Guest Reviews
- Pavel (7/5): -
- Anna (2/5): Unfriendly receptionist - Good furniture. Small but well planned room. Parking place always full. I could hear everything my neighbour did and said. Door bad. And - most importantly and the reason I would never ever stay there again - the man in the reception was not nice at all. An unfriendly host colours everything. Don't stay there!
- Francesco (4/5): buona posizione ma prezzo troppo alto per la bassa qualità offerta. - la posizione colazione con scarsa scelta di alimenti , tutti di bassa qualità.
- Peter (4/5): - Not much it needs attention & repairs The shower curtain holder was falling apart, the room was cold & poorly lit.
- Baglieri (7/5): -
- paolo c.

- Alison (6/5): The view from town was amazing. Central location. Good local bus service to Enna-Bassa. - The location was central. The new from the town was amazing. Only a one stop to catch a bus.
- 275jurib (8/5): The accommodations are comfortable, and the breakfast offered is a delightful representation of Italian cuisine - Occasionally, I have business commitments in Enna. A colleague recommended a hotel situated in the city center that I found to be quite satisfactory. The accommodations are comfortable, and the breakfast offered is a delightful representation of traditional Italian cuisine, all at a reasonable price.
I would advise arriving early, particularly for those driving, as securing a parking space can be quite challenging.

- Mark (10/5): The managers were very informative about the area and Sicily. The breakfast had sweet and savory selections at a value - Well maintained and great location. Everything exceeded expectations.
- Craig (9/5): A nice place to stay in the center of Enna. - Nice little hotel in the center of Enna. The owners, Gianfranco and Angela, were marvelous. Gianfranco went out of his way to make sure we had a parking place in the lot in front of the hotel. Nothing, all good.
- John (8/5): Enna off season - The central location was good, although the winding streets made it hard to find first time. After a couple of BnB problems in Catania it was nice to find a real hotel again. Being off-season, there was no breakfast invluded, and hard to find anything local for breafast in town. Found a good place just next to the Deomo about 600m up the hill.
- John (9/5): Superb - Close to public transport so getting anywhere is ease.
Staff is very helpful.
- Lord (8/5): Very good. - Location excellent for the interesting parts of Enna. Staff vert helpful. In common with many hotels , not enough shelves etc in bathroom to put all the things one wants to have in a bathroom.
- Michael (10/5): Lovely stay - Great location in the middle of the town, friendly and helpful staff and a clean and tidy room
- Karen (10/5): Had a lovely stay at Hotel Bristol and enjoyed Enna. Utterly charming town! - Rooms were comfortable, breakfast had enough variety to satisfy everyone. Everything was clean and functioning. Great location to sites we wanted to go to. A/C was not totally effective in all of our rooms but it was available. Parking was always a challenge as we had cars that held 5 people.
- 304volkerw (10/5): beautiful Enna stay at Bristol hotel - We were welcomed very nice & they kept everything available for us.
The rooms are very clean and spacy
Shower / bathroom was big and clean.
Breakfast we dud not miss anything.
We had a goid stay wuth three notorbikes & the parking was also well organized by the hosts.
When going to Enna we will stay there definitely.
- Kenneth (4/5): I would not stay here again and I think there better options in Enna. I love Sicily and have been traveling here for dec - I’ve stayed here before. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Cleaning service was good. Breakfast is mediocre. I stayed here 7 years ago and had a decent experience. Parking can be a challenge. Getting to the property the street is very tight. Small car is recommended. Bathroom is small as is the shower. Soap was in plastic and shower pressure was low. There was staff person (Tony) who tried to charge me $150. for a city tax when checking out. Speaking only in Italian. He was often rude and not very friendly. I’ve travelled to Sicily many times to visit family and know there is a tax but it is $1.50 per day per person. I had to argue with him upon my departure to pay the appropriate amount which was 9 euro. The other staff were very friendly. Breakfast is just mediocre.
- Radoslaw (9/5): Superb - In the center of the town. Easy to find, clean room, irish pub just around the corner serving food and drinks. Breakfast- very poor selection.
- Eric (8/5): Very good -
- Henry (9/5): very comfortable and relaxing - good, not great nothing
- Gurgej (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tucker (7/5): Good -
- Alexander (8/5): Very good - A comfortable clean spacious room convenient to tour the town on foot. The car parking was handled very conveniently and efficiently. Small shower cubicle and rather poor breakfast.
