Персонал очень вежливый. Номера чистые, современные. Завтраки замечательные, очень колоритные и вкусные! Немного барахлил кондиционер, в остальном все замечательно.

The room was quiet and provided a good level of privacy and comfort. The reception guys do what they can to protect the safety of the guests, and they are very friendly.

Curtains in room very dark and if you open you see tall building like a wall. But mostly wifi not working in the rooms very slow could not work and breakfast very depressing poor choice even the scrambled eggs were not good and no real coffee. No variation of bread very little choice tasted all a bit old.

- Hussan (10/5): - بصراحة فندق ممتاز جدا ونجاح الفندق بمعاملت فريق الاستقبال كان الاستاذ ابراهيم وكافت الشباب قمة في الاحترام واخلاقهم عالية جدا جدا الابتسامة لا تغادرهم ابدا الغؤفة نظيفة جدا كهرباء 24\24 بوفية مفتوح للفطار الصراحة انصح بشدة بلفندق والشي الي زعلني بجد اني لم اعرف هاذا الفندق من قبل بجد خصرت كتير اني ماعرفتة من قبل كل الشكر والاحترام لكل طاقم العمل ولكل شخص وبذات الاستاذ ابراهيم لم يكن شي من اجل لا يعجبني كل شي ممتاز جدا جدا

- MomoDZ (7/5): Peut mieux faire - L'emplacement et la chambre après surclassement booking. Présence d'une radio reveil par chambre. La Douchette a explosé en plein nuit, la réception n'a rien pu faire avant la matinée, j'ai du la depanner moi même, le mitigeur de salle de bain défaillant, chambre bruyante, fenêtres qui s'ouvrent difficilement. Chaines télévisées médiocres et peu interessantes. Connexion internet médiocre

- Georg (10/5): - Top Hotel with excellent service and quality! Especially receptionist Muhammad was very helpful and made our stay a really nice one. He speaks very good English and organised various things/tours for us. Thank you very much for your help. Also the rest of the team is very good and friendly.
