• Ha Tuyet (10/5): - Not modern but very well maintained. Room was spacious and hotel itself was conveniently located by Osaka Castle and subway stations. Plenty of convenience stores and food options within walking distance. They do “eco-cleaning”, new towels and light cleaning everyday. However, does not include/come with any amenities other than the shampoo, body wash, conditioner and toothbrush. Not right in the hustle and bustle, ideal for those who don’t mind a short commute and want a quiet and restful stay. Loses a star for property, because if you plan to do laundry, there’s limited machines that you will need to plan around and not very strong output, takes a while to wash and dry. Overall, loved our stay and staff was helpful!

• Junya (8/5): - コンビニやスーパーが近くにあり、困ることはなかった。 ランドリーもレンジも配備されており、便利だった。 バスも綺麗で臭いもなかった。シャワーヘッドが大きめで、好き嫌い分かれるかも。 安い分、客質が少し低いのか、レンジは汚しっぱなし。 自販機横の製氷機で遊ぶ外国人を見かけた。その氷は手に取ってごみ箱に捨てていた。 共用部の廊下の音がよく聞こえてきて、夜は外国人の話し声でうるさい時間がある。大体23時前後。 一度だけタオルが補充されておらず、フロントに取りに行くことがあったが、真摯に対応していただけた。

The bathroom was a little strange you had to step up into it and it felt like I was in a camping trailer? Small/plastic/crowded with one person. Location was great and easy to access all needed in Osaka. Staff very friendly looked after luggage when we arrived too early. A/c didn’t work well?? Opened the window (was stuck but we got it)

The location for us was perfect, central, very close to subway but not too close to busy areas. There was good food and shopping very close. The Osaka castle was five minute walk. Awesome.

One remark; the showerhead was a little low (height 175cm) Also the hotel could not be found via apple maps, so it was a little harder to navigate to the hotel at first.

• Keenan (10/5): Great hotel for the price - A little dated, especially with their key system, but the staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean, they provide plenty of towels, robes, and even some bottled water. The beds are comfy and the largest out of all of the places we stayed in japan. For as cheap as we got the room, I would highly reccomend this hotel. Close to the metro and walking distance to Osaka Castle.

They do offer a nice breakfast buffet that includes Japanese, Chinese and western foods; and the WiFi is pretty good. The subways are big; if taking Tanimachi4-chome (T23), take exit #1,2,3 to be closest to Hotel Sun White
• Susan (10/5): Good hotel. - Good location. Room standard by Japanese standards (why do they put their double beds against the wall?!). Air con very efficient. I found the bed uncomfy, but otherwise was fine. Shower fantastic.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Staff - The staffs are nice and the room is clean. When we stayed at the hotel, there was a tour group living in the same floor. They were yelling across the hallway from one room to another at 5:30AM for 2 days that we stayed in the hotel.

• Rodolfo (8/5): Decent hotel for great price! - Twas our 4th day of our honeymoon and the experience was ok. We had a semi-difficult time locating the hotel and it wasn't too near our preferred train, but had a comfortable stay here. For the price, it was above average. Not much to complain about, not much to rave about; it was a-ok. If there was one thing I could point out about our stay is that it did have some good restaurants in the area; definitely not devoid of things to eat in the area.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Good for a group. - Good price for a Group of people not located on a central train line had to swap trains which made it a little bit inconvenient but overall comfortable bed for a good price
• Sylvain (8/5): A good, no-frills option in Central Osaka - I stayed at Hotel Sun White for a three-night stint in Osaka. Hotel is ideally located about 100 m from the subway station. Rooms are small, but very clean and functional. I didn't get to interact much with the staff, but they were all very polite and helpful.
• Desriyata (8/5): convenient and comfort hotel - I ask many things about the tourism places nearby hotel, and the staff explain in detail to me. Hence, the staffs do the favor to help me. I think I seems like bothersome them a lot but they all just smile and help me. I'll stay there again if visit Osaka.