- John (6/5): Pleasant -
- Brent (6/5): Pleasant - Comfortable bed and room with a small balcony. Limited car parking was only suitable for small cars. Breakfast was of cold buffet items only. Power outage for a few hours during one afternoon. Nil TV news channel in English language.
- Henriette (7/5): Great hotel if you want to stay in the center of Erna. - The night receptionist was very helpfull with making sure that we had a place to park our car in the otherwise overfilled parking lot. Cadous to him for that!
Saved us a lot of time and trouble.
- Dakaizer (8/5): Very good - 1. Very central location
2. Extremely helpful and cordial staff
3. Good breakfast selection
4. Very clean facilities
5. Public parking in front / or private parking at an additional cost
- Ian (8/5): A good unflashy small-town hotel offering excellent value for money. - This was a beautifully-clean, slightly old-fashioned, town centre hotel, run by a kindly and helpful couple. Bedroom facilities were fine; and a good buffet breakfast was served. Nearby parking. Facilities of the town were easily reached on foot. Access to the hotel along the narrow lanes in Enna was slightly hair-raising in the 'upgrade' and thus bigger hire car - a DR F35 - we had. But friendly locals helped and we emerged without scratching it!
- Lesla (8/5): Very good -
- Saundra (7/5): A delightful place to stay in Enna - They gave me a room upgrade which was lovely. Friendly and efficient staff too N/A
- Michael (7/5): Easy to get to the attractions and comfortable. - Good location in the center of town. The breakfast provided was sufficient and good. It was only a stop off for the night so there was not a lot of expectation. Walking distance to the center of town and restaurants. We did not get any information about WiFi. But it may not have been included. Would be a good amenity if they do not offer it currently.
- Martyn (6/5): A clean town hotel in Enna - A simple hotel in the city. I wasn't easy to find but was well signposted. One staff member was very friendly and helpful at the reception in the evening. There are plenty of places to eat in the town. The shower in my room was very small. At checkout one of the staff was unfriendly and not particularly helpful and appeared to get into arguments with other guests. Unfortunately this left a lasting impression.
- Julian (7/5): Perfectly adequate small but comfortable hotel in the centre of Enna. -
- Alexandra (8/5): Supportive and very friendly - We had forgotten an item in our room. It was sent to us immediately. Very helpful!!! Thank you
- CoupeColonel (4/5): You can probably do better! - Clean, reasonably comfortable but:
1. A shower so tiny it was hard to turn around in.
2. Front desk staff playing computer games at high volume until after midnight.
3. Don’t trust the woman on the front desk to give unbiased restaurant advice. She will send you to a family place called Sciabbé, which is basic but sound.
You can probably find better.
4. Vehicle access and parking a nightmare.
- thebellsarechiming (8/5): Comfortablle and welcoming - We struck lucky with this hotel! We had a large, comfortable room with good bathroom. Breakfast was not included, but a substantial buffet breakfast was available at a very reasonable price. A small improvement could be made - more fruit and less pastry, please. The hotel is located near one of the main roads in Enna, Via Roma, but access by car is a little tight (narrow accessways) and parking would be difficult if it wasn't for Fabrizio at the hotel, who always found and parked our car for us. Indeed, Fabrizio and the other staff at the hotel were most helpful and always anxious to assist.
- solotravellerCanada (8/5): Very Good Hotel - no restaurant, though - This is a fine hotel, very modern, nice rooms, good soundproofing, clean and tidy. It does not have a restaurant or coffee bar, which makes me wonder why it is rated as a 3 star (normally a hotel needs a restaurant to be a 3-star). That notwithstanding, it's a darn good place to stay and I recommend it.
Breakfast food is limited in scope - almost all sweet pastries, nothing "healthy". If you are late getting to breakfast, you will find it pretty well picked over and not much left.
Parking is available out front, but there is no guarantee that parking will be available because in Sicily, people park wherever they want, it is impossible for the hotel to control parking spaces.
- Chanchey (10/5): Super helpful - Arrived late afternoon without pre booking, receptionist was super helpful. As there were some streets closed he took the time to show us from were to pass with the car. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Shower abit small. Very good Italian breakfast. We had a lovely 1 night stay in this hotel and if we ll be in that area again surely will stay at this hotel again.
- klvgruppe (10/5): best service, best room - the "padrone" guided as himselfe from piazza duomo to his hotel. a very friendly and warm welcome astonishing clean and tidy room and best service for that price. room heating worked, only heater at breakfast room was rather poor - but this seems a standart usage in winter in Sicily
Quiet room, spaceful room, very good condition and very fine service, what more can you want?
