SK0063 (8/5): - It provides a free shuttle from/to the airport which was very convenient to us. The hotel restaurant closed at late hours ie 12 midnight which was excellent since we needed a meal upon arrival. Foods were good and price was also ok. A big thanks to both drivers. Location was a bit out of everything which we can understand cause it was near to a low cost terminal Sabiha. Bus was available in front of the hotel to reach the train station to Instanbul down town. However, the bus ride was a bit uncomfortable cause the driver steered and turned abruptly. Don't try to carry your big luggages in it. The good thing is we still able to use it to go to Instanbul down town.

When leaving the airport for the city, inform the hotel that you have arrived, literally 10-15 minutes later a car arrives for you. The volunteer is very attentive and friendly. The hotel will arrange check-in in 3-7 minutes, taking into account your preferences. Absolute cleanliness, pleasant smell throughout the hotel. If it is warm, there is a swimming pool in the courtyard of the hotel. The hotel also offers a spa. The breakfasts are good, the food is fresh. Everyone is kind, helpful, attentive, and ready to help. I like everything. I stop several times.

Aiden (1/5): Absolutely f***ing awful. - Nothing. * We were initially overcharged and had to change rooms. * In the replacement room, the jacuzzi released a strong sulfur-like odor when the jets were used, making the room unpleasant and effectively unusable. * Maintenance then introduced chemicals into the jacuzzi system while the room was occupied, creating a strong chlorine/chloramine odor. * We had to change rooms more than once during the stay. * The in-room safes did not work in any room we used. * The Wi-Fi password provided on the room information card was incorrect. * The TV remote only partially worked. * The first room had dirty mugs. * Bathrooms, baths, shower heads, and bath headrests showed visible limescale, grime, and poor sanitation. * There were exposed wires visible on the balcony area. * The electronic “Do Not Disturb / Please Clean” panel was reversed and malfunctioning. * The outdoor pool was represented as open, but the water was extremely cold and contained visible debris. * One of the spa showers in the men’s changing room did not work. * The hotel had poor sound insulation — doors, TVs, corridor conversations, keycard beeps, footsteps, and furniture movement were clearly audible. * A neighboring room played loud music late at night, and the handling of the complaint was poor. * On Sunday afternoon and again in the evening, there was repeated drilling and hammering from hotel-controlled maintenance work, audible in our room for extended periods. * We reported the drilling multiple times, but it continued despite reception saying they would check it. * Communication at the front desk was difficult and we often had to rely on Google Translate to resolve room and billing issues

Katie (3/5): Poor representation of booking. Not appropriate for asthmatics. - Fine for a night before the airport which is what we used it for but would not have stayed longer. Beds were comfortable enough. Room itself was large. We were under the impression we had booked a suite with a hot tub but upon checking in were told we would need to pay for an upgrade for this. We chose not to upgrade and were given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke and had floorboards coming lose in multiple spots. Not appropriate for asthmatics due to the cigarette smoke and lack of ventilation. The restaurant was not of a good standard - we ordered two meals, one of which was not edible.

Asmat (10/5): - Perfect stay! I had an 8-hour transit and this hotel was perfect to rest and recharge. Free breakfast and free airport transfer were a big plus. I booked the hotel right after landing at SAW Airport through Booking.com⁠�, and within 10 minutes everything was arranged. I texted the hotel, and they immediately gave me the driver’s WhatsApp number. About 10 minutes later, the driver arrived and took me to the hotel. The driver and lobby staff acted very fast and efficiently, which is really important for transit travellers who are always rushing with limited time. The bed and bathroom were great, and the breakfast was local-style food — good enough, especially since it was free! Nothing more to ask for. For the return to the airport, I just informed the lobby and within 10 minutes the driver arrived again. The shuttle schedule is every one hour, which was very convenient. Keep it up! I will always recommend this hotel to my friends if they need a place to rest and recharge during a transit or layover here. The only unpleasant part of the stay was the bellboy service. We only had two bags and could handle them ourselves, but the bellboy kept insisting on carrying our luggage. After arriving at the room, he also seemed unwilling to leave until we gave him a tip. Unfortunately, we did not have cash with us at that time and had to search for some dollars to give him. After a long flight, we were already very tired, so the situation felt uncomfortable for us. Please do not put guests in this kind of situation again. Other than that, the stay was good.

It's a good overnight stay for the airport as it's very close and has a shuttle. There's also local shops a few minutes walk away. Noise from other guests can be heard quite loudly from neighbouring room and hallway.

Olga (8/5): - Останавливались на одну ночь, между пересадками, очень удобно. Завтрак достаточно приемлемый. Трансфер туда и обратно, это огромный+, очень вежливые и пунктуальные водители 👍. Оплату можно вносить и по карте(рос.карта не прошла) и наличными. Тапочки,полотенца, фен, гель для душа, туалетная бумага и жидкое мыло есть. В номере комфортная температура. Просили одну двуспальную и одну односпальную кровать, запрос удовлетворили. Была только одна бутылочка с водой, хотя нас было двое. Пришлось выйти просить у персонала, не отказали. Очень высокая слышимость, в коридоре было шумно допоздна, душевая лейка и сама кабинка требует замены. Шампунь, халаты отсутствуют, хотя они и не были заявлены.

Olga (9/5): - Самый большой плюс это близость к аэропорту и бесплатный трансфер , но и сам отель неплох, когда то он был роскошным, на сегодня уже уставший)), но чисто, тепло, приятный и вежливый персонал, ресторан до часу ночи работает, если вы не курите - обязательно бронируйте номер для некурящих, для курильщиков еще плюс - можно курить везде)) СПА был уже закрыт, так что не могу оценить, устаревшая душевая, но чисто вымытая, и не очень удобная постель, но это индивидуально. Если нужен ночлег между перелетами, то очень удобно, рекомендую!

Alex (6/5): Потрёпанный отель, но с хамамом и хорошим завтраком. - Плюсы: Хороший трансфер, красивый ресепшн, удобная кровать, хамам с сауной (работает с 13:00 до 1:00 ночи), Интернет работал хорошо, завтрак прекрасный как для такого низкого уровня отеля, только кофе невкусный, но есть чай. В спа-центре выдают полотенца, тапочки, купальник можно не брать, потому что для мужчин и женщин отдельные спа, нет общих зон вообще, предоставляют воду с лимоном, шкафчики закрываются на код. Отель не оправдал ожидания и восторженные отзывы, не понимаю. С виду симпатично, но потом видишь что, грязная раковина, старая сантехника, липкие блюдца, зеркало над кроватью заляпанное. Постельное бельё недостаточно чистое, на нём нашли ещё и волос, тусклый свет. Штора меньше чем окно, из-за этого недостаточное затемнение, сэкономили на ширине шторы. Телевизор старый и странный, не смарт, флешку не поддерживает, кино не посмотришь, только рекламу. В душе нет лейки, что очень неудобно. Вода протекает за пределы душевой кабины.
