I am coming back in the next couple weeks

Andie (9/5): So easy to book and get in. - Great amenities and the location. The cabin was set up for most of what we needed. We were talking about coming back for a warmer season. The stove had a pilot light on, but we could not find a carbon monoxide detector. Also we found it a little strange that the bathroom walls do not meet the ceiling on all sides. The only thing I could not find in the kitchen that I needed was a vegetable brush/scrubber, fairly minor though. Also their Internet was not secure.

Walter (10/5): Exceptional - The resort and staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend Clear Lake Resort for anyone looking to get away, whether for a vacation or just a weekend getaway. The resort has 14 units, everything from cabins to lake front homes. They have boat rentals, with very reasonable prices. The cabin had a refrigerator and stove along with everything you needed to cook. There was also a BBQ grill on the deck for those who like to cook out and even come with charcoal, lighter fluid, and a bundle of wood for the fire pit. There really isn't anything to dislike.

Stacy, the general manager made everything comfortable and answered all questions that I wondered about, and Alex who works on the grounds made everything nice, pleasant and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking forward to a great getaway at an affordable price.

Louise (10/5): - This was an ideal quick getaway for a few days and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that pets are welcome. The location is very quiet and pretty and overlooks Clear Lake, which is delightful. I was in one of the smallest cabins and was perfect for just one person but would be pretty tight for two people. The only other downside was that the wifi signal was not good enough for videoconferencing, so I had to use my mobile hotspot.

We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again. The one downside in my opinion is the price per night, just too high.

Joel (6/5): Not worth the money - The cabin was so close to everyone, it only had 2 little room air conditioners, the jetted tub didn't work and there was a sign on it saying only use it as a tub, not a jacuzzi, the hot tub was right in front of the office, which was under the cabin we were in, it smelled musty, and the bed was not all that either. There were notes everywhere telling you what to use and what they will charge you for if you do. Only got one channel on the TV in the bedroom, The whole cabin was covered in hanging worms and spider webs, couldn't even walk out of the sliding door without bugs getting one you. The building needed to be pressure washed. No place to fish off of the docks because there were pontoon boats on every one. Not worth $300 p/night - won't recommend it