• Bobby (8/5): Pleasant place with easy access to subway. - Room was clean and comfortable. Size of the room while still small by US standards was bigger than that of Tokyo. Location was good. The access to the nearest subway station was less than a five minute walk away. Plenty of convenience stores and restaurants right out the lobby either to the left or right so it was easy to grab a quick onigiri or sandwich in the morning when heading out. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would certainly consider this place again in the future.
• Khang (8/5): Nice hotel, decent location. You get what you pay - The location is a tad out of the way. However those who don't mind a short walk or stroll won't have too much trouble getting around to tourist locations. Very close to subway and train station that can take you to Nanba, ShinOsaka as well as main Osaka city. 20 minute walk from Osaka Castle. Long story short, a comfortable stay. Except for the limited space for huge suitcases.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good location but tiny room - The location was good, almost nearby the subway station! About a 15 minutes of walk, there would be the Osaka Castle park! It's good for transportation. However, the room was really small. Every time after the house keeping, the odor of smoke was strong in the room (from the staffs? maybe). Anyway, the humidifier had helped a lot.
• Kathy (10/5): - This hotel was a great place to stay in Osaka. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and the hotel staff was very friendly.There is an entrance to one of the commonly used subway stations just a few steps from the front door, which gives you easy access to transportation. Two major lines run through this station, making travel around Osaka very easy. For example, the aquarium was a fifteen minute ride on a single train. Osaka Castle is only a few blocks to the east and is a very easy walk. The hotel breakfast was tasty and had a lot of variety. This hotel was an ideal place to stay for visiting Osaka!
• Alastair (6/5): Decent Hotel Convenient to the Subwayy - The hotel is 2-3 minutes from the nearest subway station, although it needs a line change to get there from Shin Osaka station. The room was not small. The decor was okay. The TV was a decent size and the wifi was very easy to set up. I was disappointed with the soft bed and the air-conditioning, which just made the room hotter. The staff were professional . I did not eat there.

• Emily (8/5): Nice stay at Hotel Sun White - We stayed at Hotel Sun White for our first night in Japan, coming from Kanzai airport, before travelling further. The hotel staff were very nice and our room was very pleasant. It was a bit small when compared to western hotel rooms, but very clean and had everything we needed. The proximity to Osaka castle was great and allowed us time the next morning to have breakfast, then explore the castle before checking out.

• Jake (8/5): Good place, but small! - The hotel staff was great, and it was very clean, but it was also very small. I found it very hard to move around in the bathroom, so if you're a big person, probably best to look for somewhere else. The breakfast was also overly priced (1000 yen) I though. It was okay, but nothing great. On a side note, it's close to the subway, the Osaka Castle, and close (enough) to Universal Studios.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good Value for Single Traveler ! - Very clean and some parts (reception and carpet, bed, desk etc.in my room) were renovated. I could controled A/C temp. by the buttons on small table beside bed, but other review. Quality of Amenities(shampoo, soap) is high. Morning buffet was nice. 7-8 minutes walk from Osaka Castle Park. and 2-3 minutes walk from Tanimach-Yon(4)chome Metro Stn.. It means you can enjoy eating and drinking at Izakaya/bar near Higashi-Umeda Stn. or Tenjinbashi-Roku(6)chome Stn. It was nice experience.
• Paul (6/5): Transit in Sun White Osaka - My family had a satisfactory stay at Hotel Sun White. Convenient location next to subway station and walking distance to the castle musiem in Osaka. We were given a corner room so enjoyed the view over the street. We only stayed one night as we had a flight to catch the next day. We were not able to get service from the hotel restaurants as one was going through some minor renovation and the other wasn't open at the the time we came in. Over all we were hapy with the room given to us.
• Kerry (6/5): Very small - This room was way too small. Couldn't fit 2 suitcases in the room. Great if it's a stop gap but don't choose for luxury. Area was fine and walking distance to station was around two blocks away.
