• Graham (8/5): - I’ve stayed here many times now. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good with good air con and shower. Comfy beds and bed linen. Lovely garden and pool to relax in. The only down side is late music from Bangla till 4.30 am but that’s Bangla.
• Peter (10/5): - Easily the best kept secret in downtown Phuket! Has a great staff and four wonderful cats roaming around! Also a quick 5 minute walk to Bangla Road and all the surrounding nightlife. Hotel has a great breakfast with a western menu. I definitely will be rebooking for my next visit.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Aufenthalt in Patong währen Corona - Das Hotel ist im grossen und ganzen ok. Unser Zimmer war schon ein wenig abgenutzt. Das Restaurant Tusk macht einen abgehobenen Eindruck. Kleine, teure Auswahl an Hauptmenus. Gemächlicher Service. Jedes kleinste Extra muss separat bezahlt werden. Zum Beispiel Mayonnaise anstelle von Ketchup bei einem Menu das über 4'000 Baht gekostet hat.

Only issue is the vibration from the base from the clubs on walking street. Besides that was a great vibe they can’t really help the noise just bring headphones if you’re a light sleeper

• MARTIN (6/5): Price / value ok - The K Hotel is very well located, near Bangla Street and bars, restaurants and activities. The entrance aerea of the hotel is a newly started construction site, as they will construct a new building there soon. Not so charming of course. Several cockroaches in my bathroom and as well in the room seem to be normal, as the hotel is quiet old and I have no idea, where they came from. Killed them all , if I got them . The Food in the restaurant is very good, staff friendly, Price value ok.

I mostly treasured how they genuinely cared about our well-being, safety and that we were enjoying our holiday. They were interested in our stories too. The service was outstanding and the rooms were exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this hotel as you are treated like a person not just another customer. Vom Schnitzel bis zum Massa man Curry alles zu bekommen. Und das geschmacklich gut und in guter Qualität bei guten Portionen zu bezahlbaren Preisen. Fußläufig von der Bangla Road und 5 Minuten entfernt. Wenn ich das nächste Mal da drin wohne ich ganz sicher wieder im K Hotel.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The staff was great. The manager Michaela Gruber was a delight and very responsive (and very prompt) to any needs. The only think I didn't like was that the bed was as hard a rock. They got me a pad to put over the mattress which was moderately helpful.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Decent value hotel - Overall this is a good, no frills value hotel. Pros: cheap, clean, quiet, close to Bangla Road and the beach, nice pool. Cons: bed and pillows are hard, not a lot of ‘atmosphere’, staff wasn’t very helpful with transport tips (even quoted me higher taxi prices than just going on the street!) The hotel seems to be mostly catered to older German men. If this isn’t you, you might feel a bit out of place. But if you are just looking for a clean, conveniently located place to sleep at night and that’s it, this hotel is a good choice.

Wonderful place, great staff, especially the multi-talented manager, Michaela, who welcomes you back as though you were part of the family. The on-site restaurant has a menu that includes Austrian/German, as well as Thai, dishes. The daily special never disappoints as a dinner choice.

• Filip (10/5): Kleine Oase im Geschehen - Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt. Strand, Einkaufszentrum und Nachtleben ist in nur wenigen Minuten per Fuß erreichbar. Im Hotelbereich schaut es aber sehr schön aus, genauso wie in einer grünen Oase voll von tropischen Bäumen, Pflanzen und kleinen Skulpturen, ergänzt mit einem Pool. Das Restaurant ist eine Klasse für sich und bietet alles, was der Magen begehrt. Auswahl an sehr guten Weinen darf dabei nicht fehlen. Das Zimmer (Deluxe-A) ist groß und sauber genauso wie auch das Badezimmer. Nachts ist es ruhig, die Klimaanlage arbeitet auch sehr ruhig (und ist sauber!), womit der Schlaf auf dem angenehmen Bett angenehm ausfällt. Am Balkon befindet sich ein Wäscheständer, 2 Stühle und ein Tisch, wo man es sich gemütlich machen kann.
• Robbert (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf in het centrum van Patong - Het hotel ligt midden n een mooie tuin met veel planten en bomen en palmen. Er is een groot zwembad. Het liggedeelte in de tuin is niet zo groot zodat het risico ontstaat dat alle ligbedden bezet zijn. De kamers zijn functioneel en goed ingericht maar niet overdreven luxe.

Första stället vi varit på som haft mycket bra wifi även inne på rummen. Stökigt området med hög musik men det är knäpptyst på rummet (401). Mysig innergård med pool. Var dock mest ensamma gubbar som bodde på hotellet med besök av unga tjejer dag som natt, äckligt när dessutom hotellet tillhandahåller kondomer till gästerna. Stranden är inte den bästa, rekommenderar att man tar taxi till Kata, Karon eller Kata Noi Beach som är mycket lugnare.
• NOSONG (6/5): 친절하고 깨끗한, 그러나 시설은 조금 낙후된 곳 - 청결하고 직원들이 항상 밝고 친절하였다. 그러나 시설이 오래되어 노후되었고, 주변이 시끄러워 조용한 잠자리는 쉽지 않았다. 시설개선이나 편의시설보충이되면 더할나위없이 좋은 호텔이고 정감가는 곳이다.

• Peter (8/5): Patong oasis - K Hotel is a little oasis in the heart of Patong, you slip off the hectic main street into an eddy of calm, friendly engaging staff, great acommodation and food, lovely little pool to chill out by. My room was on the upper level, a large room with onsuite and balcony, king size bed, I was expecting less quality for the price. Be aware that Patong is a place to party and K Hotel is near Bangla and other party areas so expect base beats till maybe 3 am, it varied in level during my 6 nights there but I think some rooms lower down would be more quiet if you can pick the room.

• Daniel (10/5): Value for money resort hotel - I had a very pleasant stay at K Hotel as it is centrally located and the service rendered was fantastic and customer-centric. It has a very nice resort ambience with lush greenery, nice pool and we stayed in clean, big and good condition rooms. However, we noticed there was a big container with water that was breeding mosquitoes and some of us were bitten by them during our stay there. Michaela did an excellent job in settling us in on the 1st day and making us feel very welcomed throughout our stay.

Despite the location K Hotel was very peaceful with by well kept gardens and pool. Michaela the hotel manager was always on hand and her excellent customer service skills were reflected in the way her staff went about their business. Great service with a smile. Will certainly stay at K Hotel again.

• PPauper (6/5): Could be better - Hardest bed you will ever have the displeasure of sleeping in. The bedsheets are not sheets rather they are very large towels. Very strange. You will be charged for everything in your room including the bottled water! First hotel I ever stayed in that did not provide complementary bottled water. No complementary toiletries in the bathroom. Shampoo and body wash dispenser mounted to the wall in the shower. Other than the glaring hospitality flaws, the room is quite nice. Restaurant is hideously overpriced. I'd have a hard time recommending this hotel. The location is great. With proper management this hotel could be a real jem. As it stands, it's more of a last resort.