- LindsayUr (10/5): Great Hotel, Friendly staff - I stayed in this hotel for two nights. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, room was clean and had a good view out of our balcony. Wifi worked good in the lobby but not in our room. Great stay overall!
- 2Minnesotans (4/5): There may be better choices elsewhere - This is the only time we have stayed in Enna, so we don't know how this hotel compares to others. Our rating is our comparison to other places we stayed in Sicily.
It seemed to us there were many things that needed repair. In our room, there were electronic items that were not sealed. There was no entry light as we entered the room--there was a light there, it just didn't work). The light switch in the bathroom was not by the door -- we had to walk all the way to the far wall of the bathroom (at night, in the dark) to get to it. The light for the desk/table could only be switched on by reaching with a foot to a switch behind the table leg. The WiFi in the room was so intermittent it was of no use at all. But if you stand out in the hallway it is better. Breakfast was probably the thing the hotel did best, but even that was just average compared to other places we staying on this trip. And this lodging was the most expensive of any place we stayed. Finally, for people driving cars to this location, of all the places we stayed this was the most difficult place to get to, due to very tight corners.
- zensam2018 (2/5): Like an episode Fawlty Towers - Only book as a last resort, this hotel was like an episode Fawlty Towers. The owners would switch off the power, only when you asked they turned it back on, they would switch off the air conditioner, elevators not working on two occasions, no car park, you had to park 20 min. away and catch a shuttle bus back to the hotel. The included breakfast in the price was a joke to say the least. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
- MartynH1960 (8/5): A great place to stay - Once you've actually found the hotel, tucked away in ancient back streets, its excellent. Friendly helpful staff with good clean comfortable rooms at reasonable cost. Breakfast was pleasant and adequate especially if you like cake!
One word of warning, don't attempt to access it in anything larger than an average car, the streets of this historic mountain top town mitigate against anything any bigger.
- christiandK511AA (8/5): Nice place in the middle of a town! - We stayed one night in this hotel and I found it quite nice. Good location. My wife had problems with the sound of air conditioner, but for me it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was amazing, especially Lemon cake.
- martinaB8111CN (6/5): Holiday Visit - It is a small Hotel but nice and clean. The only thing was that the shower is way too small that I couldn't wash properly, I don't know why they made them so small when they had place to do them a bit larger.
Enna is nice and quiet. Very good to relax. Unfortunately we couldn't see much due to very harsh fog but it was November.
- F941HHsergeyk (8/5): Nice place but hard to drive to in the evening - Place is very nice. The higher your room the more scenic view you'll have. We didn't purchase breakfast so can't say anything about it. Please note that once you check in during the late evening and you're unfamiliar with the area you'll have to spend some time to drive to the hotel. It's situated in the are where traffic is limited. And of course google maps have no clue about that. In the evening some of the streets are covered with summer terraces so you'll have to drive through all this kind of pleasure. Better walk to the reception and than they'll help with the way)
- NWhiker52 (8/5): Very friendly staff, nice room - Parking is challenging in the small, medieval town of Enna. The main guy at the front desk immediately asked us where we had parked and he said it was not legal so he walked back with us, helped us navigate the tight lanes back to the hotel and then parallel parked our rental Fiat for us. Parking right at the hotel might not be guaranteed since there are not a ton of spaces. Hotel manager was super nice to us. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was fine. Good value. Beds and pillows are hard in Italy so brace yourself!
- IrisA960 (8/5): Very friendy family run hotel staff... - Stayed at Bristol hotel in Enna for 5 days. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Loved this place and I recommend this hotel to those visiting Sicily. It is a the very centre of Enna but those using their own care parking is a problem if you are not a lucky person.
- pandaserena (10/5): 5 Day stay at Hotel Bristol - My family and I were visiting Sicily from Malta and we stayed at this hotel for 5 days. I can say with certainty that it has been by far our best stay in Sicily so far. When we had a problem (not at all related to the hotel) the hotel staff, in particular Dario were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us. Our room was nice and large by hotel standards and also very clean. The breakfast was excellent and there was a large selection of pastries to choose from.
- S1992 (10/5): Lovely hotel with excellent service and very nice breakfasts. - Very central hotel and it has to be said some very tight corners to negotiate if you are driving there. However, we found a parking spot and were met with a very friendly and helpful welcome. We were given good advice on where to eat and drink in the area and the best spots to watch the Easter Procession.
Our room was good with a great balcony. Breakfasts were good as well. Really got the impression that there was nothing the staff wouldn't do to help you.
