- D'Apice (6/5): Hotel nel complesso dignitoso, ma nulla di più. - Ottima posizione su via Roma, zona ricca di negozi e ristoranti/locali, a 10-15 minuti a piedi dal porto. Personale giovane, cordiale e disponibile. Colazione ricca con prodotti dolci e salati ed orari comodi (fino alle 10.30 del mattino). Buona pulizia delle camere. Wifi e TV (un po' piccola) efficienti. Facciata dell'edificio da manutenere con sottobalconi dei piani superiori ingabbiati per evitare la caduta di calcinacci. Servizi in camera carenti: arredo e infissi vetusti, aeratore fuori servizio nel bagno cieco, mezzo scarico del WC non funzionante, climatizzatore inefficiente (aria ventilata appena fresca). Le camere, a parità di tipologia, possono differire sensibilmente nelle dimensioni, specie dei bagni, a volte con vasca ed altre con box doccia piuttosto sacrificati (abbiamo utilizzato tre camere doppie uso singolo).

- Marica__97 (10/5): Un soggiorno da favola - Non ci sono parole adatte per esprimere la cortesia e la gentilezza del personale: mi hanno accolta nel migliore dei modi, facendomi sentire come una principessa. Tutte le mie richieste sono state più che soddisfatte. C'è da dire, inoltre, che avevo prenotato una camera singola e invece mi è stata concessa una matrimoniale! Davvero eccezionali. Altro fattore rilevante: la pulizia, tanto della camera quanto dell'albergo in generale. Tutto si presenta nel migliore dei modi. La posizione della struttura è ottima: a 7 minuti a piedi dal porto e a 5 dalla spiaggia, con ogni tipo di attrattiva a pochi passi. Sono davvero felice e soddisfatta e consiglio a tutti di trascorrere almeno una notte qui. A presto, Hotel Conte!

The shower was extra tiny almost childlike. More importantly the nightly entertainment went on until 12:30, which would be ok if it was good, but honestly it was pretty sad cover songs

- SaraMaucione (10/5): Un piacevole soggiorno in zona Ischia Porto - Hotel in una via deliziosa e ricca di negozi in zona Ischia Porto, comodissima per ogni tipo di spostamento (vicina al capolinea degli autobus, ai negozi di noleggio e a posteggi taxi). Abbiamo trovato grande cortesia, gentilezza e premura da parte dello staff, che ci ha fornito preziosi consigli! La camera era semplice, ma confortevole e dotata di molte comodità, consigliatissimo!

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I especially appreciated that towels and bed linens were changed regularly, and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. All praise for the organization and the staff’s dedication to their guests – it really makes a difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained stay with excellent service! Maybe put table on terace.

- Shannon (10/5): Exceptional - Good value for money, it’s not a super fancy hotel but we did not expect that so our expectations were aligned. Good variety on breakfast. The beds and bedding were excellent, facilities are a little bit old but still overall clean and exactly what you need. Only about 10 min to the port and very well located in the town for shops and restaurants. There’s some construction right now but was fine for us because we were awake early.

It’s very clean and although the building is maybe a bit old, all facilities are perfectly functioning. It’s also very safe for female travelers. But the big plus of this hotel is the staff- always genuine smiling and helpful, they are really adding at the experience! I hope we return one day and definitely we will stay again at Conte!

Totally disappointed, at a luxury hotel price, it looks horrible, the furniture is old and of poor quality, the smell in this hotel is old. I'm not talking about the bathrooms, so small that you can't actually move in the shower. I didn't like the hotel because it is outdated, for the current conditions. It has luxury prices and you don't even have a refrigerator in the room. Everything is archaic, it looks like a sanatorium

- Ines (9/5): Superb - Very nice hotel, well located just a few blocks from the Port. The bed was comfortable and the showers had good pressure. The breakfast had options for everyone!! And the staff was helpful and detailed info. They let me do the check-in in the morning. The room was very bright (which is good!), but it did not have blackouts. The dawn sun comes in at 5am and can be annoying if you are a light sleeper. Bring an eye mask!
